Ordered online as of now an hour and a half ago. Called said computers were down I asked how to credit my card. Our family stayed this week at the White River Ranch Estate on Savage Rd. Near Kirbyville, MO. On our last night at the house, we called for pizza to be delivered and because Pizza World was recommended by the caretakers of the house, we called them. The pizza was some of the best we all had ever had, the deliver was fast - about ten miles to the Estate from their restaurant - and the delivery guy was exceptional. Wanted to review this because the only review obviously had one bad experience. Personally, our family has been getting pizza from Pizza World ever since we moved to Branson. Our favorites are the classic supreme and their deluxe antipasto salad. Delivery times range from 30 minutes up to an hour depending on how busy they are, but they'll always call if they are running later than usual. They also have a dine-in area; we had a party there a couple years back and ordered their Big World pizza. At first, 24 inches may not seem like that much but wait till you see it! Terrible service! I was told when I placed the order over the phone that I should expect a delay so I decided to pick up the order instead of waiting 1.5 hours for delivery. The representative told me it should take 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and arrived to pick up my order. I stood in line for 10 minutes before it was my turn. The young lady behind the counter did not acknowledge me when I walked up to the register because she was trying to enter an order into the computer. She looked up at me when she was done. I told her my name and the reason I was there. After I paid, the young lady behind the counter looked at me like I had a problem. She told me my order was not ready but did not tell me how long it would take. When I asked her to check, she said 30 minutes without asking anyone or checking anything. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager asked my name and then walked away without responding to my question. She proceeded to make pizzas as though I had not asked a question. I went to the store next door for an additional 30 minutes and my order was still not ready when I returned. After 1.5 hours I walked back in and asked for a refund. They looked and found that my order was now ready. The young lady again looked at me like I had a problem. I'm very frustrated by this lack of acknowledgement by the whole team. I hope it is not because of the color of my skin. They need to do better! read more

They have poor service and the delivery driver dosent carry enough cash to give you the refund you like so with u don't tip or you over tip ..decent timing bit had my pie messed up to many times read more

We loved this pizza place. We ordered online with no issues and got a coupon that saved us $11. The Italian sausage was delicious. My husband had a sandwich that he said was quite good. We also ordered a dessert pizza and it was good as well. We will definitely eat here again when we come back to Branson read more

Customer service at the finest level. In all sincerity, have not had a business go out of its way to help make up for a mistake that I made (not them...). Kudos to the long pony-tail girl working. While waiting for my takeout, I'm observing her serve others at tables and the counter and it's impressive. As a former food business owner, I can appreciate how challenging it is to find good employees -- I would have paid big money to have her and 20 clones to ensure my business was running as expected.
