Surprised that this place has very few reviews. We tried it recently on our trip to Lassen NP and loved it. We ordered the Manchurian pizza and masala garlic bread. We've been getting the lamb kebab and Masala fries every time. Our kids like the plain cheese. One of the great things about this place is if you can get something pretty wild and then the kids can get a standard pizza and everyone is happy. Delivery is always right on time. First time trying this place. Was not on my radar! Talked to my sister, and she convinced me to give it a try. It is located near Food Maxx in that shopping center. It is small, and was a bit warm inside. AC might have been out, but it is not really set up for dining in. They did have one or two tables, and some chairs for waiting or eating. I was surprised to see they also offer delivery so that is awesome. My husband is NOT adventurous with food, ( he surprisingly likes Indian) but was not thrilled with the Indian pizza aspect ( lol) I really had to talk him into letting me try this out for dinner. I read the reviews and was excited to try something completely unique and different, and they have really good ratings. The menu offers some tasty looking things for the less adventurous. I showed my husband the menu, and he perked up and said 'get me the bacon Mac' and an all meat 'regular' pizza. So when I arrived, unfortunately they were 'out of Mac n cheese' That is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Sighhh. I selected the butter pasta instead, and his pizza. I also ordered a small palak peneer pizza with medium spice. I will say it was all really good and I LOVED my pizza and the spice level was for sure 'medium' and that was exciting. It had a hint of ginger too. I'm looking forward to going back, when Mac n cheese is back in stock ,so that I can try a new pizza twist for myself. I will attempt to get my husband to try some of my pizza leftovers today, to 'soften him up' for next time. You have to check out their menu to see all the options. You will not find anything remotely close to this in Redding. I hope they are successful and able to remain open in the rough restaurant industry, especially in this town, I think they need more advertising to get the word out. read more

So I got a invitation for a free pizza from here and I took my daughter and grandson to the pizza tasting yesterday. I got a half butter chicken and half tika chicken pizza. I asked for low spice" heat"' on it because of the baby. Be aware if you don't like spicy this place probably isn't going to rock your world. The pizza was good but still packed some heat. I can only wish that some of the 'heat" was used in cooking the samosas we ordered as they were cooked on the outside but still frozen in the center. The pakoras were pretty tasty though and were throughly cooked. I hope they get the cooking times down but to be honest the place was packed and they were pumping out the free pizzas as fast as humanly possible and did a pretty good job handling the crowd which was substantial.! On our way down from our road-trip, we went in 10 minutes before closing, and they took our order and accommodated us in the shop while they made it. It never felt like they were in a rush to close the shop, and that speaks volume of the amount of positive customer service they have. Came in today with some friends from out of town. The people working were so nice. The man at the counter was so sweet to our kids and had smarties in a bowl on the counter for them! I ordered a vegan gluten free chicken tikka pizza. It was pretty good! There are not a lot of vegan and gluten free options in Redding so it was nice to try something new. The flavors were really good so I'm sure a gluten full and real cheese pizza would be even better haha. Cute little menu and marketing. Staff was nice. read more

We ordered both a vegan gluten free/cauliflower crust version of their butter chicken pizza plus a regular crust butter chicken pizza and they were both fantastic! On a whim my mother and I decided to get a quick bite to eat and our noses led us to Pizza Twist. I was unfamiliar with the concept but was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a bright, cheery interior and a unique menu. I was immediately drawn to the chicken tikka pizza and tried the vegan version which was just the right amount of spicy, flavorful, and absolutely delectable. So I stumbled into this place while waiting for my daughter to get her nails done never heard of it before. I ordered a large pizza and it was a better price than most places in town. After trying the pizza this is definitely one of my top three pizza places in the Redding area. The crust is amazing the pizza is good and the wings are very good with a variety of flavors to choose from. This place has my utmost respect for trying to open up during Covid. Worse customer service ever. Told my wife, First they made one pie wrong, but my wife didn't have time to stay for another pie to be made. So when she came home told me the mistake I called the young manager told me just bring the pie back and pick up the one you actually requested. No Problem right! Because of my health i cannot, shouldn't have thick crust. (Diabetes) so i asked my wife if the second pie was right, it wasn't it had no spices, it was supposed to be medium spicy. ( Had none ) So when i got back to there shop I told him about the problem with the first pie he called my wife a liar. Not appropriate at all for any customer service provider ever! Being a manager myself at a major retail company the first rule is not to alienate your customers. You can see by the receipt the first pie thin crust was not, second pie spicy was not. And what topped it off was when he said he didn't need my business. We bought pies every week sorry for your loss, I won't be going back. read more

Heard the pizza was good here. Unfortunately we never got to find out. We ordered online tonight and it said it would be delivered at 7pm. 7pm comes around and the pizza never shows. We finally called them at 720pm to find out where our order was. We were put on hold for 6minutes and the person never came back to the phone. We had to call back and we were told that they have our order there and has been sitting ready for 20 minutes. So we asked when it would be delivered and they said they had no idea because their driver was out already delivering some orders so it depends on when he comes back. That's it - no apology, no ETA, no resolution what do ever. We asked again when it would be delivered and he said he'd have to call us back, been about 10minutes now and still haven't gotten a call. So here we sit, 35+mins after it was supposedly be delivered with no idea when or IF we will even get our order that was $50 for only two pizzas! Horrible place, would never recommend. Edit to add: We never got a call back. Our pizza was finally delivered at 8pm, it was cold. It also was missing requested toppings. read more

I've tried all of the pizza places in town and all of them are so-so. This place is refreshing. We ordered some traditional pizzas and they were better than what we've had elsewhere but at a better price. The lamb twisty pockets are incredible btw. They went above and beyond for us and it's greatly appreciated. My daughter's we're having a sleepover and I had to feed the pack of hungry girls and these guys made it happen. I look forward to trying all of their menu items, so maybe lunch tomorrow? read more
