I did an online order for a strawberry salad. I went to pick it up and it was ready when I arrived. I went during my lunch break from work. When I got back to work and took the salad out it was missing the salad dressing and I did not have time to go back and grab it from them. So I called and the woman was very genuine and apologetic when I told her it was missing and said she would have a driver come right over and bring the dressing. No arguing, no rudeness. Just a simple solution. And I appreciated that a lot. 100% would go back (plus their roast beef sandwiches are so good as are their pizzas). Fast delivery. The best steak tips that I have ever had! The grilled chicken was good. I ordered grilled veggies and sweet potato for my two sides. I was not a fan of the mushy sweet potato cubes. The grilled veggies consisted mostly of onions and peppers. The food arrived hot and well packaged. However, the sweet potatoes soon got cold. After going online to see the menu I decided to call the store to order the specialty pizza. When the worker told me the price I explained that online the price says something different. He explained that the prices online are in the process of changing. Then told me the current price which was $3 higher. I exclaimed that it's the law and that it was their mistake that the price is still listed $3 cheaper. I hardly leave bad reviews but I also hardly encounter places like this either. My experience was bad from the start. First of all, as soon as I walked in the door the entire atmosphere was off. I am not from the area and my typical pizza place does it no problem even though it's not advertised on the menu. They told me they could put it on the side. Okay, what difference does it make? You have steak tips, you have BBQ... just throw it on the grill together. Not personable at all, just bad customer service. How hard is it to turn around and say, "hey boss, the girl wants bbq sauce. Think you can manage?" Nope. Okay, I got over that too and still gave them my money. When I went back in to get my food, again... the atmosphere was off. You ever walk into a room and feel like everybody was just making fun of you? Well it was like that. Which is incredibly rude given I just handed over my hard earned money. Got the food and it's trash. Presentation is sloppy. Everything was piled on top of each other. Onion rings were tasteless, definitely need salt or seasoning (who wants fries AND onion rings anyways?) Steak tips had alright flavor as far as marinade goes but they were chewy and not well done at all, zero char. Fries were the best thing and even they tasted like dirt. Prime roast beef on 114 knows quality, and boy do they deliver on an absolutely delicious, premium, rare, and tender sandwich that is made with care. So much so, that I did something I've yet to find myself do- choose NOT to ask for slightly more sauce, despite perhaps the ratio asking to be balanced out, in order to preserve and taste every bit of experience from the beef itself. Damn, Prime, that's good roast beef. Not to rope in the North Shore' "Queen B" yet again into a comparison conversation, but I've danced with Nick's in Beverly within the pst 5 days, and Prime wins this weeks' duel easily. Call me a rare raven, a carnivorous dancer who loves his 3-way mooing while he twirls her, but it seems Nick's may be becoming complacent- and losing ground to the hungry Up & Comers. While missing only a tad on its sauce ratio, and offering only a "regular" as an alternative to the Super, Prime's only misses the mark slightly in skimping on James River and overall size. Our Yelpers did not steer us wrong again! We (a friend and I) were in the area doing some shopping and had a craving for pizza so found Prime on Yelp. We arrived on a Friday afternoon a bit after lunch (around 1:30 p). There were a few tables occupied by people eating mostly roast beef sandwiches. The gentlemen at the counter were very friendly and greeted us right away. It took us a few minutes to decide as the menu offers many choices. We decided on the roasted vegetable/arugula "skinny" pizza, a garden salad and a side of steak fries. The garden salad and steak fries were served first (and they were kind enough to ask). The steak fries were very hot and "meaty". I enjoyed them a lot, my friend prefers seasoned fries but did agree they were good. Garden salad was fresh and plentiful to share. Our pizza arrived in about 10 minutes and looked amazing. The best way to describe this pizza ... it's like having an arugula salad on flat bread. The crust was light, hot and crispy. Balsamic was generously drizzled over the entire pizza as was shredded cheese. Cheese was also baked in to the crust. It was a little hard to pull apart in slices due to the arugula but very tasty. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because their salads are good. Their customer service is appalling. I ordered here pretty frequently for a while without any problem, but when I had to order delivery after my c-section as opposed to pick-up things went downhill fast. First, my food showed up freezing cold. When I called they did offer to comp my meal, which I took them up on. The next time I ordered they gave me my salad for free but delivered with NO dressing. When I called to tell them about the error they said they'd send the driver back with dressing & they NEVER came or answered the phone when I called back. We got lunch to go there today and it wasn't a good experience. My husband was the one who went to pick it up. He paid for the food and they said it would be out shortly. So he waited and waited and waited and then he asked finally if his order was ready and it had been sitting there for a while. The french fries were so soggy and wilted that they weren't edible. His roast beef was good but the regular size roast beef was smaller than my palm and was mainly a snack for my husband. I got a chicken salad salad which was mainly iceberg lettuce and brown iceberg lettuce at that. The chicken salad was OK but very heavily spice with a lot of pepper. So between the service and the food not being good we definitely won't be back. read more

It's hard for me to give an accurate review because all of the food we received was COLD! We got delivery on a Saturday night around 7pm while I understand this was likely a very busy time we were disappointed that the food was clearly sitting out for a while. We got the Margarita skinny pizza which was Delicious when we reheated it. The sweet potato pizza I did not love, I Found the spices over powering! My husband got the roast beef three-way basket he said it was phenomenal. My friend got The turkey tips which he said were un-marinated & a bit boring. The grilled veggie sides were delish. It's just not the same! I always considered this the BEST roast beef place around the area. I didn't mind paying more because it was truly worth it. But, not anymore. A friend and I had lunch there on 6/25/2020. The roast beef had total fat/grizzle running through it. Usually when you get a roast beef sub, there is so much roast beef, not this one! The beef BARELY covered the roll. It also tasted like it was reheated. The onion rings were greasy and thick---just not the same.
