Amazing customer service very patient and has a beautiful smile that lights up the whole room. and there is another person a young lady name LEISA what a wonderful, amazing beautiful smile always happy and very colorful. I love her orange and pink flowers that she has there. She is a breath of fresh air. I was explaining to them today I kept forgetting to get their names to say how welcome it is for the come in there and they say hello to you and they take all the time and all of that she explained to me today how the process worked with the packaging and I appreciate her customer customer service and her patience. I was explaining to them how hard it is to work in customer service I work in customer service and it's very hard dealing with people and having patience and listening and keeping a smile, even though they don't make any sense after the things they say or what they're coming in there to get or whatever, but if you guys can let them know by giving them a pat on the shoulder and letting them know how much you guys appreciate having them there and all the hard work and they do this is a very very very very busy post office and it takes a lot of patience in the middle of the area where it's at, but just to say I see him every time I come and it's always joy the CD two these two and so if you guys can let them know that and show them this message that I appreciate them and acknowledge them and just taking out the time of the day to give somebody patience and the smile is a lot thank you my name is Andi (Andrea)have a great day yeah

Had a great conversation with someone from this department…read more It's Yelp. Get over it. This government agency is not funded to field your gripes about your hurt feelings. The link to begin your complaint: https://calcivilrights.ca.gov/complaintprocess/ Have fun kids. I'm sorry you wasted their time and feel wronged, but you gave it your best shot. Time to move on. It's not harassment, no matter how much you want it to be. My complaint about them is that I had a half hour conversation about absolutely nothing and I'll never get that half hour back. On the other hand, they did affirm the truth that there was no harassment on my part, so that's good. "Unless a complaint has already been resolved, CRD uses the facts obtained through its investigation to determine if there is reasonable cause to believe that a law the department enforces has been violated. If not, the case is closed." https://calcivilrights.ca.gov/complaintprocess/ Flow chart: https://calcivilrights.ca.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/32/2023/08/ComplaintProcessFlowchart.pdf "Optional appeal process available" but this should END with "NO." Quit bothering them so they don't have to "harass" me and come up with NADA. Not abuse, nor are you in a protected class. Keep dreamin'/playing the victim kiddo. You are indeed wasting your time as well as the times of others.

Civil rights mean fairness, equality, dignity, and protection from discrimination, harassment, and…read moreabuse. Civil rights exist to protect people who are oppressed and to ensure that justice is applied equally, without favoritism or bias. The California Civil Rights Department is supposed to represent these values. Its mission is to protect workers and victims and to hold employers accountable. However, based on my personal experience and the experiences of many others, this Department often fails to represent the true meaning of civil rights. When victims bring their cases with facts and evidence, they expect fair judgment and justice. Instead, many cases are dismissed, and decisions appear to favor employers. This creates the impression that judgments are influenced or "colored" to protect companies rather than victims. This behavior encourages employers to harass, discriminate, intimidate, and mistreat employees without fear of real consequences. It promotes employer impunity. If real accountability existed, employers would act responsibly. Workplace harassment, racism, discrimination, and retaliation would be addressed seriously. Instead, some employers act without concern because they believe that even if a complaint is filed with the California Civil Rights Department or the Labor Board, the outcome will likely favor them. The mediation department DRD is even more disappointing. Although mediation is described as neutral, my experience left me with serious questions. This is a total shame. People should approach DRD carefully I can tell you for free, I am a victim of this system. My 2017 case clearly demonstrates the problem. At that time, the agency was called the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH). I submitted strong facts and evidence. After one month of their investigation, I was told my case had "lack merit." It was closed and removed from the system. If this institution were fair, such an investigator would be identified and terminated for bringing shame to the organization. I knew this decision was wrong. I was harassed, intimidated, and locked in a closed-door office by a manager and two supervisors. I was pressured to lie and sign a resignation letter falsely stating I don't want to work a graveyard shift. I refused to sign and was fired, then falsely accused of refusing work. I contacted the company's headquarters and provided the same evidence. After their own investigation, about two weeks later, they contacted me and confirmed that everything I reported was 100% true. Those involved were suspended or terminated, and a senior executive of that company traveled to Sacramento to personally apologize to me for what the manager and cohort did to me. This was the same case DFEH claimed had no merit. This shows clear bias and failure of judgment. I believe the Department owes me an apology for its wrong handling that case. In 2024, I reported another case to this Department and observed similar patterns. However, I made it clear that I am now aware of my rights and understand which higher oversight offices I can contact if there is any misconduct or unfair handling. After that, the intake and Employment-Enforcement Division appeared to take the matter more seriously. My case is still ongoing, and I am urging the California Civil Rights Department to do the right thing and ensure accountability for employers involved in workplace misconduct, retaliation, or related violations. Based on my experience and the many similar public complaints online, the Department's integrity and credibility have been reduced to nearly 0%. These complaints are too consistent to be ignored. Many people, including myself, have regretted filing cases with the California Civil Rights Department. The California Civil Rights Department was created to protect people who are oppressed--not to support those who abuse power. This institution has woefully failed the tests of credibility, integrity, sincerity, trust, accountability, equity, fairness, and transparency in all respects. I urge this Department to return to its true mission, apply the law fairly, and rebuild public trust. Do the right thing and restore your reputation.
