We only stayed one night, but we really made the most of it. We enjoyed the water park for two full days and spent at least 2.5 hours there each time. My son especially loved our Wolf Den room and got such a kick out of the bunk bed. It made the stay feel extra special for him. We also did Build-A-Bear, played arcade games, joined the free arts and crafts, and enjoyed story time and the dance party. The property is so well organized, and they really seem to have thought of everything when it comes to entertaining kids. Breakfast was honestly the highlight of our morning. They had everything you can think of and more, and it was delicious. We paid for it as part of our package, and I believe it was around $35 for two people, which felt like a steal for the amount and variety of food. I know some reviews mention cleanliness issues, but that was not our experience. Our room was very clean, and we had no problems. The water park was busy, but not overwhelming. I think the best time to enjoy it is around 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., before the next wave of guests starts arriving. The only thing I would note is that the restaurant is overpriced, but that is probably expected for a popular resort like this. My biggest tip is to go on a weekday if possible. We checked in Tuesday and checked out Wednesday and got an amazing rate of $139, which felt like a steal. Overall, Great Wolf Lodge is high-energy but so much fun. If your child enjoys water play, themed rooms, and kid-friendly activities, it is definitely a must-visit at least once. I would absolutely take my son back, maybe once a year or after several months, so it still feels special.

The facility is clean, and it's perfect for my kids, who are 14, 10, 5, 4 and 10months old. I recommend renting your space ahead of time. Even with many people, there's so much to do that it doesn't feel crowded. We enjoyed the food too, especially the loaded fries, chicken strips, and strawberry lemonade. My family really had a great time, and there are plenty of lifeguards on duty.

The larger water slides were closed, which was the main reason we wanted to come here but didn't get to experience. Had they mentioned on their website that the slides were not available, we would have planned a different day or brought younger kids instead of the big kids. The cabanas were not held down by anything and it was a windy day, I almost got hit by the cabana flying. Maybe have them closed and when someone does purchase it is when you would open them up for the guest. I don't know if people really reserved any cabanas but a few were being used but closer to closing time so I don't think they really reserved them and people just sat there since it isn't getting checked in my opinion. I don't miss like that bathrooms are available in the front and back of the park. The front bathrooms in the check in area have lockers and showers. There is also a bathing suit spin dryer. It seems for the lockers that if you bring your own pad lock you can store your things if needed. It's great they allow you to bring in food but not in coolers but bagged food take out is ok. There is also food available for purchase in the back. Treats and desserts in the front middle of the water park. Parking is shared with the community building not close to the entrance. So for my disabled friends like me, we had to walk even from a disabled parking spot. The park does provide tables and chairs. The cement picnic tables in front are near the treats vendor store. I don't recall what type of tables are in the back near the food but there were more there and by the kid's splash pad area. I would like to return when the large slides are open but I call next year and find out till then.

This place is huge and has two sections for kids (small and big kids) The playground is safe and the floor has rubber matting in case the kids slip. There's also a small rock climbing section and a covered patio for birthday parties. You have to reserve the patio for any events though. If I remembered correctly admission is $6. Rides are $5 for 3 rides. (They only have 3 rides: boat ride, train ride, & carrousel) OR $9 for unlimited rides wristband. We ended up getting the wristband but it wasn't worth it, as the park was extremely packed and the lines for the rides were pretty lengthy, we only got on each ride once, but I'm sure on a regular day with no event happening, it's worth it to get the unlimited. Carrousel was so fun, goes pretty fast. Train ride was funny with all the things you pass and see along the ride, and the tunnel was the cutest, get ready to get your phone out and take a video. They even have a little water park so be sure to pack an extra pack of clothes for the kiddos unless you don't mind them getting soaked and getting back in your car. They have a food stand with foods like hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, chili, chips, shaved ice, fountain drinks, etc. We didn't purchase food here but prices ranged from $4-$8 I believe. This was a great way to spend a few hours and let your kids run around, play and tire them out. I'd definitely bring my daughter back. I am pretty bummed, there opening day my daughter & I stood in line for face painting for 1h & 35m literally and it was during the time that they passed out the raffle it was 70 $70 gift cards and apparently my number got called while in line & I didn't hear it and it's not like I had anyone to go get my prize for me.
