We scheduled an estimate appointment for last Monday. The appointment seemed to go well. The estimator told me he'd send me the estimate by Tuesday afternoon. I didn't receive anything. Tuesday was New Year's Eve, so I just assumed that maybe the estimator hadn't realized that, and likely the company was closed for the holiday on Wednesday too. No biggie. But then Thursday and Friday came and went with still no estimate. I messaged the company to ask if they were still interested in submitting a quote, and that I hadn't received the estimate. Ray, the owner, said he'd contact the estimator and get back to me by Monday. It's now Wednesday, and I never heard from anyone again, nor ever received an estimate.
