I'm confused as to why this nail salon has a lot of good reviews. I was treated horribly at this salon. Not only did my nails come out uneven and horribly, the staffs were super unfriendly. I checked in, and they ignored me. I don't know if it could just be racial profiling, but I know I was treated differently. They offered food, and I thought there was no harm in ordering the food. However, the food there gave me stomach poisoning. My friend works there and told me they reused the food that was not eaten by the clients. I should've known already with the pandemic going on that I shouldn't accept food from a nail salon. I figure that's why I got the stomach poisoning. I don't even want to rate 1 star because the service was horrible. Maybe it could be that they had a bad day there, but I sure know I shouldn't been treated that way. read more

I have been going to Tiffany's Nails for approximately 12-13 years. Recently, a new owner acquired it and it shows. I am so impressed with the renovations. It still offers the same great service, but now in a posh environment. The new owner has put a lot of time into the little details. She made this a spa as opposed to a "place to get your nails done." Water infused with fruit as well as grapes and cheese are served. There is an iPad at every nail station. You can surf the net or watch Netflix. Beautiful flower arrangements are everywhere. The new chairs, lights and flooring have really made this an upscale location. read more

The price is a tiny bit higher than some others in the area but it's worth it with the amenities (wine and cheese & crackers plate ) I call ahead just to make sure she's free, but they take walkins too!! read more

Minh did an amazing job! The best foot and leg massage ever! There are tons of polish choices in both gel and powder. Very clean and calming environment. They even offer a cheese grape and cracker plate upon arrival! Definitely a great salon experience. read more

Do not go here if you want to be overcharged. Today I went in and chose a pedicure that was $32 based on the price in the book that I pointed to. But when I walked up to pay I was being charged $57. I asked the receptionist why am I being charged more than what I chose so she went and asked the nail technician if that price was right for me and they said yes. This is considered a deceitful business practice. Not a ethical place. read more

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I made a reservation for my friend and I because she was about to get proposed to and her soon to be fiancé knew she would want her nails done for pictures so he had asked me to take her. I made an appointment and arrived about 15 min early. We ended up waiting for over an hour with no apologies. At about 45 min it got to the point where people would walk in for an appointment and get taken back in less than 5 minutes. How is that possible?!! Once I had complained over 4 times, they finally told us it was our turn. Once we sat down I told her what I wanted and may I say she did the complete opposite. I told her I wanted square tip acrylics and she puts on a stiletto tip. I asked her to please do the square ones bc I didn't want a coffin shape. she then proceeded to tell me that she was doing square and it was fine. She wouldn't listen to what I wanted and was trying to tell her. Cut my cuticles and when I would say it hurt she didn't care and proceeded to keep cutting me. Nails looked horrible, prices were way too high, and staff was rude and inconsiderate. Will NOT be returning to this establishment ever again. P.S. now my friend's nails look horrible in her engagement photos that she will have forever. I hope you're happy. read more

This was the best nail experience I've ever had! Mai Ly did my pedi and mani and she was phenomenal! I dropped in on Saturday needing to run lots of errands that day in a short amount of time. I did not have an appointment but Mai was able to see me. I told them I had about 1.5 hrs until I had to leave. Mai and the salon was able to do both my mani and pedi in that amount of time. I really appreciate them trying to keep this appointment in my time frame. This salon offered drinks and even snacks during this appointment. I was amazed!! I've never had any place offer me these things! Also I loved how they had HGTV playing on the wall as I was getting my toes done. They truly know their audience is and I was very entertained. Also loved the option of Netflix shows as I got the mani. Mai listened to my concerns about my nails and made them absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!! read more

Went in as a new customer for gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax.a nice clean and friendly salon. However, the gel manicure is expected to last 2 weeks, sometimes I can get 3 weeks out of it, but this did not last even one! The polish on 2, almost 3 nails has come completely off. Overall, terrible experience for some first time-clients and they had no excuse because we called ahead to check their availability, they were not packed, and we were brand new costumers.
