It is much bigger inside, and has a larger play structure than Play Modesto. It is very clean and well kept. I did not notice anything broken or in need of repair. We were here for a few hours, and someone is constantly picking up the toys and putting them back where they belong, wiping things down, vacuuming, etc. There is a lot to do, and both of my children had a great time! I loved the variety of themes they offer -- we picked the Pink Castle theme, which was perfect for our daughter's "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Two" celebration. For our package, they set up & clean up which makes it less stressful. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and very responsive during the planning process. They even accommodated special requests like customizing the balloon colors. Everything came together beautifully and made for such a memorable celebration. So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids,lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

It's the kind of place where you can easily spend a couple of hours while the kids explore, climb, and just have a blast. We went there to celebrate my friend's daughter's (3rd) birthday. We had people of all ages with us ranging from tiny toddlers to the grandparents of the bday girl! I'm pretty sure grandma on the dad's side had the most fun-- she even showed me up on the zipline! This place was huge and there's so much to do, drained our energy for sure. From what I noticed, the staff was pretty good about bringing everything my friends asked for and very attentive about our food & drinks. I can't completely speak on this part since it was not my party and I didn't have to worry about anything (always nice). Aside from getting kicked out of the room eventually (timed slot) everything went by smoothly-- then we went off to play for the remaining time we had. There are free storage lockers to keep your personal items in-- love that. You get socks for your playtime visit (pretty standard everywhere I've gone that's similar though). There's a food counter you can order pizza and such from... & they keep the place clean and as sanitary as they can (I noticed staff cleaning frequently). Best money I've spent for the kiddos in a while, oldest (5, the middle (4) and the youngest (1 1/2) were all entertained and nobody wanted to leave - they could have stayed all day! What stood out was her commitment to her clients and how much she cares about her work. Leading Up to the Wedding: We did a final venue tour about a month out where we went over questions and site details with the venue coordinator. It went really well and Melissa guided us in thinking through final decisions based on her expertise, but did an incredible job at prioritizing our needs and vision. I put together all of our contracts, tablescapes, and details of who would be bringing what to the wedding in a folder for her so there wouldn't be any surprises for her. Day Of Wedding On the day of our wedding, Melissa took care of all of the details which included overseeing set up of both the ceremony and reception areas at our venue, being the contact person for our vendors, and ensuring we stayed on schedule with our photographer and for the wedding. When I arrived to the venue, she asked a few questions to confirm details and then sent me off to finish getting ready. I ended up doing significantly less work than I thought day of thanks to her! She was so incredible to work with and she ensured that we could enjoy our wedding day together and not have to worry about little details. As an event planner myself, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking at ways to ease stress and enjoy their wedding day!
