We have given business to this place twice. The first time we did a take out and the second time we dined in. The first time takeout experience was good, we had the Achari chicken and butter paneer pizza. The pizza was really good, I think the toppings of paneer and chicken could have been better, the pieces were small in sizes. Next time when we dined in, we were a group of 7-8. We went for dinner, again went with same pizza, beer/sodas, the fries and chicken wings. The service was a bit slow, they were not so busy! May be short staffed. The pizza was good, the wings were again smaller than usual, the fries were good, a bit saucy though. Overall love the pizzas with Indian Fusion twist. We got take out. The pizza took 30 minutes after our order was placed. Overall, the achari chicken pizza was the best one, but it had some barbeque ranch on it? I don't think achari chicken should have barbeque ranch. Furthermore, all the pizza crusts were too thick and undercooked; they were almost gummy and wet. There was not nearly enough sauce (except the achari pizza's barbeque sauce on top), and there was WAY too much cheese on each pizza. It just tasted like underbaked bread with cheese and a hint of indian flavors. I would've enjoyed more flavorful pizzas, especially from a place claiming to make Indian fusion dishes. Got the curry masala bread twist which are like breadsticks but we treated it like a pizza. It was super garlicky and strong in flavor. Super delicious and would get again! Wish the bread was a bit fluffier and there was a bit of a wait but that was fine. read more

My review is focused mainly on the Butter Chicken pan pizza. It was very average. The red onions were overpowering and dominated the taste palette. I'm not even sure why this is considered butter chicken pizza since it has none of the red-color sauce that is typical with the Indian butter chicken dish. Also, paying an extra $7-$8 to make the pizza a "pan" pizza is a complete rip off. Unless you are making it like a real deep dish, I don't see the need to pay such a high price for an upgrade. Very disappointed in this pizza, especially after trying 5 star Indian pizzas from Naan Nation. Their butter chicken pizza actually tastes exactly like the Indian butter chicken dish. It's very possible I just chose the wrong pizza here. But in a niche that is ever expanding like Indian-style pizzas, there is no reason to venture out of the way to go here when you have better options on Uber Eats. I would have given this place a glowing review, but unfortunately they ripped me off. My husband and I had a vegan pizza that we absolutely loved. We also had wine and beer and stayed for about an hour. FYI If you're going to dine in, don't bother tipping because no one comes to check on you or take plates away or anything. After dinner as we were about to get in our car, an employee came running out in the parking lot to tell us that our credit card transaction did not go through. (Why didn't they say anything earlier? We were there for an hour). So my husband went back in to take care of it. A couple days later we realized they charged us twice! We have called the restaurant several times to have this corrected and they keep giving us the run around. Either this is a scam they pull or they have no idea how to run a restaurant. Truthfully, we would rather have more traditional Indian food than Indian pizza. It was still worth a try though! We ordered online and got a large medium spicy achari paneer and large mild spicy chicken tikka masala as they were among their most popular menu items. A large, according to their site, should feed 3-4 people in one sitting. I was texted estimated pickup time and then texted again when the pizzas were actually ready. Their estimated time was pretty accurate. The parking lot in front of the store had a lot of spaces available for picking up. The medium spicy level is pretty spicy if you are spice sensitive. The mild has just a very slight kick. Although the achari and tikka masala pizzas come with two different sauce types, we felt that the pizzas mostly tasted similar. It was really hard to tell which was which. The sauce they use to add the additional spice level is actually quite flavorful. Although I struggle with hotter foods, I felt the medium spice pizza was more flavorful when it wasn't hurting me. The crust is naan inspired and has the chewiness and crunch of a flatbread. A single large pizza is about $24, so it is on the more expensive side. However you are also paying for a more specialized and unique pizza. For takeout, they did forget to give us our receipt and didn't mark the boxes to indicate which pizza was which. Overall, the quality was fine. The gentleman at the counter was extremely nice! He assisted me right away and brought my food out piping hot, I enjoyed lively music videos on their flatscreen while I patiently waited the couple extra minutes it took. We ordered 2 Large pizzas--Achari Chicken and Curry Paneer. Flavor was completely lacking in the Curry Paneer pizza. The Achari Chicken had more flavor but was quite spicy. Overall, both pizzas lacked authentic Indian spices and flavor, so we were disappointed. We also ordered Paneer Pakora. The crust was too dry and once again, lacking in authentic indian flavor. If you come for the Indian flavor pizza, you will be terribly disappointed. You are better off going to an Indian restaurant and order some paneer curry and masala. Overall, their pizza prices are high for pizzas that lack any authentic indian flavor. To make things worse, I was charged a 3.5% fee for using credit card to pay. Omg this pizza place was sooo yummy!!! Pizza with a twist is pretty pizza but Indian style so they have tikka masala pizza, tandoori chicken, garlic chicken, etc! You can even get the pizza on naan bread. I loved every pizza we tried and was only able to get a picture after a few slices because it just smelled too good. We ordered the: tandoori pizza, tikka masala, and Bombay garlic. All three were delicious! Excited to return and try the other flavors and to switch the pizza bread for naan bread! Slice up your life! Have you ever found yourself eating a slice of pizza and wishing you were eating Indian food instead? Yeah, me neither but if you did, this place is for you! I got half-and-half of a Lamb Kabob and Chicken Tikka Masala pizza with some Tequila Lime Wings on the side. As soon as the pizza came out, you can just smell all the aromatic spices perfuming the air. It also perfumed my car and lingered for a few good days afterwards! I really did enjoy all the interesting flavors and and their take on fusion pizza but I wish there was some kind of sauce. I felt like I was eating flatbread more than pizza. It's Chicago style, but from Sacramento. It's pizza, but with Indian style flavors. Did someone pick a few restaurant themes randomly out of a hat to create this place? No matter, I like unique takes on old classics so we got an order to go. We opted for the chicken curry pizza on their regular crust and called the order in. It was ready in 20-25 minutes. On the way back home the smell of our meal was incredible. Opening up the box I oohed at the mix of colors and plethora of toppings on our pizza with pizzazz. The taste was spot on. I loved the bold Indian flavors of the chicken, toppings and sauce mixed with some of the more standard pizza toppings such as olives and onion. The crust was alright. It had a lightly crisp bottom, not quite thin crust but not really Chicago style deep dish so I suppose you could call it medium crust? They do have the option for you to have your crust thin or deep dish though so I'll have to try those sometime. We requested it medium spicy and they delivered on the heat. My only gripe is that there were bits of fibery stems in the occasional bite which I had to pick out after chewing a bit. Really good. I'm picky about pizza and I had no complaints with the pizza. It's not your typical pizza which is what I liked. I got a pesto chicken pizza twist which was loaded with flavors and actually tasted better cold the next day. My wife got her usually Hawaiian she loves our trips to Honolulu what can I say. I'm glad that desi Indian pizza has made its way to Phoenix. We have previously eaten at their Cali locations in and around Bay Area and been very impressed with the Indian twist that they have put on the Chicago pizza. Menu is extensive they have butter chicken, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka and even chicken curry pizzas. They also have Naan pizzas, tikka Masala, indian style wings and Indian style garlic bread if your feeling a little adventurous. Now I personally love all of the above and cannot pick a favorite. We ordered a half gyro pizza and half 3 idiots (Buffalo chicken, bbq chicken, and garlic chicken) it was delicious. It was cheesy, loaded with toppings, and the thin crust was perfection. I will say I wish the gyro included a fresh herb on top like parsley or cilantro, instead of the pineapple. I also order a Taj Mahal beer because when in Rome right?!
