We love faucis! Quick and delicious! Party pizzas are incredible and so are the heart pizza. I like the sweet sauce and dough. Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom and I think some of the people that have submitted positive reviews haven't had good pizza. The sauce is really sweet and the pizza just doesn't seem to be cooked enough. The crust seems like a soft pretzel and there are pieces with no toppings. The pepperoni tastes like they just cut it from the roll and there's crispness to it. This is a one and done for me. read more

I don't fault Fauci for the odd way they cut their pizza (in a grid pattern rather than the standard radial cut). But, the dough is weirdly sweet. Like a Hawaiian sweet roll or Chinese bao dough. Not at all crusty, just kind of spongy and sweet. Not great, one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. But the baklava was good. read more

This place was my favorite growing up. Absolutely love their unique, sweet flavored pizza. Unfortunately, after my last experience, I won't be going back I have never in my life seen so many employees so miserable in one place. You're in the customer service business put a smile on your face. If you don't wanna talk, that's fine, but don't be so miserable it makes customers uncomfortable. I love Faucis, I have been going here my whole life. I always get either their pizza or calzones. Their red sauce they use is amazing. I always like getting a side of it with my calzone. When you go in to get single slices and they reheat it for you, it maintains it flavor unlike a lot of places that do slices. They menu is a bit expensive but in the end I think it's worth the money. I recommend a Calzone, red sauce, mushroom, peppers, pepperoni, cheese, melted cheese on top. Amazing. I definitely say give this this place a try. read more

Since I have moved here from Philadelphia I have been trying to find pizza I like. I've even done 2 different pizza tastings in the north end. Why I waited 5 years to try I don't know. This is hands down the best pizza I have had outside of Philly! The dough is sweet and crispy on the edges, the sauce is so good and the cheese is decent! Thank you! Everything has no effort into cooking, except the pizza. Just bought chicken tenders, bbq sauce was poured over them when It said on the side, and it wasn't even evenly spread. Fries were almost raw and wet!!!! I've been ordering from them weekly but no more. Can't believe they let this order leave especially with the virus situation. I stopped here because of the advertisement outside the restaurant for gluten free pizza. The gluten free crust was typical so it was fine. The sauce however was too sweet. Perhaps, it is a sweet basil with a few heaping spoonfuls of sugar. It made my pizza less enjoyable. They need to add garlic or herbs to counter the sweet flavor. I had bell peppers and onions, which did not seem fresh. The mushrooms seem like they came right out of a can and placed on my pizza. They were very gummy not to mention that the cheese tasted a bit funny. I would not advise anyone to order pizza here. The other items may be better but the pizza is a no go! I have been gluten free for almost 10 years and the one thing I miss most is subs! I was so excited to see that they offered them! However, there is a BIG difference between having GF sub rolls and offering GF subs. When I walked into the location, excited to see what my options were, I discovered there is nothing notated on the menu (ok, that's fine...we are used to that...I'll just ask..). So I asked the guy at the front which of their subs are GF...the man smirked and said "umm...all of them..". Concerned by this answer I asked "So all of your cold cuts, all of your condiments, sauces, your breaded chicken?" To which he responded "I mean yeah...they should be..." and just stared at me. He instantly understood that his answer was insufficient and said "I mean...what would be in them that soundly be?" So I asked if he would ask the cook. He disappeared for 5 minutes...at minute #5 my husband and I left. There is nothing more disappointing and frustrating than experiences like that. Such a bummer. To the owners: if you are going to advertise and offer gluten free options, DO YOUR RESEARCH! TRAIN YOUR TEAM! This is not a preference for many of us. We can get really sick. Do not use this disease as a marketing tool. Use it instead to expand your customer base and support a significant number of us who struggle with this every day. Do not risk our health. So this is a pizza that I don't love but crave when I get tired of the same old offerings in the city. Not sure if it's the way they cut it or their slightly sweet dough. But every Once in awhile there is nothing like a Fauci's pizza to change it up and satisfy the craving for different. I live in South Peabody (like borderline Lynn, south), a stone's throw from Wyoma Square. I've always enjoyed Fauci's because most of my family is from Lynn. Prices are reasonable for good food. I always eat their delicious pizza (the sauce is sweet...mmmm) & their chicken parm dinner is huge, filling, and I have leftovers for lunch all for 9 bucks. Not too bad. Quality of food is good. I'm deducting 1 star for service. The woman who answers the phone there lets it ring off the hook, and when she does answer, she sounds LESS than thrilled to even be alive, let alone working. I get it, it's hot out and you're working in an oven. But applying for that job was your choice, lady. I've also encountered a less than thrilled man on the phone, too. But, their saving grace is their younger employees working there who are always cordial to me when I arrive to pick up my food. One girl apologized like three times because she had to cook me new chicken for my chicken parm. The other chicken she cut up apparently, and felt that I needed new chicken. It's chicken, I will eat it cut up, in fact thanks for cutting it up for me...but thank you for making it nice & fresh for me :) However, they throw in some kind of hidden charge for delivery & debit card users. My $10 pizza ends up being like, $16 with tip. Minus another star. I now hop in my car & drive down the street to pick it up to pay less. I will still nom my face off here, though. It's delicious. But their service with the older generation needs to step it up. read more

It's a shame. Their pizza is really good, however their business practices are not. I asked for a little extra sauce on my pizza and light cheese. Cheese is the most expensive part of the pizza while the sauce is not. They charge be $1.50 extra when the previous 100 times they didn't. I told them and they wouldn't budge. They even made it awkward in their with other customers when I said it's fine, just be consistent. The woman in there who said verbatim: "I've been here since I was 15 and that's what I was always trained.. extra sauce is a topping." That's obviously not true seeing how the last 15 or so years I was never charged. Bottom line is this: I don't care about the $1.50 that I was charged. I care about the fact that they're cheapskates that try to nickel and dime you to death even if I just want a scoop extra of sauce on my pizza as well as giving me a courtesy this one time seeing how I was never charged for as long as I can remember. The guy before me was talking to the woman behind the counter and he got a free pizza because it was a little "well done". Bad business practices guys. read more

I'm not one to keep my mouth shut, so I'm also not one to be bought out. I originally gave Fauci's one star after my last experience with them, but the owner called here to complain about my review. After he rectified some of the problems I had with Fauci's, I changed my review to reflect the effort he made. At the time I thought it was the right thing to do. But as time has gone by, I realized that I still never want to eat from Fauci's again and one phone call doesn't make up for years of lousy service. Despite the owner's attempts to satisfy me enough to make me remove my review, this update is based on every other order I've had from Fauci's. It's been a long time since I was happy with the food, prices, or service. I haven't eaten from them since I last updated my review and I don't plan on placing another order in the future. So there you have it, folks. Fauci's has some cool menu items and the owner cares about his restaurant. But after every problem I've had with Fauci's, I'm much happier going to local restaurants that don't send me to Yelp in random fits of anger. read more

AS a poor grad student I often eat what my internship feeds me. (Yes, meals are part of the deal.) Sometimes those meals are downright gross and sometimes they order giant pizzas from Fauci's. They make and deliver giant 28 inch pizzas that are pretty good. First be aware that the sauce is sweet. It's not as sweet as Luigi's high fructose corn syrup sauce nor is it as sweet as Little Italy's sauce. It's slightly sweet, like someone spilled a tablespoon of sugar into the jar of sauce. The dough is clearly hand tossed and is also sweet. The sweet dough chars up into a nice crust around the edges. The pies were all topped with an appropriate amount of cheese and various toppings and cooked until golden brown around the edges. To be honest I wasn't expecting much. At least one of my coworkers said she didn't like it due to the sweet sauce but I liked it a lot when compared to other sweet sauce pizzas in the area. The sauce was just right and the crust clearly stole the show. Crispy and chewy, slightly sweet and perfectly balanced with the cheese and veggies. I'm considering stopping here on occasion to bring home a pie. I cannot speak to the customer service or lack thereof. the delivery guy was nice enough but I didn't talk to him. There are a lot of other reviews that reference bad customer service when going in for pizza or calling. read more

There are two things that bug me about this place: First, they cut the pizza weird. It's not cut into eight triangles, as you would expect. Instead, they cut it like you would cut rectangular cake. The slices are small and weird. Secondly, their sauce is too sweet. I guess that's bad only if you don't like sweet sauce. But, they do deliver in a timely manner and the homemade crust is chewy and yummy, so we do end up ordering from there on a semi-regular basis. Yesterday something happened that i never expected. The Bruins were playing and it was a biggggggg game. A group of about ten were getting together and i decided to make a Lasagne... 4 HOURS of work, prepping the ingredients, putting it together and cooking it with garlic bread and the extras. A buddy of mine picked up a large Fauci's Calzone on the way... my first thought was YUCK... i hate Calzone but of course i kept my mouth shut. A big pocket of boring dough crammed full of ingredients and baked. i never order them because honestly i hate them. They opened the cover and i was intrigued. it wasn't a big pocket and at first look, it looked like a double crust stuffed pizza or something. i had a piece and... honestly i was hooked. To say it was perfect would be an understatement. i had about 4 pieces of it ....FAR more than my share but i couldn't help it. yes it was that good and that perfectly cooked. Best of all, the dough wasn't boring and tasteless. it has a hint of sweetness (NOT overpowering sweet... but a hint) and was the perfect ratio of ingredients and dough. i still HATE calzones... unless they are from Fauci's. i'm going to order one this week to keep in the fridge for snacking or a quick meal. i could have cared less about the perfect Lasagne i made... the Fauci's Calzone was the hit of the party.... and i made sure i grabbed the last corner of it on the way out the door. i am a tough critic but this was a WELL DESERVED 5 Stars. Order one.. you will NOT be disappointed. (on a side note He ordered a "meat calzone" which is a collection of the various cold cuts they serve... with the perfect ratio of cheese) read more
