Left polish all over my toes, and did the weirdest massage that included punching the bottom of my feet. If I was reading this I probably wouldn't believe it because it's so bizarre but it is true. Had a horrible experience with KATHY, I requested a CUCUMBER PEDICURE. She was rushing through the whole job. She cut the top of my 3 toes and didn't even apologize. There was visible blood just all over the tools and due to my high pain tolerance, I didn't tell her to stop. I thought she was going to clean it up or wait until the bleeding stopped but she just kept going adding the hot foot scrub. After all that was done, I was escorted to the UV light/Fan area so the clear nail straightener polish could dry. After 2 mins, KATHY comes and checks my feet and all I could understand was "Pay." It was on a Wednesday at 2pm and I was being rushed to pay when it was not even busy. I highly DO NOT recommend her. read more

Decided to try after seeing their Instagram and for the fact that it's closer to my house. They charge an extra $8 for callous removal (the foot file - no extra anything). I've never had to pay for that without it being something truly extra. If I hadn't opted for that it would have been basically a polish change. Massage was described as eight minutes I believe? It was maybe three and so light I didn't notice it was even happening at first. I opted for a matching gel mani and regular polish pedicure. The color on my toes was more orange than pink and didn't match the color on my hands at all which I didn't noticed until I was home. Finally, no chip manicure chipped within three days. At day five multiple had peeled off. This is normal wear - no pool, no lake, no manual labor... All in all - there are better salons with better quality work for the price you'd pay here. read more

I tried this location for my dip manicure, and my nails look terrible after 7 days. The white part of my French manicure is turning yellow, the sides are peeling, and the bottom part is chipping. Their websites says "Service includes a Basic Manicure and color gel base polish that will last for 2 weeks." Well that's a load of garbage. My husband and I come here regularly, about every 5-6 weeks for pedicures. They know my husband as soon as we walk in and call him by name, well actually they call him "Tiger" because during one of our early visits we got to talking with the 2 guys doing our pedis about Chinese New Year and they asked us what year we were born and proceeded to tell us what "sign" we were born under. my husband was born during the same year as one of them (I believe he is the owner) which was the year of the tiger. Hence they know him by Tiger. So we have been going there and get basic pedis & manis with no complaints. I have gotten gel nails there a few times and between 2 of the stylists I have had, they take their time, are precise and neat. The ladies are really good at hand painting designs. I've never been so frustrated and upset. I am absolutely baffled. I went into this place with a specific idea and a picture (which i showed her and had pulled up next to us the entire appointment, which i will show below) My friend and I came in to get the exact same thing except we wanted 2 different colors. I asked her if she could do this and she responded she could. I had picked out the no chip color i wanted for the tip, which she then took upon herself to go and get dip powder instead because she insisted it would look better and be better for my nails. I said ok that's fine but we're still going with the same design and pointed at the picture. She said yes we are. I said ok then that's fine. She then starts putting the powder all over the nails and again I ask, "we're still following the design?" she says yes. At this point, she already has the powder all over my nails and starts shaping that hand. I asked for almond and she just about gave me a stilleto shape. I asked her if she could round it out more as it was too pointy, to which she did and then proceeded to file my nails in different directions and are no longer straight. At this point, she looks about some before she tells me to wash my hands and asks me if i liked them...at this point i'm trying to hold back my tears. I then responded "no it's not like the picture looks like at all" i'm very confused. She then says no it is and then the lady next to us working came over, started talking to my nail tech and i showed her the picture. She even asked the nail tech what she was found because it was not like the picture at all. Which my nail tech responded with "i was going to do white on top of the maroon" I never asked for white. The picture doesn't have any white. So i'm trying to figure out where she got the idea that i wanted any white. She then looks at me and says "i asked you, you should have said something" I was checking and asking every step of the way and she tried to make it my fault. I am not a confrontational person and me asking her every step if we were still following the design was my way of telling her that it wasn't what i wanted. She then asked if i wanted a design. No. That is not what i want. She kept trying to get me to let her do a design and i just kept saying no. At this point I just want to leave. Every other employee there was confused as to what she was doing. Since they all knew what I wanted to begin with. They all apologized but again at that point i just wanted to leave. When I was paying, they proceeded to tell me they'd give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience...so my total was $58 rather than $65. What a great deal. I have never been this dissatisfied with a nail place before in my life. I didn't get the shape, design, type of polish or anything right. My nails have acrylic under them, which I had to ask another employee to remove. 0 stars, would not recommend to anyone who expects to get what they paid for. I am baffled. read more

I had a successful first experience with Tyler, who was friendly, professional, and skilled. So, I made a follow up appointment for today. I showed up for my scheduled appointment, excited about getting New Year's Eve nails for tonight. The owner informed me- after I'd arrived- that Tyler had childcare issues and was not there. No one called me or texted me to let me know and no one offered another technician to do my nails. Very professional. Respect my time and give a heads up, instead of letting me drive all the way there for nothing. Fortunately, I found another salon to do my nails and I'll go to them from now on. BEWARE!! While I have given this establishment a higher rating in the past, I'm not sure I will ever be back! I took my daughters there this past week to get a set of acrylics for homecoming. Their nails turned out beautifully and exactly what they wanted......but it was much too expensive! With tip, I paid $170 for 2 girls to get their nails done, that is insane! When she showed me the receipt, there were these extra fees that were not communicated (extra fee for the shape of the nail, design fee was $18). I actually went back the next day to voice my complaint in person (not that it really did any good, just made me feel better I guess). I believe that the nail technician should have communicated these "fees" with me (or my daughters) before doing it. I would have said a big fat "NO". Instead I wasn't given that opportunity. She stepped on my toe during my manicure and when I asked her to fix it, she just added several more coats on top and told me to let it dry for 20 minutes. Long term client (with previous management - almost a decade). Penny and Jenny do a great job! Kevin, the owner, is rude, disrespectful and nasty. Does not honor appointments, constantly upsell a to the point of calling customers cheap if they don't buy his upsell. Called me cheap because I let my 20 year old daughter pay for her own nails. Kept waiting 20 minutes for appointment just to have them start walk ins in front of us and tell us to come back. We and two other women who had appointments they were not honoring walked out together. The work used to be better. Is still good, but I will not put another dollar in that man's pocket. read more

My first time will be my last time here! Made an appointment waited for at least 20 minutes. Poor customer service...no one acknowledges that you are there. Finally a guy from the back walks out and assumes that you know which swatches are for no chip and which are for dip. Fast forward a couple of days later, my dip chips on two corners. Went back to have it repaired, this nail tech (assuming she is the manager) who at the time was working on a clients nail reluctantly looks up and asks what I needed. When I told her I needed a repair. She made me sit there for at least ten minutes. No one came to help until I got up to ask her when someone will be able to help me. When clearly, there was another nail tech in the back doing nothing. Bottom line...they don't want to take ownership of their work. They just want your money!!! I got a pedi and they assumed i wanted the basic i asked for a menu and he said they did not have one but gave the girl next to me one. Then i asked for a different scrub because i was allergic to the lavender one and he told me they didnt have another scrub when the menu clearly stated 3 different scrubs. I said okay well i cant have that and he lotioned my feet and put the polish on and charged me i asked for a discount because i soaked my feet in water and got lotion and polish... and the lady got pissed and gave me $2 off. Terrible experience! Was getting a no chip manicure and the nail tech kept stopping my service to text in his phone multiple times. While putting my hand under the light I started having painful burning on the tips of my finger. I pulled my hand out and 3/5 fingers had nail polish all over the tops and sides of my skin. When I showed him he was like "oh sh*t". I stated this was the worst manicure I have ever gotten and he said "you didn't give me a chance to fix it". You shouldn't need to fix 3 fingers when getting a basic no chip manicure. He then tried cutting the polish of the skin with a nail clipper leaving my skin red and painful. Multiple techs were just sitting around on their phone and no one stepped in to improve my experience. When the process was over I had to wash my hands and there was no towels available to use. The place is not busy (1 other lady) and everyone is sitting around on IPads and cellphones. Still charged me full price after he knew it was a terrible job. Also had a polish change on my toes so if you're wearing red nail polish they will not remove it from the sides of your toenails. No discount for having the owner fix both my nails and toenails. I love that I can walk in at 5 o'clock on a work night and get a mani and a pedicure with no appointment!! The staff is always kind and helpful! I recently had a manicure and pedicure here and loved every minute of it! The pedicure was Devine! They took great care of me! The location is a little hidden but the inside is very clean and neat. I really appreciate that they allow for a calm experience. I like the staff and how they pay close attention to details with both my toes and fingers. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This place is far from clean even by pre-Covid standards. They do not clean the work stations at all or the nail equipment/tools for that matter. Which if that was the only issue I may be willing to give another quarter star but it's not. I was told to sit down at a particular station that was covered in nail filing dust and the cuticle trimmer still has the previous clients cuticles stuck on the blades (I wish I was lying but I'm not - it was gross). The woman doing my nails then sat down and continued to text whomever she was texting with for a solid 3 - 4 minutes without saying a word to me. Just sat there texting away. I had to ask for clean nail tools which I loosely got. She cut me twice and then poured some white powdery substance on my fingers to get the bleeding to stop, which it didn't stop the bleeding but did make my fingers feel like they were set on fire. That was fun. I honestly thought I would walk out of that place with a major bacterial infection at best. My nail tech then proceeded to stop doing my nails and rapid fire off 7 consecutive text messages to whomever she was chatting with. This happened several times throughout my "manicure". It is now day four after this experience and my "no chip manicure" has all chipped, peeled and cracked. It's horrible. A total & complete waste of $50. If I could give zero stars I would. read more
