But honestly, it wasn't even necessary, it's cozy and safe, so you can see almost all the way around. Best money I've spent for the kiddos in a while, oldest (5, the middle (4) and the youngest (1 1/2) were all entertained and nobody wanted to leave - they could have stayed all day! I love this place for us grandparents. Kids already asked me when we are going again, music to ears, I'll be back.

We went back today. The kids had a lot of fun. My grandson fell and ended up with a pretty large…read morescratch on his arm in the toddler area. A sharp part of a bracket holding the fence was exposed, scratching his arm when he fell. The sharp edge wasn't very noticeable so it took us a moment to realize where the scratch came from. I notified one of the employees right away to prevent another child from being injured. They were very responsive, immediately moved the diner set to cover the exposed bracket and then returned with an emergency kit to help us clean & cover his injury. Shortly after, a gentleman came over with some pliers and a hammer to properly attach the bracket and attaching the sharp edge into the fence. We're now just hoping the cut heals quickly and that it doesn't result in an infection. The kids still had fun despite the incident.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

Before the party, I received an email saying that a coordinator would contact me to finalize the food order, but I never heard from anyone until 2 days of the party even though I sent a follow-up email which I didn't receive a response, which made planning stressful. At the end of the party, fewer children attended than we had originally expected, and our total guest count was still within the overall party limit. Despite that, we were charged extra for additional adults, which was disappointing and didn't feel very customer-friendly. We were also told we had 15 minutes to vacate the play area. While the venue itself is great for open play, I wouldn't recommend it as a birthday party venue based on my experience. The focus seemed to be more on additional charges than on providing a smooth, enjoyable experience for families. I would happily bring my son back to play, but I would choose a different location for future birthday celebrations.

We met with the manager prior to the birthday for a walkthrough of the party space, and we coordinated our group going from our party to the Lego movie after the party. I had a million questions as a detailed planner and the team were incredibly efficient at answering all of my pre questions so that I could ensure my guests had all if the information upon arrival. Ultimately, we had a 5 star experience. This is an excellent venue because your group is together for the party and then everyone can free play and explore for as long as they want afterwards. It was so delightful to see all of the kids and parents engaged in their activities of choice when the party room ended. We learned that all of our guests had a blast and many kids are still talking about our son's party to this day. This is on par price wise for the jumping birthday places, so we felt like we had a unique and fun birthday experience for about the same price as we would have paid for the standard jump birthday. We've been to 4 birthday's at the same jump house business this year, so we loved mixing it up for our guests. The facility is awesome, staff are super friendly and the experience is wonderful! At the end of our party, a super sweet employee helped us make 2 trips with their wagon to our car with gifts. She packed all of our gifts in our car and we were on our way! I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.

It was not stressful at all. Many of the parents in attendance made comments of how impressed they were. Some of them were worried about germs, but commented on how clean the place was, and liked that sanitizer was around for use. Definitely would consider doing another party here.
