The kiddy arcade had an oversized Pac-Man game that I wanted to play. Each arcade machine only takes tokens that can either be paid by cash or credit cards. Well both machines would not accept my crisp dollar and I was aggravated and informed management. I went to the attached bowling alley bar and had a Coors Light for $6.50 while watching football on their big multiple screens. They have several bowling lanes and two pool tables. Strike 10 in Hallandale was an absolute joke. I got there before 10:00 PM, at 9:50 PM, and they still refused to let me in. At 10:00 PM they suddenly acted like it's 21+ only, which is fine, except I am 21+ and they still wouldn't allow me in because I didn't have a physical ID on me. I explained why: I was in a car accident and don't currently have my license on me. They had zero patience, zero flexibility, and the whole interaction felt like they were just looking for a reason to turn people away. If you're going here, don't waste your time unless you have your physical ID in hand, because they'll turn you away even if you're clearly of age and arrived before 10. We came here on a Saturday evening to celebrate my Mom's birthday. They don't offer reservations but we arrived around 6pm and the wait was less than an hour. While you wait for the text that they send when you're lane is ready, they have arcade games that you can play, sit in the dining area and order food, or walk around Gulfstream. My family and I just waited on the couches and talked. We played two games and had a blast. It was my mom's first time bowling so she got her birthday wish. We ordered the 16 piece wing platter (NO FRIES INCLUDED) and that was 24 bucks. They were good but the size of the wings were small for 24 dollars. I went to strike ten for a family bowling night during the mid-week. We paid $22 per person to bowl and were given a lane for one hour while bowling. The experience was pretty standard for bowling but we had a lot of fun it was a blast! And of course I came out on top as the winner at the end of the night after a rough start lol. The ambiance gave a lounge atmosphere with hookah available outside, a restaurant and bar as you enter inside, then a separate bowling and arcade area. We only came for the bowling and ordered some bites to eat. The server was good and came often to check on us. And even the owner came out to greet us and check on us too. We got the classic slider, classic burger, 8 piece jerk chicken rub, and some type of beef and plantain dish. Overall the food was a HUGE miss. None of us enjoyed it at all unfortunately it was very bland and without flavor. I would honestly suggest saving your money and eating elsewhere beforehand or enjoying a meal somewhere else after. The slider was my meal and it was very dry with no mayo or anything, the patty lacked flavor like something that was frozen and just set on the stove to cook and served. I tasted my dad's jerk chicken and it was dry and not spicy at all honestly you couldn't taste the jerk at all. Food was a 3/10 for me. We came at 10:30 on a Thursday evening. Very nice exterior and interior of the building. Clean. 2 of us bowled for an hour. The bowling area was clean, had a dj and a wait staff. The young lady who gave us our bowling shoes was kind and proficient. Our waitress brought chicken fingers and fries to us as we ordered while bowling. They had a good taste and came out quickly. A bowling experience you will love! It's located in an outlet mall plaza. The parking is free. The walk from parking to venue is not far. There is no reservations! Therefore, when you go you will have to sign up upon arrival and wait for lanes. One side is arcades, the other side it's pool tables, lounges, tables, lanes and outside is Hookah area (21 and up). We arrived around 8pm on a Friday night and checked in. It was 1hour and 30min wait for a lane. So we decided to get a table and eat while we wait. Which worked out great because by the time we was done the lane was ready. The food and drinks was good. The servers was friendly, nice and quick. There was a DJ and the music was on fire. He played tunes from all genres. They were even giving free shots for strikes. When we got to our lanes it had a 1hour timer on the screen. Yup you guessed it! When we signed up one game was only for 1 hour. I am typically used to playing 3 games. In order for all players to have fair chance to win. 1 hour is only enough time for 1 game and 1 winner. The names on lane is inputted by front desk from signup sheet. So make sure you let them know the order of bowlers when checking in. I asked about making the lane longer and was told my name would have to go back on waitlist. Which meant when my name came back up I would have to switch lanes. Nobody wants to keep switching lanes at a bowling alley. My complaint is the one hour lanes. I suggest that the lanes should be reserved or at least 2 hour sign up options. It's the greatest bowling alley I have ever been to. But the one hour game ain't for me. I would rather go to a bowling alley I can play three games than to return here for one game. read more

I went yesterday with three other friends we purchased a lane and began bowling we order a round of drinks and tacos with our server we decided to order a round of shots green tea TEQUILA SHOTS ! according to our server we ordered Jameson when asked if she could redo the shots she advised no she couldn't take them back I asked for a manager his name was MARWON we explained the situation and were told bs about he couldn't take the shots back per policy which makes no sense as isnt the customer always right! This was my first time coming here and it was super fun! Everything was lively and enjoyable. The arcade was nice, the food and drinks were delicious, and the bowling was fun. I love everything about this place. They even have pool tables and mini bowling! Strike 10 is perfect for date night, girls night, or even a company party. There was over an hour wait, but we spent time enjoying the lounge, eating and having drinks, while we waited for a lane to be available. I'm rounding up a 4th star having come here for my 25th Year high school reunion because it was definitely an upgrade from bowling as when I was much younger. Besides I had a great Saturday catching up with old friends. There were 12 regular plus 2 junior lanes. The space was kept really clean, and our wait staff attentive. In addition to the dining space and pool tables, the lanes themselves had a little table where I could indulge my chicken "fajitas" and our beer hookah. (No, it wasn't the Cisqo of younger days and "enhanced" ID's. :) Music was a nice variety of early aught classics and current tracks - clean version though - and yes included a couple Cardi B tracks. Why was "fajitas" in quote? Well the dish was juat white rice, grilled chicken with peppers and a few tortillas. Refried beans, pico and sour cream (as I've had in most mexican places) were missing. They are very limited on bowling lanes, approximately 10 lanes. The cost is a bit more pricey than a normal bowling alley. $20/game which includes shoes. For the location and ambiance of the place it be well worth it. lanes are pretty updated, they also offer two junior lanes. bowling balls are lined behind the lanes. The Drinks are a bit more pricey too. a pitcher of domestic beer is $15. The food is decent, wings and nachos are tasty. The outside area is nice. What a fun experience!!! I haven't been bowling for awhile and Strike 10 Bowling was a really fun place to "pick it up" again. There are only 10 lanes, but can bowl comfortably with 6 people on a lane. The place is glowing with colors from the beginning of the alley all the way to the pins. My son was in town from NY, and my wife and I took him on a really rainy day on Labor Day. When we walked in, we checked in at the desk, wrote our names on a sheet of paper and got our shoes. So reasonable at $20.00 per person for 1 hour and 15 minutes of bowling. As soon as we were assigned a lane, the colorful scoreboard was already set up with our names on it and the clock started ticking on the first thrown ball. All the possible size balls were already on the ball return and all we had to do was focus on our bowling. The scoring was automatic and on the second ball, the visual scoring screen gave suggestions as to how to angle your throw to hit the right pin(s). If you are an inexperienced bowler, this could help. I loved the way they took care of everything, from the scoring to the convenience of choosing your ball, and there is even a pad on every lane to change up the order or make any changes to the game. Young children who are bowling for their first times can place their ball on a cool platform to roll the ball down the lane to help them get started. Great place to take kids. I like the fact that they did not charge us by the game, but gave us the hour and fifteen minutes to bowl. We were able to fit in 3 games exactly. On the score board, they show how much time is left so we could pace ourselves. Servers come right to your lane to take drink and food orders and service is brought right to your lane. Strike 10 has a full bar and great menu. There is a very detailed drink menu listing several Martini's, Craft Drinks and a list of liquors and Cognacs. Yes this bowling venue has Cognacs. There is a great food menu with Salads, Apps, Chicken Tenders, Entrees, Wings, Burgers and Sandwiches. Of course there is a kids menu as well. You can even stay for desert. A whole day or evening can be made out of this place. They have a sit down eating area and full bar right behind the lanes as well with full service. We were there during a slow time so I am sure this place is hopping on a Friday or Saturday night. And there's more. Pool tables and a large Arcade with great games. Arcade games for all ages too. This is a great hang out. They do have group packages ranging from $45.00 to $60.00 per person which includes 2 hours of bowling with different options on food and drinks depending on what you plan for your group. Strike 10 is a colorful, fun, lively concept. Great fun for kids and definitely a great night to get together with a group of friends to bowl, eat and drink as well as hang out in the Arcade.
