2nd time there for my birthday after 7 months. I decidedto go because we had a really god time on my friend birthday last year. Now for my birthday April 29 we had the worst server, and my drinks didn't come out. It was a bigger room this time, number 9" with a bunch of lights malfunctioning, also the General Manager tried to charge a friend for coming the last 15 minutes to say happy birthday and they also charged 60 bucks to a couple of friends for coming for 30 minutes (ridiculous) they went from high standards to a joke and scam, not reasonable at all. My advice. Unless they change the management to somebody more capable and professional, go somewhere and save yourself from a ripoff. Peace read more

Went here for a work event a few day ago.... AMAZING and fun!!! The DJ (chocolaté) was so much fun and really got everyone to come out of their shells! Even the shy folks sang their hearts out! The food was the real stand out! I was expecting just som average typical chain restaurant fare. No!!!! The sliders were amazing and fresh and well cooked with great flavor, the seasoned fries were amazing! There was pizza and some other food too. The desert (fresh mini chorros, toasted marshmallows, strawberry shortcake in little shot glasses) was out of this world! Seriously surprising. They could honestly succeed on the food alone. Went last Saturday for a birthday party and service was horrible . We had to go get out the room to pretty much get our own drinks . We did had a waitress which she didn't take everyone orders or would take to long to come back . At least the bar was next to our room. They have a 18% gratuity include which they don't tell you right away . They gave you just you credit card receipt or just tell you the amount x (which changes later ). I asked the bartender if it was after a couple rounds and he was like yes it is . Temiendo I said how much is included he goes I don't know then he said 15% so I asked for the whole heck I want to make sure I was not tipping less (I used to work for tips ) but when I saw that was 18% got me mad still tipped a little more . Then my friend asked one of the bartender 4 times of it was included and he said no so I rolls him it is and show him the check where it says it . So disappointed . We did told the manager . Worst things is that everyone that was with me always tip so good because they used to work in restaurants . We all know you don't do that so course no one was happy after . It is a beautiful place but they need to work in the costumer service there . From the moment you get there you need to feel the happy energy and it wasn't like that . Some people were nice others no . They should circle the part were the gratuity is included and then give the check to everyone every time and the servers should make sure they take of everyone in the room and come back more often . There is a cover for everyone in the room even if you don't do it around $38 plus tax. read more

This place is over priced and the staff is unprofessional. Would never recommend this place. Booked PlugIn Karaoke last minute for my daughter's Sweet 16 party (9:30pm to 11:30pm). Once we arrived we were told their policy was 21 an older after 9pm so they would not be able to accommodate us. Let me express that we told the staff member who booked the room that this was a SWEET 16 party. We also paid a deposit for the room. They ended up letting us use the room we booked but were told since it was against their policy we had to have someone who was 21 or older guard the room and anyone under 21 would need to be escorted to the bathroom. Once we finally got into the room it wasn't ready. It took them 15 minutes to restart the system before we could start up loading our songs. We used the room for less than an hour. At the end of the night we received the bill which included charges for the adults (which were required to stay in the room because of the kids under age 21. We received a discount off the bill but not enough to change the disappointment this experience was. read more

I had a great time because I went with a large group of friends for a birthday. For two hours it was $25 each person. The drinks were super expensive. I had three martinis and paid $80. That was a bit steep to me. Honestly I can't critique the food because I didn't eat but everyone seemed to enjoy their sliders. It was nice that they had new songs available. I don't think I could ever get over seeing my friend passionately sing "say my name" lololol. It was a little empty for a Friday night but we did have a hurricane less than five days before I went. It's not an hourly per room fee, it's per person whether you're singing or not and no matter how many people you stuff into a room. We had a big group of about 20 people in one room, so we paid over $700 for 3-hours of karaoke.. not including food and drinks. The drinks were fine not that anyone ordered anything super fancy.. but the food? Not good. The flat bread is not a flatbread.. it's an oblong bleh pizza. The sliders were blah.. I was especially excited for the short rib sliders bc there was a photo on Yelp and they looked good.. but they were seriously lacking flavor, and my last one I took a big bite and it was a huge ball of fat.. so I grabbed a napkin and spat it out. Gross. Oh would you like to know how the truffle fries were? Me too.. but 2.5 hours later and they still hadn't showed up. Somehow people that ordered 30 minutes after us were getting their food before us so we just kept waiting assuming they'd arrive late like everything else.. But Nope. Anddddd our drinks didn't arrive either.. so I ordered them again... and then again... Seriously, how disorganized can you be? Alcohol is a money maker.. I would have had 4 Moscow mules.. instead I only had 2. The waitresses were nice.. It was just disorganized. The design and ambiance is really nice, but if they don't work on their food quality and their food and beverage service, they're not going to make it. I doubt I'll be back.. but I really don't know other karaoke places around, so I guess we'll see if another friend insists on it for their bday or something. This place is on the up and up! The environment, the amazing staff, the music playing in the lobby made you want to dance, it is a fantastic thing to see. The set up outside is almost like an incognito club, who ever designed the inside and outside knew what they were doing! They have various sizes for the individual karaoke rooms for all types of parties ranging from a small group of 3 to a whopping 100! Once inside the room, ours being made for 4 people I believe, they supplied us with a mini bongo, a maraca and a tambourine along with 2 wireless mics and 2 wired mics. The room also comes with a big screen tv, at least 42 inches, a thermostat to control the temperature and a wall control to change the lights in the room to set the environment for any song you might want to sing! You control the song selection and volume from a iPad tablet which is also a pretty cool feature. The service was fantastic! Our server was more then attentive and it was a refreshing kind of service compared to my more recent experiences I've had at other places. Drinks kept coming, food came promptly and water were always filled. We didn't have much food, but from what I could see, it wasn't bad quality at all. Impressive to say the least. Here's where my 4 stars come in instead of 5. We were told that this place had more the 40,000 songs. Sounds like a lot right? You'd be wrong though. My usual karaoke spot has 150,000 songs to select from and I've never had an issue finding something to sing along to.This spot though, my friends and I were literally hunting for songs to sing. It was a bit frustrating considering that a lot of the popular songs from back then or even nowadays were not avaliable. UPDATE YOUR PLAYLIST PLEASE! This place is amazing overall though, and I will be returning soon. I am really hoping the their song selection has grown by then! read more

I really enjoy coming here to sing karaoke with my coworkers on Friday nights. It's a great way to unwind after a long week of work. I do think it is a bit pricey but if you make it before 7 pm the price is not too bad for two hours of karaoke. The food and drinks are expensive so I suggest eating elsewhere. However, I have tasted the sushi and the bao buns and the food has always tasted very good. The employees are very accommodating and will try their best to resolve any technical issues you may encounter. During our last visit we did experience a couple issues and Jeff was very attentive and was quick to resolve every single issue. It was a bit inconvenient and he was understanding. He offered us free shots and added extra time to make up for the time it took to him to fix the problems we encountered. read more
