We had multiple friends in town and after touring our museum in Patterson and studio at Mt Ebo, we frequently go to another Italian restaurant 5 minutes down the street. Thought that's where we were going when I searched on Yelp but Aversano's came up #1. We had an amazing dinner. The baked oysters, calamari and pepperoni trey was delicious that we all shared. The short rib was one of the best I have ever had. Everyone at the table bragged about their meal. They even had port wine from the best winery in Porto, Portugal that we personally visited. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and checked on us consistently. Many tour this area: this is a great place to bring guests for dinner. Parking is super easy being in a shopping center.
