Breakfast burrito
Max G.

While visiting Boulder, a friend suggested we meet for breakfast at PJs. It turned out to be a great suggestion. The food is delicious and the portions are large. My wife and I had breakfast burritos--delicious. Our friend got the Cowboy--two eggs sitting on a mound of hash browns. Also delicious. The service was great. There's plenty of free parking. We'll definitely return here for breakfast the next time we visit Boulder.

The food was great! My boyfriend and I went around 11-12 PM on a Friday, and it seemed quite steady. Didn't have to wait long for food at all. I got the Black Betty Burger! It was great, it had perfect amount of peanut butter and amazing with the Jam and Chille. Our server was Kyle, his energy was great, super genuine and sweet! Didn't bother us, but checked up on us well. Sometimes servers can get buggy with it. Great space, and great community of people. Pricing is also very reasonable, my boyfriend got the Iced tea and it was huge, and bottomless :)

Chorizo burrito with green chile

A cute little diner with great service and even better food. I had a chorizo breakfast burrito with green chile. They put tortilla chips in the burrito which adds a really interesting blend of textures. The chile has a great spicy bite. My mom said her burger was cooked perfectly. The server was friendly and prompt and the restaurant was clean. We'll definitely be back!

Originally went to the Brunch House but they had a wait of about 40 minutes and their front of the house person wasn't great at managing the line. They kept offering people the patio, but no one wanted it. We said we would take the patio but were told it would still be 40 minutes . So we came to PJ's diner instead. First time here. Great experience! There was only about a five minute away to get seated. Got the biscuits and gravy. They were fantastic. Gravy was thick and the biscuits were slightly sweet. Kyle was great as well.

This was a good spot! Went here this past Thursday for breakfast and was very happy. Place is nestled inside a strip mall and once inside very clean with a unique Colorado ambiance. Service was really good as well and my server was fantastic. Food was very good as well..:the breakfast burrito I had was huge and this thing was packed full of eggs, potatoes and their signature bacon. Then smothered in their green chili sauce. I would for sure give this a 5 out of 5 on Yelp! Definitely will be back and loved my experience.

Chilaquiles

Pjs has long been a staple of the Broomfield Flatirons area, we're all lucky it made it through the covid shutdowns. The food is fantastic and the family run atmosphere adds a positive quality to the vibe. I always make it a point visit when I'm back in town for work. I recommended the Chilaquiles. Despite being bustling when I visited, the staff was quick and professional.

Wonderful place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Variety and quality served by the friendliest and most helpful team I have encountered. We have been regulars for at least 8 years and still love this place. Easy for families with kids, groups or singles at the counter. It has that wonderful busy and energetic vibe with large portions that will fill any appetite. Try it, I think you will love it too!

My son said "Mom, if you rate this place, will you give it a 5 star rating?" Worth it! Pancakes were delicious, thick bacon, and excellent service! We will be back.

This is the Taos after. This should tell you something.

PJ's is a very pleasant whole wall, located in a strip mall. It doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is, a small diner. The menu is heavy on the savory side of the pallet and definitely leans toward New Mexican cuisine, which is far as I am concerned is all to the good. I had the "Taos", which was a mound of hashbrowns covered with green chili, turkey sausage, and smothered in a green chili sauce, but I had it " Christmas" . I was thoroughly heartened that they knew what that meant( both red and green chili, phrase not found nor appreciated anywhere outside of New Mexico). The green chili sauce was OK, but the red chili sauce was sharp and tangy and brought back memories of my New Mexican childhood, very good. The quantity of food was prodigious, and a very good value. My wife had the biscuits and gravy, which she said was adequate. I tasted it and found the gravy pretty good. She had had the biscuit griddled, that probably was a mistake. That being said, the server took back the order and didn't charge us for it. My wife, then ordered just a plain biscuit, which was exceptionally good. The service was prompt, friendly, and the food arrived at our table within the time it takes to fry an egg. Overall, I'd say PJs is a find, and if I lived around here, I would go back. The bill for the two people without coffee was around $22.

Massive breakfast burrito

First impression: clean, bright & welcoming. Seated immediately. Local flavor as opposed to the "in crowd" fancy breakfast places. Menu has ample choices and they all looked good. Staff friendly and attentive. Ordered the Carne Asada burrito with green chile. First, it's huuuge. Enough for three people, two hungry folks, or a pro linebacker. Delicious, mild heat with a bit of a lingering afterburner Worth checking out! Pepsi, no Coke.

Burritos larger than my face... yes please. Smothered with red or green and only $3 more for the sour cream, guac, lettuce and tomato. Housemade biscuits and preserves.... Doughy style but bomb. If you're looking for a flaky biscuit, it's not your jam. The place is a great mom and pop style with TLC put into the dishes. I wish I lived closer to make it a staple.

It's easy to see why Bob's Diner is a favorite of locals in Louisville, CO. The day we were there,…read morethe wait was about 20 minutes for our group of six to be comfortably seated in a corner booth. Waiting wasn't a chore because there are quirky shops in the corridor outside the entrance, including a used bookshop. Our waitress was lively and very quick to get our order in and out on the table. I had an English muffin, tomatoes, avocado, spinach, two eggs, swiss, with a side of potatoes. On the menu it's called Louisville Muffin. I really liked it with the stack of veggies under the eggs. Bookguy had Carol's Potatoes: chorizo gravy-covered potatoes topped with two eggs, and a side of toast. He especially liked the chorizo gravy. A third member of our group ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything came out just the way she liked it. It's a bit noisy when it's packed with diners as it was this day, but the food is great so no doubt we will be back when in Louisville.

We had the pancake combination breakfasts, one special and one slam. They were both very good and the pancakes are big and fluffy! I must also note that they actually know how to cook bacon here! You're not just served a limp piece of fat; it's actually cooked and close to crispy! The down side... We waited almost an hour for a table since we requested a table only, not the bar. The unfortunate thing about this place is that it is very small. There's a total of about 7 or 8 tables and it is very popular so it gets crowded with wait lines quick. The big complaint I have about this place is that even though it's a small place, and has 2-3 waitresses that we noticed serving tables, the service is slow and inattentive. The staff are all very nice, but we had to catch someone and ask any time we needed a coffee or water refill, and the check; things you should never have to ask for. I've seen staff at bigger restaurants handle way more tables more efficiently.

The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar. As far as English/Irish food goes this the only serious contender in the area, i haven't found another UK restaurant that quite mimics the pub atmosphere as well as this one.
