We ordered the Chicken Pesto pizza and picked it up at the window. It was very delicious! We will definitely be going back.

We decided to try this place out based on a few very good reviews and the food really was awesome! To start out we ordered cheese sticks, fried ravioli and pizza rolls. The cheese sticks were very good, pizza rolls were okay and the fried ravioli, wow y'all that was so delicious. I want to go back already just for that. I got the cheese ravioli with marinara sauce because the fried ravioli was good so why not and boy I made the right choice. My boyfriend ordered a medium pizza, I think it was called The Meats, and he loved his pizza and ate half of it and took the other half to work later cause it was too big for him. We also tried out the rum cake and tiramisu and wow that rum cake was awesome, tiramisu was very good as well. The prices were not bad at all compared to the amount and quality of the food we got. Service could have been a little better because they weren't very busy but the food definitely made up for it. Service was the only reason for 4 stars otherwise it would be 5! Please pardon the hole in the tiramisu, my boyfriend thinks he's funny. read more

We stumbled into this place passing through going to Round Top....ordered the all meat pizza, pesto, goat cheese, red bell peppers on thin crispy crust....GUYS!!! After my first bite, I just had to take a knee and then have a moment of silence. Our pizzas were unexpectedly delivered 20 minutes earlier than originally stated and we were so appreciative of that! 1st time going to Pizzaiolo's. Great food and excellent service (thanks Shaye!!). We were greeted at the door with a big smile and, "Hello!" Our party isn't always the easiest of patrons... but Shaye was patient with our randomness. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu. The complimentary bread sticks are great, and the price is right (: We ordered the fried cheese too. They were hot and tasty! The homemade ranch is a nice addition. We shared salads, calzones (pepperoni & bacon), and Shrimp Scampi, which was more than enough for 4 people to share. Salads were very fresh! The scampi sauce was very rich, very creamy. They used to be fantastic, but I think they've kinda slacked off. Last couple times, they didn't get our order correct, and one time they actually LOST or order. After everybody else around us was served, we were still waiting. We got up to walk out after waiting nearly 30 minutes, and the manager (or somebody) chased us out the door and asked us to come back, because they were "remaking" (making for the first time) our order that they lost. Girlfriends and I stopped in right before closing & were gracious to serve us even though it was just minutes of closing. We were concerned we would get an attitude before closing but the waitress was attentive & friendly. We Had an amazing Greek salad & we were promptly served bread sticks with marinara sauce that were just Devine. My husband and I decided to come try this place out after church. I ordered a Mimosa (2 to be exact) amazing. I had the jalapeño onion and pepperoni pizza thin crust which was AMAZING. This restaurant seems to make up new rules every time you call or try to order food. They no longer take orders over the phone to be delivered. They don't allow you to order a child's meal size for your child over the phone. They make you come in the restaurant in order to order food for your children. It's the least family friendly place in town. I've never heard of such a rule. They try to make it as difficult as possible for parents to pick up food for their families. It's very disappointing because the food is decent and we loved coming here but who can keep supporting a restaurant who doesn't support families? read more

We stopped here on a whim because of reviews and a craving for pizza. We are very happy we did. This place has awesome pizza. I couldn't decide between the Tuscan and Greek so our server Brian said they could do half and half. Love them both but Greek is my favorite. It's hard to know where to start. The waitress had no idea what beers were on tap. She neglected to put our order in for appetizer and has to be asked a second time for a glass of wine. Straws don't usually get served with beer or wine. Pizza was greasy and buttery. When a customer is signing the check you do not hang around. It's uncomfortable for all concerned. Went into restaurant at 1:15 to have lunch buffet. A young man approached us after we walked in and ask us what we would like to drink. We told him Cokes and he said we are out of Coke; so we said then give us Dr Pepper and he says we are out of that too. When we asked what they did have, he had to go check the fountain and came giving us only 3 choices. We then checked out the pizza on the buffet and it was so dried out that the pizza was curling up on the edges. We asked if they could make a fresh pizza and he said yes and asked what we would like. Another young man came from the back and said they were not cooking anymore pizza for the buffet. The buffet did not close for 45 minutes and they just wanted to sell the dried out pizza that was already there. This was my first experience at this restaurant and it will be my last. We were the only customers that were even there. It looked to me like they didn't care if they sold any pizza or not. I would give these guys zero stars for customer service and I will be telling my family and friends about the lack if service we received. Needless to say we just walked out and will never try to eat here again. read more
