I ordered delivery from Grubhub the other night through Rakuten, which by the way if anyone is using it as a partner, as of this date, I got 7% cashback... Anyway I ordered calamari hot wings and pepperoni pizza by the slice. Pizza by the slice? You genius! a small pizza is too large for me, And doesn't reheat well either. But pizza places don't offer it for delivery. pizza by the slice for a single person that they actually deliver is perfect! It was the perfect the amount of cheese, sauce, & pepperoni. The ratio of crust wasn't too flimsy not burnt not too thin or thick. A lot of times I order extra cheese on my pizza because it always seems like they don't put enough on or it gets cooked off too much or burnt but not the case here. The calamari was good too. I like it when they include the little legs (as I call them) and the rings. They included two large wedges of lemon and a large side of marinara sauce. The calamari could've maybe use a little more salt and pepper but overall it was a good choice. The wings were great too. Now these are what you may think may be a bit pricy for wings but these are big wings with a lot of meat on them, with a large size side of blue cheese dressing and celery which not many places include celery. Extra size of dressing are reasonably priced. The projected delivery time was between 8:35 PM and 8:45 PM when I ordered it 8 o'clock. Which is fair. Although I did not get an update on the time, and the delivery didn't happen until a few minutes past 9:00 PM. read more

Do not order from this Danbury location They lie about delivery times and how quickly you can get your order. They are also priced about 50-100% above local pizza locations. Please stay away! Order from your local pizzeria read more

This is a simple pizza spot for a quick slice. I would only come here for that only. I always thought reheated pizza is better because of the crunch. They have enough options for sale by the slice. Pretty good. I got the bacon one and the chicken bacon ranch one. read more

I've tried multiple times to give this place a chance. Ordered a Ceasar salad with grilled jumbo shrimp. Got a mixed salad with shrimp, not grilled. They came back with a ceasar salad with shrimp. Opened it up and the shrimp is far from grilled and looked raw. Never again will I get food from this place. I don't eat their pizza because it's horrible. The salads were the only thing I can get from there. Now that's out the window. read more

Visited a few friends there for dinner last night.. We ordered a few pizza's and a Cesar salad.. it was delicious! The mashed potato and chix parm pies were a highlight! To top it off, we had mini cannolis which were the star of the show! The shells were light and crispy and the filling was perfect! Highly recommend! In addition, the staff was friendly and the place was very clean. read more

Terrible. The sausage Pizza was a joke . Crumbs of fatty sausage. Looked like bird droppings. The crust was chewy and wet.

Pretty good pizza, would definitely visit again. Their grandma pizza was AMAZING. The other pizza was good but the grandma pizza was exceptional. Recommend. read more

We have ordered from here many times but never again!!There is always an issue with our order whether I use their app or call it in. This last time I placed an order online they never received it didn't care when I showed up did not take a Any responsibility said they make the pizza real quick. It took 25 minutes and it wasn't even the right size but when I got home I realized and was not going back. They've obviously gone way down since my last review eight years ago. read more

I love their pizza. The sauce is just perfect and not sweet or runny. Good crust too! Best in the area!

Great pizza, grinders, and salads for a slice joint in a small strip mall. Nice folks.

Don't buy from this ride pizza shop they forget about the Custer is always right. If by can you ask for something other than pizza they can read or spell to know what they have to offer. The no customer loyalty I spend several hundred of dallors a month with them to be treated like a fucking employee of third. Then deliver people not giving you charge to keep the tips. Is dishonest just like the entire business it self over priced foods.terrerble Service read more

The pizza is great but I am getting so tired of the fact that the drivers can't bring the pizza to the front door, call me (what if I don't have my phone?), and when I ask if they're at the front door they say yes and .. they're in my driveway. I'm sorry I'm cranky but I keep trying to add notes to my order for delivery instructions and having them ignored. read more

This place has massive slices you can grab for a quick bite. The Salads are good from here too.

The small is just as big as the large. Definitely enough to offer to a camera crew. Oh--they have orange juice there, too!

My son found this place. Been living near it for years, and had no idea how good it was. The pizza always gets delivered hot and delicious, the garlic knots are to die for. They give you plenty of dipping sauce with it. Good price for great quality food. Definitely recommend Planet Pizza. read more

This is has been my go to spot for a quick slice of pizza at work, and overall it meets expectations. The service is quick and friendly. The pizza has varied at times from fresh crisp and delicious to a few times where it's tasted a slightly overcooked. Overall a good place, but there's room for improvement. Increasing the rating for some positive recent visits. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I always have big orders and they are great! They've got everything. I wish they would get some gluten free wraps or bread. That would be game changer read more

They have the most laziest work staff that I have ever seen, to begin with the cashier looked like she hated her job and was practically mumbling the whole time, I noticed that the coworker behind her was talking to her for the majority of the time it was there, it took them 30 minutes to get a single piece of pizza and some chicken tenders out, to top it all off the pizza only had 5 small pepperonis on it, not even distributed properly, never in my whole life has something like this ever happened, I hate this place with a passion, the chicken tenders mentioned earlier was mainly just the batter, the food was garbage, I would rather eat cold frozen pizza then this waste, terrible service with terrible food at a terrible place read more

I wish I could give less stars Long story short was a big fan of planet pizza. Used to order probably weekly. Today I ordered something different and it is inedible. It smells funny and tastes worse. Either it is spoiled or the chef had absolutely zero idea what they were doing. So I call up and tell them. They tell me they asked the chef and he just did what he always does and there's nothing he can do but give me a discount on another order. How does that help the current problem. So much for customer service. read more

We stopped in for a late dinner after a movie. Staff was friendly, food was good. Everyone was very nice. We would totally go back again.

Really good crust and cheese and a pretty good price, Nice gooey cheese and soft but crunchy crust, with ok sauce. The service was pretty good and would go here again if it wasn't for the fact that I don't live in state. Garlic Knotts where good as well. read more

I have been going to planet pizza for quite a few years. But lately I don't know what is going on with them. I don't know if they changed management or what but they have been screwing up my delivery orders. Tonight they gave my pizza to someone else??? Who the hell does that. I now have to wait another half hour for my order. If they screw this up I am no longer using planet pizza. read more

I called and ordered an eggplant parm grinder. The girl said I ordered chicken which I am pretty sure I did not but regardless it was DISGUSTING. DRY, no sauce and the cheese wasn't melted. We stopped here while driving north on Rt. 84. We didn't know anything about it but they had slices to go and we needed to eat in the car while we kept driving. The pizza was so tasty we decided to stopped here again on the way home and eat in. For the drive, we got three different slices: regular cheese, margarita, and peppers and onions. They were warmed up very well and stayed warm as we ate them in the car. They were all very tasty. They are greasy which made car dining a little challenging. Its the kind of grease I would dab off with a napkin if I had been at a table. But folding the slices in half and eating in the car proved to be a dripping grease challenge. The staff was very friendly and the slices hit the spot. If we're driving through again, I would stop here. I recommend. It's inexpensive and you can dine in or take it to go. They also deliver for locals. The decor is very pizza joint casual so it's a great place to just relax and enjoy some good slices. read more

Absolutely horrible. I used to love the Planet Pizza in Fairfield. Good and service. This Planet Pizza in Danbury is SO BAD. The food does not justify the price. 3.50 for fries and there were about 25 fries. 9.99 for boneless wings. Barely any sauce and tiny wings. Not pleased, will not be ordering again. read more

I love their pizza!! They repeat the order back to me when I place it over the phone to make sure they heard me right. My husband loves the wings, esp the sweet chili ones. Very hospitable, quick service, and helped bring pizzas out to the car during a snow storm to help feed the Fire Dept.

Ordered from here via Grubhub and it took well over an hour to arrive. Pizza was stone cold....

Just ordered a sandwich and they had the audacity to give me a sandwich full of moldy avocados. There's no way they could have missed this.

This is a really good place Dora quick bite and a nice quiet place to eat a chill wether you're alone or with friends
