Meals are yummy and if you pay attention to how you reheat (put things like chicken nuggets in air fryer, not microwave) and what you freeze (don't freeze meals that include items that don't freeze well (duh!)), you'll be very happy! I will continue to get clean eatz for easy lunches and a few dinners per week since I cook but I don't loooove to cook.
