Exterior

Located on Rt 22 in Murrysville in the old Atrias. The exterior is nice with a patio for outdoor dining. Italian music is playing when you walk in. That's where the Italian atmosphere ends. The yellow decor reminded me of a McD's, I was looking for the playground! I expected a warm, cozy, inviting atmosphere, a "Bistro", Italian themed vibe especially considering the higher priced menu. The food was good, a lot made from scratch but overpriced. Our server/BT Lee Ann was awesome! VERY friendly and attentive, a pure delight. The manager behind the bar didn't look like he wanted to be there though, maybe it was because the bar setup seemed to be bass ackwards. It seemed to be crowded for a decent sized bar. With a blank canvas they had to work with it seems they dropped the ball. Other than the music and pizza oven it didn't scream Italian "Bistro" more like a fast food chain. I've been in the restaurant business for years so maybe my expectations are higher than others but I try to keep an open mind. It's definitely more affordable during Happy Hour to eat and drink but still it's easy to spend almost $100 for two people considering entrees are À la carte and a glass of wine costs $14. So they're forcing you to purchase a bottle. I wasn't impressed but may try again when my wallet allows.

We enjoyed the fried mozzarella and fried zucchini, both served with marinara sauce. Ordered the Doc, Funghi and Burrata. All delicious and cooked perfectly. But pricey for 6 cut pizza at about $20-25. This was plenty for the 3 of us.

As I've been to their Market Square location, I was excited to dine in a larger space. The acoustics were very loud and tables a bit close to maneuver around when full. Otherwise it was good for groups. There were several other tables of parties of 6 or more. It's located in a commercial plaza so the parking lot was quite full. My $30-entree included 6 large shrimp and in-house made pasta. It was delicious and filling. I was full from just eating my entire entree but others got desserts and I'd say the portion size was large enough for two people. Service was attentive. Our waitress offered us ice for our filtered tap water and I should have accepted as it was strangely warm. I also highly recommend reservations as it was quite busy after 5 o'clock on a Wednesday.

Went with my family for dinner. We got the zucchini and stuffed banana peppers to start! Then we split a few pizzas and a pasta. I really liked the noodles that the pasta was made with. The pizzas are a big expensive for the size!!

This was Atrias and opened 2 weeks ago...the waitstaff training was on spot...we sat at high tables, waited on immediately and ordered drinks then our dishes...quite a busy place but it was Saturday...couples...families...everyone had smiles on their faces and if their dishes were anything like my Calamari, I can see why... delicious...also tried a slice of their wood oven cheese pizza... yummy...only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because a gentleman can in holding a small dog and sat at bar and wasn't told to leave...this was not a service animal...

The lighting was low but not to the point of visual impairment and the music level was just right. Even with so many other patrons, it did not feel or sound crowded. We ordered the iron skillet cornbread for the table and it was perfection. Notice in the picture it is crumbly but not dry at all. Honey butter is delicious. The grilled mahi sandwich was cooked so well and was so juicy it was dripping on the plate. In the best way. It was fishy but didn't taste as if I put the ocean in my mouth. Not pictured is the chicken quesadilla my friend ordered. She never finishes a meal but could not help to do so today. Street corn is to die for. Amazing. No notes. Great meal. Plenty of parking but you do share with Hallmark and a few other stores. Handicap is available. Lot is fairly level and there is access on the sidewalk. Inside you should have a pretty easy time maneuvering walkers, canes, scooters, wheelchairs and strollers.

Definitely try the peach features if you're there during the summer. I loved the house salad with the bacon dressing - I wish every restaurant had one like that. The campfire chicken was delicious too.

The issue we encountered today was with the host that sat us once entering the restaurant. One member of our party was in a power chair. My son and I went into the uncrowded restaurant, sat at the bar, ordered two beers and told the bartender we wanted a takeout order. We watched her take care of several other customers. I told her I would be OK with going into the restaurant to place my order, but she said no she would be right back. meanwhile, the bartender was new, and there was a female manager behind the bar, with her. A little while later, the manager came over to us, and asked how could she help us? I ordered the food , and while finishing my beer, a bleach, blonde waitress from the restaurant side came in with a order of pizza. Bartender instructed her that it was for the restaurant customers. The waitress looked at the bartender and said for her to deliver it to the customers, because they were unhappy. During this time, the bartender also had to leave the bar to attend to drinks in the restaurant. I finally got my takeout order, I was walking out of the restaurant, and there were multiple waitresses and waiter in the restaurant area standing around and looking like they were doing nothing. The bartender was left to care for everything by herself. As I had said previously, I've always loved DeeJays ribs, from Wexford. When I finally arrived home, the ribs were quite dry, with hardly any barbecue sauce. I was very disappointed. Someone needs to needs to go to Bridgeville and Wexford to observe how the restaurant is generally run perfectly. I will not recommend this new location.

They aim to make a memorable experience with clever marketing, current food trends, and very customizable items. This location is even cooler as it pays homage to the once Blue Spruce Motel that was demolished for the current shopping mall. The wall has a cool graphic with the callout and the fits perfectly into the decor. Only downfall is the online ordering pickup. I get it... every restaurant wants to find a way to minimally impact their employees with fulfilling orders for takeout. But sending customers to the bar and forcing them to flag down the bartender... it's just not right. Designate a counter spot, add signage, or bring the bags to the front desk... For a company up on everything, this location should reconsider how they serve takeout orders. Still the food was phenomenal... We split a Sonoma Chopped Chicken Salad. Burgatory salads are HUGE! And the ingredients are always super fresh... I mean look at how perfect the avocado is! We tried the wings and... wow! The skin was so perfectly crisp and the seasoning was just spot on with spice and flavor. We tried the onion rings... and well... you can't win them all. The batter was soggy and way too thick. Not sure even the perfect cook could've crisped and fully cooked the batter. We won't be doing these again.
