Busy on summers. Kids were non-stop running around here. It was $33 for 2 kids for 2.5hrs which was cheaper than other locations. There's a membership plan too. Everyone needs socks to go in. They don't allow outside food/drinks except water. My kids were burn out and needed a nap after an hour lol read more

In my opinion, Playmazing is a great place for kids. I usually take my kids here, but I had my daughters birthday party here and it was HOT inside. Yes it was a hot day, but I did not think it would be hot inside as well. The kids were sweating (profusely) and so were the adults- but they did give us a fan like almost 2 hours later, but it was still VERY warm. Both bathrooms were out of order for a while and guests had to go next door. The pizza that was provided with the party package was not good, the cheese had a powdery aftertaste. In my opinion, I don't mind paying for a couple hours for my kids to play. But it was a bummer to pay a good amount of money for a hot indoor playground with bathrooms that were out of order for a while and bad food. read more

I came in on 9/14 to complete my payment and place my extra food order for the party I was having on 9/17, it was around noon and the "manager" at the time was extremely rude. I was worried about having our party there if she was going to be there because she absolutely doesn't need to be "managing" a children's play place with her awful attitude. This indoor playground is much needed out here in AV. It's a huge facility and both my kids love it. It's very clean and safe. I don't have any worries about my 2YO playing in it. I love how flexible they are with their tickets. I bought tickets but something came up and they let me change the time and date for them. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you buy the 10-pack like I did. My kids are always asking to go here, it'a definitely a fun outing for them. read more

My first time here was on 09/04/22. And will most definitely be the last. I'm going to begin with the staff. Older Caucasian lady with a bun at the front desk had no business hospitality and had an attitude problem when buying food from her. Second, all I hear is kids skin screeching up against the "slides". Not waxed nor maintenanced as should. Kids holding their thighs in pain as they get off. I hated this place . Playmazing was one of my favorite places to take my children in Lancaster till today. I took my 3 year old and two 7 year old kids. I got two hours of playtime but didn't make it to the second hour because about 10 "teens" ran in playing tag around small children. They looked 17+! Definitely not safe at all the employees did absolutely nothing but stared. I told the manger how disappointed I was and she said all she can do Is offer a 5% discount for next time. The worst part was my kids got home saying " Those big kids where saying a lot of bad words ". Good luck and hopefully your small children don't have this experience. Our family had a fantastic time here today. All the activities were fun the kids laughed and played for three hours. Their favorite attraction was the bounce section. The birthday packages and their rules! I had paid inadvanced for all the adults and children but they would not refund me for the adults that didn't come and charged me 18$ per teenager that was just sitting down on their phone and not playing when I had already paid them like an adult. so I had to pay twice for them. then they wouldn't accommodate my grandparents who one was legally blind and one with a cane. they made them take off their shoes. which is difficult just for them to be sitting thw whole time. and all my uncles and aunts who are older as well. some of my guess left cause of the stupid shoe policy they have. then they wouldn't let my guest sit in the party room till 2 hrs later which was ridiculous cause no one was using it. then when I went to go decorate it my family helped me and the party host kept coming in saying they had to get out and couldn't help me. and then I was told to use tape instead of tacks to hang up the decorations ao I did then again the party host came in and said we couldn't use it and if one lil piece of paint came off they'll charge me 50 more. the whole time the party host just kept complaining to us don't do that don't do this. it was ridiculous. and I end up paying 500 for what? 2 lil tiny pizzas and 2 sodas. I still had to go costco and buy more pizza and drinks for my guest. it's ridiculous they only pay for pizza for the 10 free kids in the package. but if those kids are teenagers not going to pay they use up your 10 free kids slot and then when more kids show up you'll end up paying 18 each kids it's ridiculous. I'll never go there again. the whole shoe rule is ridiculous but yet all the employees wearing shoes walking around. read more

Love that we have a new play place in the AV. The kids had a great time. I only lasted about an hour. I think you pay for like 3 hours. It's kind of expensive, I think it was like $30 for 2 kids. When we went it was not busy. I think it would be less enjoyable if it were crowded. The tire slide was the best, but the kids (or parents) have to lug those heavy tires all the way up to the top of the slide. It's not easy. It's kind of like McDonalds playland, but is clean and doesn't smell like feet. There is music playing, but it was football time when we went and I had to watch the games on my phone, a big TV would have been nice to just check in on the scores. A nice snack bar area would have been nice as well, like the trampoline place, some nachos or pizza. Bathroom was clean. Staff nice and helpful. read more

This place is in a business district near the DMV and never would have existed if I didn't google indoor play areas nearby. Took my son and he didn't want to leave. Has something for all ages and easy for adults to join in to play with their kids that are younger so it was very convenient for me since my son is still very little. This was our first visit here, my son, granddaughter and myself. It will be our last. I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time about the rude employees and the heat. It was extremely hot so that made it not very comfortable. There is a 10 minute time limit at the bounce house which is strictly enforced by the employee. We were able to rent a locker for $1 which I did appreciate since I had my purse with me but what I didn't understand is why I couldn't keep the key since my personal items were stored in it. Any place I have been to that provides lockers allows you to keep the key. What would have happened if some items were missing from the locker? Also some of the employees are extremely rude. The lockers with the keys are located in front of the concession stand so when it was time for us to leave and my son got our things out of the locker an employee rudely told him that shoes are not allowed. My son told him that we were leaving. I guess the employee told another employee, and she rudely came over to us as we were leaving and told my son that no shoes were allowed, we stayed calm and continued to get my granddaughter to leave. The employee then stands in front of my son and loudly says again that no shoes are allowed. As if she was trying be a bully and cause a scene. My son again stated that we were leaving and we left without incident. It could have gone the wrong way if we had given them the same energy that they gave us, but they weren't worth it. By reading the reviews it appears that the owner is not doing anything about the rude employees that work there, but shifting blame to the guest. I get that they do not own the building but they really need to find a way to keep it cool or perhaps find another location that has an air conditioner if they want to operate this type of business. read more

I took my 5 year old son and 7 year old daughter here. We had to head home after 2 hours, but the kids begged me to stay longer. I think they could have stayed another 2 hours easily. Lots of fun mazes, climbing and obstacle courses, several slides, and a cool tube slide. There is even a little track in the back with scooters. All the equipment is sturdy and clean (the place just opened so its super nice). The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. My kids have been asking to go back since. PlayMazing is just what we needed here in Lancaster!!! It's truly an amazing place for kids to play and even adults get to play on the giant slide and the tire slide as well!! Super fun clean friendly place to take your kids. I loved it at first sight and my 3 year old is usually slow to warm up to new places but not at this place, he was instantly fascinated but everything he saw. I decided to to buy the 10 visit pass which was a really good investment since my son wants to go every Saturday to play! I'm super happy this place opened up and close to where I live!!! This place is cool if you're only there to play. I wouldn't recommend having a party here. When you get there, they rush you out of your room. Absolutely love this little hidden gem! My daughter had so much fun. I was able to have fun with her as well. Super clean and the colors are fun! Going down the slides and the tire slide was so much fun! Not just for my daughter but for me as well! My daughter literally cried because she was so sad to leave this place.
