I waited in the room. They called my number. I went up to the desk then they tell you to leave your phone number and they put you in a queue and you leave and they give you a phone call well they gave me a phone call within 30 minutes. I had already gotten home and resolved my issue. They've really stepped it up. It was a smooth transaction. And I didn't have to wait outside a long time either.

I understand that working with the public can be stressful, but customers deserve basic respect and courtesy. I was so impressed with the personable customer service this staff person provided to me. About a few days later I received an approved document in the mail. I happened to come on a Friday before a 3 day holiday, so perhaps it was busier. I came in just around 10:15 am and left close to 1:30 pm, so nearly 3 hours of waiting total. The service I needed to get done took literally only 5 minutes. The case worker said that usually the wait is closer to 1.5 hours on average, but he thought maybe people wanted to get things done before the holiday weekend. He also mentioned end of the month was also either a busier or less busier time (not sure if he misunderstood my question). There's plenty of parking. There are many people outside seeming to be just hanging around. When you enter there is a security guard. There are two kiosks where you select the service you need and you get a ticket. You sit down and wait for your number to be called. Make sure to keep your ticket. There are also a lot of no-shows. Once your number is called, if it is for station A, you have to wait at the "Stop" sign until a case worker comes out to accompany you to their office to get your service completed. I mention this because as soon as my number was called, at first I thought someone would come right out. I thought my number was skipped when the number after me had someone come out for them and walked them back. However, shortly after that, my case worker came out to walk me back. There are restrooms if needed. They do have what looks to be a play area for little kids. They do have masks if you need them. I would probably recommend wearing a mask here especially since everyone could be seated so close to each other. Overall, it was an experience that was as expected, aside from the slightly extra long wait time.

This place is always so busy. There aren't clear instructions on how to do anything. Basically you go to a kiosk and put in your information and then it prints you out a number. They have two big screens that tell you when your number is called. It's pretty similar to a DMV where you wait for your turn. The first time I waited I didn't wait that long maybe only 30-40 mins. But then the most recent I waited 1.5 hours just to be seen for 5 minutes. It was a little frustrating. The place always smell so musty and crowded. There so many chairs but the building is old. I got seen and the answer I got was unsatisfied. But I guess it better that I got seen.
