Great little mom and pop shop. Nice variety of subs and fast service. The grilled cheese was thick and tasty that my 7 year old devoured. I had the hot Italian and it would rival any other sub shop out there. The East Coast sub was more than enough to eat. I would suggest getting one to split. All in all, if you're anywhere near Branson be sure to drop by for a wonderful sub. read more

We traveled from out of town. As we arrived they had a sign posted Must wear mask to order. indoor seating closed. No Restroom available for customers. I had to drive 5 miles to the nearest gas station to use a restroom. The sandwich was okay but definitely not worth $9- the bacon seemed like precooked packaged bacon and the cheese was super cold and thick. The bread was really hard. My toddler got a grilled cheese but didn't eat it, I didn't even try to see why. read more

CHEAP STALE BREAD, OVERPRICED SUBS, RUDE ANGRY LITTL MAN. My experience here started as any other, I was hungry, and I wanted something new. Ignoring my natural instinct to run to the nearest firehouse subs, I went against my better judgement and decided to come here. Once inside the owner I believe proceeds to tell me that if I don't want to wear my mask (I had my mask on but it had slipped off my nose) then I can get out of his store and go somewhere else Although it was very very disgusting behavior I still decided to spend my money there. So disrespectful. My Turkey sub was so dry no amount of mayonnaise could save it. Do yourself a favor and just go to subway. read more

The subs are really good. Lots of meat piled on unlike some sub shops where they skimp on the deli meat and disguise it with a lot of lettuce etc. The only drawback is making sure to place an order in advance at lunchtime. I guess they get really busy and it's a mom and pop type place so there is limited staff. If you just order when you get there you might be waiting for 20 minutes. Learned the hard way. read more

I've had the meatball parm and the Italian sausage. Both were excellent--definitely on par with what I get back home in Pittsburgh or out in Jersey. Great bread, flavorful meat and sauce, and gooey cheese just hits the "comfort food" spot like little else. Other reviews mention the attitude--a complaint that is not without merit--but that also reminds me of the "no nonsense" style of communication that you get back east. Just consider it part of the authentic east coast experience. ;) read more

Best sub I've had in my life with no complaints at all. The bread is so good and the meat and toppings were also. The smell of the bread is fantastic walking in. Glad I found this place on yelp. Two people could split a sandwich and chips depending how hungry you are. I couldn't even finish mine. Super nice people and I would definitely recommend. read more

This place was a cut above for sure!!! I ordered the Reuben sandwich, it was three layers and delicious. I couldn't ask for a better sandwich. It came with chips and pickles, that was an added bonus. The total was just over $7, that's a freaking deal! It's a small place, not much seating, on a gravel lot. It looks like a house converted to an eatery. We went on a wild goose chase trying to find this restaurant. Waze took us way out of our way. Eventually located it using Google Maps. After all that driving the restaurant was closed. I think it is permanently closed. We were there during normal business hours and it looked abandoned. Don't waste your time. We ended up going to Jayne Dough which wasn't too far away. The sandwiches from Jayne Dough were very good. Really good bread and great homemade sub oil. read more

I think this business may be closed, we tried to go there May 25 2019 for lunch. Looks abandoned, driveway has a chain type thing closing it off. Another poor car like us was trying to eat there too, too bad. We ended up heading over to Jane Dough for subs to take back to the hotel for the family dinner tonight. Good sandwiches. My wife & son were with me & everything was very good. Cool outdoor seating area as well. However, think twice if you're in a hurry. We really weren't that hurried but had about an hour between my sons baseball games. We ordered & were told it would be 15 minutes or so. Hmm, ok seems long for 3 sandwiches but whatever. We waited the 15 min & then went back inside to check up. At that point we were told that if we're in a hurry to call ahead next time. Really? 3 cold sandwiches & you're freaking out? There was basically one guy making sandwiches & he got all pissy when we ordered. He apparently had an order called in he was working on & couldn't be troubled to stop & quickly make the 3 cold sandwiches. Kind of a mixed experience for us. Nice little place but I will never, ever call ahead for 3 sandwiches in between games. That's ridiculous. read more

This place was great! As an out of town traveler, we were looking for some local spots instead of the traditional chain fare. We lucked into this place and the sandwiches were excellent. The Reuben was super and the Bacon, Ham, and Turkey melt was great as well. Chips and pickle included helped make it a lunch to remember. OK this place should be on diners drive ins and dives. These guys can make a sandwich. I have tried several and they have all been fantastic. The meatball is made with huge homemade meatballs with a great sauce and just the right amount of cheese. The baked Italian well it is just ridiculous. First off to help out Trevor C. The cleanliness of the restaurant should not be a concern I've been eating at this sub shop for 3 years and they have never scored below a 100 on there inspections. Even branson's highest end restaurant had points taken off for minor violations. I've eaten subs on the east coast and authenticity is not a worry. The owner makes his rolls from SCRATCH every morning. I have never had sandwich from here that didn't leave me full and thinking about what's it going to be for lunch tomorrow. The food is excellent and the workers are very nice and friendly. REMEMBER TO CALL YOUR ORDER IN AHEAD OF TIME!!!!! They make their sandwiches one at a time and treat every sandwich like it's a piece if art. I would recommend this place to anybody in branson looking for a good lunch place. The BAKED ITALIAN is a piece of heaven in every bite. If you have a large group CALL AHEAD. This really isn't a restaurant it's a sub shop. There is seating available outside and a couple tables inside. It's a great place to CALL AHEAD and pick your sandwich up and get nice and full when you're on the run from point a to b.
