I approached the building during active rain and attempted to open the door, as one would normally do at any public building. The male security guard stationed at the main entrance, who was shorter in height, stocky in build, with black hair, dark eyes, and dark skin, abruptly stepped outside, physically blocked the door, and addressed me in a hostile, authoritarian manner. There was no visible signage or clear instruction indicating that visitors were required to wait for the guard to open the door, and I had no way of knowing this beforehand. Rather than showing basic courtesy or calmly explaining the procedure--especially given the weather--the guard chose to be confrontational and dismissive. The interaction felt like an unnecessary power trip and was completely inappropriate for a public-facing federal office. I am giving one star due to the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic human consideration shown by the security staff. This experience was avoidable and left a very negative impression.

Thus giving Dcss and the custodial parent a decisive advantage. How and when intrest is pay on the account. Interest accrues until funds are deposited into the custodial parent account. Intrest should stop acuring when the funds are available. Employer's are given 7 days to pay this by mail or electronic fund transfers (ETF) . The State then process the funds allowing 3-4 day to process. We are paying for this. Failing to send The National Heath Care Order to my employer. This allowed Dcss to garnish my income well over the legal limits. There are two security guards by the door to check you in and make sure you're not carrying anything dangerous. You check in and get a ticket with a number on it like the DMV and wait to be called. Even though I have an appointment I wasn't called until almost 15 mins after my appointment time. The person that helped process my paperwork was nice and quick! I didn't expect a longer wait time when I had an appointment so be prepared for that.

This location is very busy even compared to other dmv locations. Not unusual to wait 30+ minutes…read morejust to get through the initial sorting line at the entrance. The line often extends out the entrance doorway. I've been to other locations with packed waiting rooms but the sorting line is empty, so at least you get to check-in quickly. There is also usually a long line for the dmv kiosk, and the machine is extremely slow so it can take a long time just to get through a handful of customers.

You can't even ask a simple question without being cut off or spoken to in a disrespectful way. I understand that working with the public can be stressful, but customers deserve basic respect and courtesy. I went there looking for help and information, and instead I left frustrated because of the way I was treated. The customer service needs serious improvement. People come to Social Security because they need assistance, and they should be treated with patience and respect.
