**1-Star Review**…read more Very disappointed with the service and professionalism at this shop. I brought my 2017 Audi Q5 here for a coolant pump replacement. Immediately after their repair, my vehicle developed new issues that were not present before. On the day of pickup, I noticed the **check engine light was on**, which was not there before. Initially, they denied that it had anything to do with their work, but later discovered that **a fuel injector had not been secured properly** during their repair. That alone was concerning. After I got home, I found that **my center console buttons had completely lost power**, which had never been an issue before this repair. When I reported this to them, they again denied responsibility and claimed it was an existing issue, even though it happened immediately after their work. In the end, they were **unable to fix the center console problem** and simply told me to take the car to the dealership. After causing these problems, they **did not apologize** and instead stated that I could complain wherever I wanted. This experience caused significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and forced me to spend additional money diagnosing problems that appeared right after their repair. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

I had to go find them again to scan the system to cancel the lights. And they said the "lights were on when they got the car." I told them that's why I reached out and offered business. Wasn't it their job to wrap it up before saying the car is ready? Service - I chose them because they said they offer the service to send the car back to me without me having to show up there. And it was communicated that they could have the car fixed within the day. It was discounted after they got the car, saying they didn't even have the parts ready by the end of the day and that they had to wait one more day. Plus, they told me they could only Uber me to their plant to pick up the car instead of sending it back to me. They should not OVERPROMISE on such supporting services as the customer chose them for the sake of time. It turned out I had to cancel lots of errands, which would have been totally avoidable if they had been upfront and decent from the beginning and throughout the service. I gave them two stars instead of one only because the manager showed a good attitude and admitted that they should have done a better job. Anyway, the experience was NOT pleasant.

What could have been a very stressful situation was completely transformed by the people here. Chris, the General Manager, personally came out to check on me and make sure I was okay, then drove me himself to the main lobby so I could use the restroom and get out of the cold. The team even offered to change my tire, but I declined only because I already had a USAA tow truck on the way. As I was heading back, Dean kindly helped me get a coffee and made sure I was comfortable before returning to my car. During that time, Kay, one of the service technicians, stood by my car in the cold to watch it in case the tow truck arrived while I was away. I was not a customer and wasn't driving their brand, yet every person treated me with dignity, patience, and genuine care. No pressure, no sales pitch--just people helping another person when they needed it most. Thank you, Chris, Dean, and Kay, for turning a frightening moment into a powerful example of what true hospitality and professionalism look like.

BMW closes at 8 M-F because they actually understand customers work for a living and 6pm doesn't work for customers. Called Park Place Lexus the next day to make an appointment to drop off my car to change out my tire and perform routine maintenance and they tell me they don't have ANY loaner cars at the time and won't have any for FIVE days. This is a CAR COMPANY. How on earth do you not have any cars available to loan out? How incompetent do you have to be to mismanage your loaner inventory so badly that you have to turn away customers because you don't have cars? For an (alleged) luxury car company, this is completely unacceptable. BMW would NEVER have a problem like this. Looks like I will be switching back to them if this is the kind of unprofessional service Lexus offers.

I am thankful to the team at Davids for that checkup because they found an oil and transmission leak from poor seals, and the fluid was dangerously low. So if your car is out of warranty. Invest in your auto longevity and take it to Davids. The best thing about going to Davids is he will replace your broken parts with superior parts . Pretty horrible experience at David's today. Been chasing…read morean issue with my vehicle starting for about a month now and finally had it down to the starter, which I can't replace myself (tools). Spoke to David's and they said they would replace the starter I had (O'Reilly's) but they wouldn't warranty the part. Expected and okay. Dropped the vehicle off about 9am. Given a quote for $231 for inspection, diagnostics and testing. Was told that it would be applied to any repairs. Was verbally quoted by Rich that the starter replacement may add a "couple of bucks" but would be close to the $231 and that the testing/diagnostic charge would apply. Was told it would be done by noon. At 12:30pm called to get a status, still in work. At 12:45pm I get an automated inspection report. At 1pm I call back to see if the starter had been replaced. Nope. Quote $760 for replacement using my part and $1050 to use theirs. Asked about the 300% increase from the initial price and after being put on hold for a while was told that the best they could do was $463. DOUBLE the original quote! Was also told that they "hoped" to get it done today. "Hope" is a little dubious after doubling/tripling a quote for no reason. They also made very clear that absolutely no warranty was included - including installation. When I asked if the starter fell off because they forgot to torque the bolts, "Nope, we wouldn't cover that. But we do things right around here." At 5pm I called to see if it was actually completed and it had been done but no one had decided to let me know. Overall, just a bunch of over promises, under delivery and dishonesty! Look elsewhere!
