Probably my favorite place in town. As a freshman I go there to hang, sometimes do homework, to just eat, to rest. Its a great pizza place and is very hip. Small place with 10 big bench tables to eat at. Very good quality food from fries to pizza to wings to mozzarella sticks. (9.5/10 food) The service is great and the workers are all friendly. Sometimes kids get a little rowdy in there so if your not a fan of a lot of noise, it might not be the best place for you. (8.5/10 for service) Parking is not great having to park on the road or behind the store. (7/10) 4 TVs as well as an ice cream cooler and wide variety of drinks. Very kid friendly with erasable whiteboard benches on one side. (10/10 for experience) pretty fast. On an average day, one slice of pizza is 7 min bought in store, 10 min ordered and 15 min delivered. (9/10 for speed. read more

Large pizza 1/2 cheese and 1/2 meatball, cut into 6 awkward slices. I'm not sure where the cheese was but I can tell you it was not on this pizza and was clearly hiding with the sauce which was also in large part missing. The meatball was dry and absent of any flavor. A dozen mild buff wings so blubbery and under-cooked I had to put them under the broiler when I got them home. Accompanied by blue cheese sans any actual blue cheese. The service was fast perhaps in this case that was not such a good thing. The price was fair but I'd pay more for taste and quality. It's a good shop but for the 18 & under crowd only. read more

Looks: extra greasy, dripping oil... good texture crisp crust some thickness to dough - i liked this part. Taste like greasy chewy cheese with salt. ...Yup thats about it and got my order wrong when it wasnt that busy read more

Go to place in town for pizza...I remember getting pies from the planet back in white plains and these have the same style and great flavor...closest thing to NY Pizza since I've moved to CT...service is always fast and friendly, and I haven't had a bad slice yet...highly recommend read more

Got a sicilian pizza with broccoli so good! Dominic the owner is very nice. He is making a huge donation to the ridgefield lions club, hosting an event tonight at his restaurant. I love their pizza and will definitely be back!!! read more

Ironically there's much better pizza in town but most everything else they make is above average, especially their salads which are superb. The lettuce and veggies are always fresh and crisp and you get a healthy portion of well seasoned grilled chicken breast if you're inclined to order it this way. read more

Ridgefield Planet has the WORST delivery service. Placed order. Came 2 hours later and missing the pizza. Terrible!!!

Despite being extremely busy the service was friendly & fast. It's a pretty big tween hang out so I've only ever gotten food to go. Greatly appreciate them accommodating my special request for whole wheat pasta. Not the best Pizza or Pasta in town but reasonably priced. read more

Planet Pizza is my go-to pizza and salad place in Ridgefield because of their creative recipes and specials. They make online ordering easy, and they've never gotten the order wrong. read more

BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER DELIVERY AND HAVE CHILDREN PLAYING NEAR THE DRIVEWAY My family and I have always been a fan of Planet Pizza. Is it the best pizza I've ever had? No. But there's something to be said about the long delivery times and lines in store. It's good pizza. We've ordered delivery probably once a month; this time a few weeks ago, and I'm sad to say it will most likely be the last time. The only good thing that came about it is the long conversation/debate my wife and I had with some friends about delivery drivers appearances and if there should be a code for them. Let me paint the picture: Saturday night, ordered a couple of pizzas for the kids, my wife, and myself, it's still light out, thankfully my kids had come in from playing outside about 10 minutes prior and were showering up before dinner. I say this because the driver who's car you could hear from two streets over fake FLYING in our driveway. He was easily going above the speed limit in the driveway. Where my children often play. My wife told me not to get the door as I was ready to throw him off. I can see from behind, he's holding the pizzas, and his hair is all but in the pizza boxes, and looks like he hadn't showered in weeks, as his hair was more greasy than the pizza, with a heavy stench of cigarettes and arrogance that lingered into the house. We threw away the top pizza and only ate the bottom. I don't care what people look like at all, or what jobs you have. But if you're handling food, you should at least look clean. My food travels in the car, and I don't know if they open the box up to make sure it's the right pizza or not, but I wouldn't trust the interior of his car to not have 100 cigarette butts on the ground with ash flying around. Incredibly disappointed. With two kids, and one of us parents typically out of the house until late, it's hard to stop and pick anything up. But if we do remain customers- that's our only option. With the amount of pizza places in town however; it's likely we will be frequenting elsewhere read more

Very family friendly good food good service. They are really nice to kids and they are never cranky. There food is amazing wide menu for a fast casual pizza place. There pizza isn't just amazing. I have had pizza, philly cheese steak, wings, garlic knots, and even more. They work really hard as well read more

Probably the worst pizza I've ever had, at least the slice version. The sauce consistently has ZERO flavor. There are so many other pizza places in Ridgefield. No reason to come here, from my experience. They stay open late, so that's good, if you find something you could enjoy. But this place never works for me. I've been here so many times. read more

While the delivery time is still a bit long, they have greatly improved their doer process, and the online ordering on Eat24 is fantastic!!!

Love this place. It is like walking home. Dom and Mike are the greatest! Food is consistently good and they take the time to get to know their customers. My son has allergies and they remember this. Highly recommend Planet Pizza. read more

Great, lively pizza joint right along Main Street! They have about 15 different kinds of pizzas and strombolis that you can buy by the slice. Buffalo chicken is the best around, but beware of the grease. My favorite place to go when I'm in Ridgefield. read more

Not only do they have great food, they also have friendly service. Planet Pizza of Ridgefield, they're an important part of our community

Pizza is good, rather greasy though. There wraps tend to be a little soggy, and their buffalo wings taste like they were just popped in the microwave. Also, their cheese fries (and chili cheese fries) are just regular fries with a slice of those cheap packaged American cheese slices. It's also incredibly crowded, and the majority of people who work their are teenagers. It's not exactly the fastest pizza place. Only thing I recommend are the regular fries (great seasoning on top), curly fries, or their salads. read more

I was really disappointed. I ordered the Italian combo sub, cold. Reminded me of a premade sub you might buy at a grocery store - for a restaurant price. read more

Takes 2 hours to deliver pizza and 30 minutes on hold to complain about late delivery. what a joke

Honestly, I have been going here for years and have never experienced bad delivery service like I have today. I go to the front of my apartment and see a pick-truck with a man sitting halfway out the car smoking a cigarette. I think to myself "Surely this can't be the delivery guy," BUT I WAS VERY, VERY WRONG. The man stares at me for a whole minute without speaking or getting up from his seated position and gives a sly "Hey," in my direction. The man was clearly doing some kind of "flirting" technique which made me highly uncomfortable. I walk upstairs to my apartment uneasy with my encounter but shrug it off. I dig into my fries and notice something hanging from one, TWO LONG, CURLY BEARD HAIRS. At that point, I couldn't wait to eat something that I knew was good, a nice slice of cheese pizza. I take one bite and it is freezing cold and saturated with grease. I am going to make it a point never to order from these people again. I'm sure the staff is great, but the man who took care of my order seemed to think it was some kind of blind date instead of a delivery. Very disappointed, PP, very disappointed. read more

They have no clue how to make a margarita pizza and their pizza is way over priced, you are better off eating cardboard with red crayon sauce, delivery takes forever even though I live less then Half a mile away, pizza often comes cold, seriously don't waste your time. read more

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! I live about 10 minutes down the street and ordered delivery last night so my date and I wouldn't have to leave the house. I ordered at 7:30pm and by 8:30 it still hadn't arrived. I called and they assured me that the delivery man was on his way. At 9pm ( an HOUR AND A HALF after I placed my order) I called again and they said that he was on my street........ I did not receive my pizza until 9:38pm - over TWO HOURS after I had placed the order. It was just one large pizza, there is no reason this should have taken over two hours to make and deliver!! They took $15 off, but the pizza was COLD. Not even luke-warm. Cold. Luckilly my boyfriend called and was able to talk them into giving it to us for free, but I will never order from them again! 2+ hours for a freaking pizza!!!! read more

I ate here when I went to visit some family upstate, the place is alright, but the food is so so. Honestly it was over packed and pretty much forgettable. read more

Moving up from Poughkeepsie has proven to make it a really tough task to find good pizza. This place is the best I've found, so far, and the only place in Ridgefield that realizes they are selling pizza, not gold and price accordingly. I read another review that says the staff is rude, which is complete bull. My girlfriend and I order from here at least once a week and not once have we encountered someone rude. read more

I've ordered delivery from them a handful of times. Normally, the food and service are not too bad. However, one too many times, they've either taken more than 45 minutes and/or had something missing from my order. read more

Ordinary pizza in a town filled with lots of places selling ordinary pizza . When you use the same sauce, dough, and ovens its going to be the same! Owner a nice kid. Should dump the delivery service charge or make it more known to buyer. read more

In a region with such a high bar on good pizza, I am mystified Planet Pizza even remains in business. Other places have the same pizza chef manning the oven for year. Every time I go in this place, there's a band of teenagers behind the counter. I had to send 2 orders of mozzarella sticks back because they couldn't heat them beyond frozen. The one star is for decent air conditioning. read more

Nothing except location and very large pizzas are memorable. Nothing about the pizza or food was impressive. Totally a disappointment . Bring back Roma!!! The worst of Ridgefield. read more

Messed up my order tonight, ordered a Meatball parm with extra marinara, got one with none...dry as sawdust, called about it, basically had no interest in correcting it, other than offering a money back, but if they messed it up once, why give'm a second chance to mess it up again. Basically I just threw some hard earned cash away, and to add insult to injury I left a $10.00 tip (before I saw the order was f'd up). Won't be doing biz again in 06877. read more

Good pizza went there yesterday but the order took a little to long, but the pizzas taste was worth the wait. The pizza was rather greasy but it tasted delicious.
