I'm a massive fan of anywhere I can get plant-based comfort food. We tried both the deluxe chicken sandwich and the burger and, personally I found the first to be more substantial and more filling. We didn't try the milkshakes, but it's on the list. The cashier was incredibly friendly and provided recommendations (try the green goddess sauce). Keep in mind it's basically fast-food. There is seating outside, but it's a window you pick your food up from. The vibe is pretty much a casual hole-in-the-wall with modern branding. Did a to go order and tried their version of a Buffalo " Chicken " Sandwich. My order was ready when expected and waiting on a designated shelf. I enjoyed the sandwich but would have liked more Buffalo sauce. I also tried the plantees sauce which is similar to Mac sauce per my husband. I enjoyed it. The green goddess sauce was a little too thick for my liking. If you want to hang out to eat there is space both indoors and outdoors I believe (mostly outdoors). The pickles even tasted like they make them on site. So good. The impossible burger is thin, but that's personally how I prefer it. I'm curious what kind of cheese they use because it got all melty, and was super tasty especially for a vegan cheese. I also got a strawberry shake. Loved it! Oat milk shakes are my new favorite thing for sure. My mom got the chicken sandwich and she loved it! I honestly don't know if I can justify going back because the prices are silly high. My husband and I have visited this location twice while in the Orlando area and had wonderful experiences both times. We usually get the lunch special of the veggie burger and make it a double as it comes with fries and a drink. Everything is made to order and is super fresh when it comes out. Came in with a large group of 8 for a quick bite, and we were all so impressed. The parking was relatively easy with them having some limited parking up front and then street parking. Finally a vegan spot with vegan burgers that actually tastes yummy! I had the regular cheeseburger and my husband had the Buffalo "chicken" sandwich and loved it. We shared the fries and the sauces were delicious - so much so that we asked if they had them for sale...lol. If you're vegan or not, live in Orlando, and haven't tried Plantees, drop everything and go! I've never had a burger, fries, and shake that brings back the classic feeling of going to a stake and shake or checkers, AND be vegan. The burgers are good, the fries are good, the nuggets are tasty and the milkshake is delicious. My vegetarian friend, that is very picky about trying new vegan products wants to come here almost every week and is still tripping out about how good the burger is. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey for a fast-food-style eatery, but it's worth every cent. This was everything I wanted it to be! Sandwich, shake and fries were on point. Great bread to filling ratio. The shake was light but satisfying. I will say it wasn't all the way cold though. This was a solid vegan lunch. Everything was *delicious* (insert chef's kiss). I had the signature burger while my husband had the BBQ BAC'N. But the best part?! The Plant Style Fries. Omg, it was flavorful and the cheese left nothing to be sorry about. The hubs also had a vanilla shake and the chocolate chip cookie. One thing I will say is, thank goodness they serve coca cola products, because if you're going to serve such scrumptious vegan junk food, you better not force me to chase it with an infused water! A standalone vegan burger stand. Love it! I've walked here many a time and have never been disappointed. A simple burger and fries (or tater tots) is plenty and it's consistently a pleasure. The property is always well taken care of whether you're sitting under the sign or under the canopy to enjoy your meal or inside to order. Bottom line, the food keeps me coming back. The friendliness and positive vibe from the staff was very nice and that of a full service restaurant. As a vegan, it's hard to find a burger that is cooked nicely. Some leave it raw and mushy while others leave it under seasoned. This burger (the double) was loaded with great toppings and condiments and cooked to perfection served hot as well. Nicely packaged and nearly presented. The nuggets were a great taste as well and super crispy not all soggy or drenched in oil. They were perfectly cooked. I can't wait to bring my boys here to enjoy this wonderful little piece of food heaven. The loaded plant based fries were a yummy addition to our meal. All price points on the food items are comparable to any restaurant. In my opinion you pay for what you get. If you're willing to pay for decent food the quality is in the dollar. Some reviews mentioned the price point and it being high, but as a foodie, it seems to be very comparable to most vegan places and full service restaurants. The burgers are perfect size and loaded with ingredients that are not skimped. The fries are definitely a shareable size. My partner and I shared the loaded fries and didn't even finish it. So if you're worried about the price honestly, their items other than the burger are definitely shareable. This is an awesome place that I will be returning to several times over I'm sure. read more

The fries are fantastic and not too skinny for shoestring. Plant sauce is on the burger and is like a Big Mac sauce or similar, pretty good. The burgers are @impossible_foods with a special seasoning mix and I was not a fan of it at all. I eat a lot of meat substitutes but this just didn't taste good, in my opinion. Other plant based restaurants try to overcompensate for not having meat on the menu with too much variety, but not here which is why I find this joint works. Coming from CA, this place reminds me a whole lot of In-N-Out - from the food presentation to the actual taste, it's very reminiscent of it all around. But of course, miles ahead being 100% plant based! The burger itself is an impossibly patty, which could easily make it forgettable considering how many other places use it now but Plantees really made it their own with some distinct flavors that stand out from the dozens of other impossible burger offerings out there. As someone who typically opts for unique house patties over impossible/beyond ones, I was very pleasantly surprised by it The "Plant Style" fries are basically a veganized version of the In-N-Out "Animal Fries" and the serving size you get is massive. Very, very good. Plantees also has what I'd consider to be the best plant-based milkshake in all of central FL. I've tried quite a few around Orlando, Gainesville, and elsewhere and while good, others will usually have a very noticeable under taste of coconut or whatever other base they may be using. Not here though! All you get is the taste of glorious thick ice-creamy milkshake goodness. I highly recommend the Vanilla Oreo. I can't stress enough how much every bite of everything brought In-N-Out to mind. If you like them, you'll definitely like Plantees. Just one minor gripe: everything is fairly priced for what you get except for the burger in my opinion - seemed a little undersized, especially the patty. Me and my gf shared everything and were surprisingly satisfied but agreed we could've been that much more happier with just a slightly bigger burger, if not just a bigger patty. Plantees was an awesome place to stop by for Lunch. Although the parking lot was relatively small, there were few people here so finding a spot was easy. I liked that they are open late Thursday through Saturday. Finding a good plant-based restaurant to satisfy your cravings at 1 in the morning is difficult and I appreciate Plantees for helping make that easy. I'm not a die-hard plant-based person and I wouldn't fall into the vegan realm of food, but I do like environmentally friendly places. That is one thing I would suggest adding to the list of future changes and upgrades -- more green solutions to waste. Food packaging still came in paper containers (granted only 50% of a container for the burger, but the fries were in some big packaging) and the bag even felt like a thick bag you would find in the gift section at Target. The package dons the Recycling symbol we all love, but there were no recycling containers anywhere on site. I would love to see a push towards eco-friendly cutlery and a recycling program to seal the deal on being a green company! They already have a single napkin dispensing container which helps with the problem of taking more than you need! read more

The shake was too thick to drink. It wasn't very tasty either. The loaded fries were soggy sadly & didn't have much flavor either. The fries were tiny. The burgers come in a half cardboard holder within a bag. They were also bland, falling apart, & nearly impossible to eat. We first sat at the benches outside of the location but it was so hot that we moved to our car. It was so impossible to eat these things in our car. The burgers were very tiny as well. The price point is expected for vegetarian options but we received such little food for amount that I wouldn't say it was worth it. The space outside to eat doesn't allow for a breeze & not great for hanging out in the heat. It's so pretty though!!! I believe this spot is supposed to act more as a "fast food" alternative.
