We decided to try this place out based on a few very good reviews and the food really was awesome! To start out we ordered cheese sticks, fried ravioli and pizza rolls. The cheese sticks were very good, pizza rolls were okay and the fried ravioli, wow y'all that was so delicious. I want to go back already just for that. I got the cheese ravioli with marinara sauce because the fried ravioli was good so why not and boy I made the right choice. My boyfriend ordered a medium pizza, I think it was called The Meats, and he loved his pizza and ate half of it and took the other half to work later cause it was too big for him. We also tried out the rum cake and tiramisu and wow that rum cake was awesome, tiramisu was very good as well. The prices were not bad at all compared to the amount and quality of the food we got. Service could have been a little better because they weren't very busy but the food definitely made up for it. Service was the only reason for 4 stars otherwise it would be 5! Our pizzas were unexpectedly delivered 20 minutes earlier than originally stated and we were so appreciative of that! 1st time going to Pizzaiolo's. Great food and excellent service (thanks Shaye!!). We were greeted at the door with a big smile and, "Hello!" Our party isn't always the easiest of patrons... but Shaye was patient with our randomness. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu. The complimentary bread sticks are great, and the price is right (: We ordered the fried cheese too. They were hot and tasty! The homemade ranch is a nice addition. We shared salads, calzones (pepperoni & bacon), and Shrimp Scampi, which was more than enough for 4 people to share. Salads were very fresh! The scampi sauce was very rich, very creamy. They used to be fantastic, but I think they've kinda slacked off. Last couple times, they didn't get our order correct, and one time they actually LOST or order. After everybody else around us was served, we were still waiting. We got up to walk out after waiting nearly 30 minutes, and the manager (or somebody) chased us out the door and asked us to come back, because they were "remaking" (making for the first time) our order that they lost. My husband and I decided to come try this place out after church. I ordered a Mimosa (2 to be exact) amazing. I had the jalapeño onion and pepperoni pizza thin crust which was AMAZING. This restaurant seems to make up new rules every time you call or try to order food. They no longer take orders over the phone to be delivered. They don't allow you to order a child's meal size for your child over the phone. They make you come in the restaurant in order to order food for your children. It's the least family friendly place in town. I've never heard of such a rule. They try to make it as difficult as possible for parents to pick up food for their families. It's very disappointing because the food is decent and we loved coming here but who can keep supporting a restaurant who doesn't support families? read more

It's hard to know where to start. The waitress had no idea what beers were on tap. She neglected to put our order in for appetizer and has to be asked a second time for a glass of wine.
