After my number was called, I was informed that someone will call me but not sure whether to stay or leave, so I decided to leave and run some errands. In less than 30 minutes I received a call and drove back to turn in some paperwork. It was that easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's definitely worth a drive. This location has a lot of parking and accepts ballots inside and though a drive thru box open 24 hours a day. The County will have a lot of drop boxes throughout the county, but this location has the best hours to avoid postage. There are a lot of great food options near this voting location, so I can recommend traveling here to vote and have a meal. Celebrate democracy with a bánh mì!

I checked in at 10:47 am and my number was called at 11:45am. The wait, I think, is reasonable considering the number of people. The wait is also justified because once you are called, your representation does their best to help you by being friendly and caring. They do not look like they are in rush, rather they go through the process slowly and clearly. Really good organization and customer service!

Civil Rights Department of California system is broken…read more 1. They ruined my investigation even though their own Appeals Unit found sufficient evidence to support some or all of my allegations. They forced me, the victim, to rebut my abusers' fake allegations, allegations I had a restraining order against and convictions against them for. 2. They covered up their mistakes and the harm they caused by fraudulently closing my case. 3. After I exposed them, they reopened the case onto a narrow path where no meaningful investigation ever occurred. 4. They closed the case again with no meaningful explanation, citing no grounds for agency action. 5. They offered a path to appeal, then after my extensive appeals exposed their mistakes and the cover-up of the closure, they retracted the right to appeal, a final attempt to bury their own conduct. 6. Their ADA coordinator made multiple mistakes related to my accommodations. Others made mistakes too. All of it fell in their favor.

No money is owed to them, so it is not their priority. Several supervisors, child support attorneys, and years late, I am still fighting getting my cases done. On one of my children, the attorney for child support went directly against what the judge ordered, and made up his own ruling, saying "The judge cant do that". My children are 10 and 12.

Children on public assistance are their priority.
