HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased a frag rack they have 3D Printed -…read moreinternal magnets started rusting through plastic inside my tank (less than 1.5 months of purchase). Driving into the store from Surprise where I live, no concern or sincere of any urgency. Instead, I was treated with very poor customer service. I was expected to wait for days to hear back from someone. After 2 days of calling the store and being frustrated. I was told I had to wait until the next week in order for the guy who makes them, to come back from out of town and remake a new one. The store had a whole basket of the same item "Except those were double magnets" and I only purchased the single magnet". To make things right and avoid customer frustration. No one offered to upgrade or anything else, I had to ask options to just upgrade and be done with it. What a JOKE, I was offered a discount to upgrade. Basically, around the same price if I'd just purchased the double magnet mount. Pay Double The $$ for a product that only lasted 1.5 months. I DON'T THIONK SO. I only purchased it because I was told the store made these. I was trying to support a small company. Not After This. I'm done dealing with this place. Completely different attitude when addressing a defective product they sell. Unless your dropping $$$ the day of the visit, expect to get bare minimum for customer service when there is an issue. They won't be getting any $$ from me after this encounter.

Justin and Bobby have been, hands down the most consistently professional, easiest to work with, available for emergencies, and overall most technically competent of all aquarium retailers and service providers in the greater Phoenix Area. I have been keeping reef aquaria for over 50 years, since the days of dolomite and undergravel filters, when the concept was a novelty. I am particular, I know a bit, and I need a crew that can match wits with me to figure out the more challenging stuff to partner with me. The Justin-Bobby Team matches my needs, is patient with my sometimes old-school thinking, and always is keen to make sure I am satisfied. They are as interested in the success of my reef as I am!! I cannot give Aquatic Innovations a recommendation too high. If you are struggling with your salt aquarium and you still haven't contacted Justin, then its your own damn fault...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Greg and Arizona Reef Aquarium Service. Greg took over…read morethe care of my two saltwater aquariums after serious water-quality problems under a previous service provider resulted in the loss of many corals. He immediately evaluated both systems, identified the problems, and took corrective action to restore the aquariums to a healthy and stable condition. Once Greg took over, no additional corals were lost--a direct reflection of his extensive knowledge, careful attention, and proactive approach to aquarium care. The improvement in both aquariums has been remarkable. Greg carefully monitors the water quality, recognizes potential concerns before they become serious problems, and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He is dependable, honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about the health and well-being of every fish and coral in his care. What impresses me most is the peace of mind I now have knowing that my aquariums are being maintained by someone who is exceptionally knowledgeable and treats them as though they were his own. Finding someone this trustworthy, experienced, and dedicated is extremely rare. I recommend Greg and Arizona Reef Aquarium Service without hesitation. Anyone fortunate enough to have Greg maintain their saltwater aquarium can feel confident that it is in exceptionally capable hands.
