If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I definitely would. The employees were completely rude when I called about my messed up order. There was no marinara sauce on our pizza instead the marinara sauce was replaced with ranch when I had asked for ranch ON the side several times. Pizza was not cooked throughly which lead to stomach pains and could eventually lead to a food borne illness which are infectious/toxic. If your party, family, or friends would like to avoid potentially running into a similar situation and avoiding developing food borne illnesses due to the lack of care I highly recommend to not order from this restaurant. read more

Messed up our order. I ordered ranch on the side and they put it on the pizza. No pizza sauce on the pizza just ranch. I called and they hung up on me. Gross pizza . I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

I love Pizza Shuttle. The few times I have gone (dined in) I have had fun and the food is delicious. The pizza is amazing! Have a late night craving for ice cream? Go to Pizza Shuttle! They have a pretty large, and unique, selection of flavors and make great sundaes :D The menu is very extensive, and I definitely want to try other items besides pizza so I see many, many more visits to Pizza Shuttle in the future. read more

Pizza Shuttle...where do we begin? Where do we end? Perhaps only time will solve this enigma. I have ordered from this MKE institution more than a couple of times and always after at least a few drinks...yep, it's definitely one of those places for me! For all of those stats folk, there is a strong correlation between drinks consumed and ordering from this spot - simply no denying it! Okay, so do drunk eats always mean crummy food? Hold the phone. Let's not get too hasty now...let's roll with this... Pizza: pizza here is hit or miss. The regular crust has WAY too much dough for me; lesson learned I order thin only from now on. The thin is okay to good and crispy (mostly even through the middle). However, sauce is a little sweet without much flavor but hey, it's ok. The major problem with their pizza is they advertise 40 ingredients or what not and they do not ever have them all in stock. I have ordered pizza only to find peppadews replaced (with no phone call or anything) with banana peppers and so on...if you run out of an ingredient Call! I may not like your replacement....just a simple customer service thing... Fried food (somehow) almost always retains a lot of heat and crisp despite being delivered! Well done drivers, well done. I do dabble in other parts of their menu but I have yet to encounter anything that blew me away enough to write about ...Although, in all fairness, I have to mention my boyfriend's love of their Philly. He says they don't cut corners and simply do it better than anyone! Sciortino roll and real cheese - maybe not the philly by definition but apparently good enough to order two of.... Basically, I order Pizza Shuttle if there is the perfect storm of a good deal, intoxication, and hungry friends. So, yeah, I'll be ordering again. read more

Terrible customer service. I have been a customer since 2000. Getting deliveries to the same address. On many occasions I've had my order messed up so like anyone you call and ask for what you order for. Then on one random occasion they refuse to take a cash delivery even after 20 years of loyalty. WE HAVE ALWAYS PAID! I call today get put on hold for 19 minutes and yes do to us cutting back on ordering out we haven't ordered in a while. They tell us that I have "notes" in my account that I after 20 years can't get deliveries. Mind you they also told me that since I am a back house they didn't like that. Ridiculous for 20 years drivers have walked to the back. Ridiculous they also call when here and I always run out. IDK what changed but you just lost a long time customer. read more

For decades Pizza Shuttle has had some of the best hand tossed pizzas and best prices in the Milwaukee area. This year ownership changed, and more recently, all the prices. Given inflation it would be reasonable to expect items to go up by a few dollars. However, their specials have almost doubled in price, and their "medium" pizza is now smaller than it traditionally was. Despite being long time enthusiastic customers, we are not going back. read more

I remember coming here 10 years ago or more and being really impressed. A friend wanted to go recently. It brought back memories. They sell pan style pizza-- think pizza hut-- and many sides and other items you might associate with pizza. Menu is pretty extensive. Biggest advantage is they are open late. The staff is usually quite friendly and helpful. The pizza was not as good as I remembered. Honestly, it wasnt that much different from pizza hut's pan style pizza. Ingredients did not taste fresh. The pinwheels, on the other hand, were GREAT. I enjoyed those so much more than the pizza. I got them with pepperoni and cheese, so they were basically pepperoni rolls. I wouldnt mind going back given the limited options open late, but I'd probably pick something other than pizza. read more

I got the mac and cheese pizza and a few sides. It's a little pricey, but so is everything in the city, not to mention that it's a local business. It was worth the cost though! Mini corn dogs were juicy and delicious, and the wonton cheese sticks didn't skimp on cheese. I really like how late they do carry out on weekends, since I don't get off work til 1 am. Oh, and that courtesy parking area os a GODSEND in the city! Thank you Pizza Shuttle! The main thing is, of course, the pizza! I'm originally from outside of Chicago, and I hadn't found good pizza crust in Milwaukee...until I ordered from here! I've been so sick of the cracker style crust popular in Milwaukee. Finally, thick crust that has some spine to it! Chewy and delicious, and it reminds me of home! I always order the 'Chicago-style' pizza from places hoping that it will be true to the name, but this is the first one in the area that lived up to my hopes! If you want thick crust, go for the Chicago style crust: it lives up to expectations and is making me love pizza again as much as I did in my hometown! I'll definitely be back, and I'll be trying more of the specialty pizzas-on that fantastic Chicago crust! read more

Very disappointing! Food never arrived. We called 10-15 times - stayed on the line for 30 min without anyone taking our call. Yes, it was during summerfest, but we would've at least expected someone to answer the phone read more

The last couple of times I've ordered from here they've gotten the order wrong. Time one (August 2014): I ordered a pizza and an 8piece chicken dinner. We only got the pizza. Thankfully they didn't charge us for more than that, but still it was disappointing. Time two (October 2014): Ordered an 8 piece chicken dinner and only received 6 pieces. We were too hungry and tired to call and fight with them, but it seems that wrong orders are becoming too commonplace. read more

I've ordered for delivery from Pizza Shuttle many times and their pizza is good, not great but good. The second to the last time I ordered for delivery from them my pizza arrived tipped so that all the toppings were on one side of the pizza. I checked it before I signed for my order and tip as this was the second time my pizza was tipped. The delivery guy was very nice about it and called Pizza Shuttle with his phone on speaker. After he gave the woman my info she said "That guy's an asshole" he promptly told her she was on speaker. When I ordered my pizza that night I asked if they had Canadian bacon to which she replied "do you mean bacon or ham." I told her no and I meant Canadian bacon. She said people called it one or the other. I asked her if she could find out but she just kept telling me that it was called bacon or ham by people. I finally asked if I could speak with someone who could give me a yes or no answer. Apparently she took exception to this as I found out on the delivery man's phone. He couldn't have been nicer. He apologized profusely gave me the owners phone number and told me to call next day during business hours to speak with the owner. My replacement pizza took longer than normal to receive and was delivered by another delivery man. I called Pizza Shuttle the next day but didn't get to speak with the owner or a manager. The person on the phone apologized and said someone would get back to me. That was June 30th it is September 1st and no one has called back. I gave them another chance and ordered a gyro plate, spicy chicken with 2 side orders. I couldn't eat the gyro sandwich it tasted so bad. The fries were soggy, the chicken was dry and tasteless not very spicy. I have worked with the public at several jobs as well as owning my own business and would never have handled a situation this poorly or provided such a poor quality product or service. I gave Pizza Shuttle a fair chance but was not impressed or satisfied with them or their non-pizza items. read more

How in the sam hell did I miss a pizza shuttle yelp review? I will keep it short and sweet. A Milwaukee staple is pizza shuttle. Late nights or lunch its all there for you. They have chicken, ribs, pizza and desert. Possibly all of these on your pizza? They usually have some sort of special. The pizza its self isnt the best in the world but it works. I prefer their thin crust pizza myself. Parking can be a pain if you miss a spot underneath the building. Sign up for their email list to receive coupons and free bday pizza. read more

You should definitely check this place out I love their pizza maybe it's because how many times I've been there that I've had some bad experiences but they tend to forget about your order if your not ordering pizza, waited 52 minutes for wings today for the third time, all the food is good and their menu is the size of a newspaper sheet. Big selection but I'd stick to the pizza!! read more

Lived right across from this place for a few weeks. Pizza was delicious, reasonably priced, AND they had blue moon ice cream!!

Ok I'm a pizza snob hands down, I'm from Chicago so I know my pizza inside and out.... Pizza Shuttle is ok. Think of it as a higher quality papa johns pizza. I had their original crust pizza so I couldn't comment on what their thin crust is but it's really nothing special. I will say the toppings are very fresh and I would prefer this to pizza hut, dominos, etc and would order from there if they were in the chicagoland area but this is just typical fastfood style pizza. It seemed like a Milwaukee favorite because the place was jumping but I figured the pizza would be phenominal but it really wasnt, if this is the better pizzas in Milwaukee I kinda feel bad but it is what it is. Also whats up w/ all of the security guards around there? Seriously if that neighborhood is considered a bad neighborhood than I'm shocked it really seemed like a trendy almost Roscoe Village. I dunno I guess thats Milwaukee for you. read more

Honestly, it's my favorite pizza in Milwaukee. That's not really saying much, but at the same time it is. Milwaukee has an affinity for thin crust and I do not. Pizza Shuttle's hand tossed crust is good. Their sauce is a little on the plain side but they aren't afraid to pile it on when you ask for extra sauce. Toppings are often very generous and the specialty pizzas get pretty crazy. Cheap beer, ice cream, complete menu besides pizza... My biggest beef is the smoking. It's ridiculous to have smoking in a pizza place filled with kids. That will be taken care of soon enough. Then they might be bumped up to four starts. One thing to remember with Pizza Shuttle is that fresher is definitely better. I highly recommend eating it there or picking it up your self. Not the I've have problems with delivery or anything, but fresher is better. read more

Ordered a delivery from here based on my friend's high praise saying this is her favorite pizza place in milwaukee, only came out to be kind of disappointed. I ordered a small 3 topping pizza with bbq sauce, chicken, red onions, and mushroom, 1/2lb boneless wings with honey mustard, cheese curds, and a free order of bread sticks. The delivery was quite fast with only 35mins compare to their website stating minimum of 60mins. I think their dough was pretty good. It's chewy which I like but I personally think their sauce was a little bland. The bbq pizza didn't have much flavor to me but the presentation was good. The bread sticks had good texture but way too oily. Cheese curds and wings were pretty average. Maybe I came in with high expectation but I feel like there is other option in town with same price points but better pizza. read more

ordered a pizza and a burger albeit late nite it was a fail - medium rare to rare burger came like an over-cooked hockey puck on a steam pan @ best - pizza - mehhh i wish i would not be writing this review as i have fond memories of pizza shuttle, but we are all in a place in corona times whereinwhich the integrity of money matters. i was met with resistance when i called to express my concern about the quality of the burger and as a chef, that i believe is a red flag. bring it back to the integrity of a business. for $30, i got an overcooked burger, a side caesar with dead leaves and a pizza that i would pretty much never eat. in these times, i would step up to shine. it's a bummer that the one meal i wanted to order for the evening simply failed and that my concern wasn't received with compassion. i know there are other groovy pizza joints in the area and i'll make sure i explore them. read more

Not only do they have the coolest, most humongous colorful menu that can double as a poster, Pizza Shuttle actually does have some very tasty late night food. These guys really know how to satisfy the munchies indeed! Friendly delivery staff is a big plus read more

If I could give a lower score, I would. This is the message I emailed to the owner, and I am also posting here to make sure it's seen. I placed an order at 6:15PM, and received the confirmation email stating it would be delivered between 7:15PM-7:25PM. At 7:43PM, I decided to call and find out the status of my order. I spoke to Amelia, who informed me that there had been a glitch in the system, where it had frozen. She proceeded to explain that when this happens, the orders usually still go through, meaning once the system was running, nobody verified to make sure this was the case. I asked to speak to a manager, and was placed on a brief hold. After a minute or so, Amelia came back to the phone and informed me there was actually a "twist in the story." The manager, John, had informed her that they had attempted to make the delivery, but when they called my cell phone nobody had responded, so they left. I let Amelia know that this was not true, as I have had my phone next to me the entire time. I also expressed my frustration that I had asked for the manager, who dismissed my request and sent her to speak to me once again. At this point, Amelia became very rude/hostile towards me, and told me that in her opinion, I was taking this way too far. I responded that at the moment, I was not asking for her opinion. I had asked for a manager, and to find out what was really going on with my order since I had been told very different things at this point. She proceeded to call me annoying. I asked her to repeat what she said, and she said "you heard what I said." I asked for my food to be redelivered, and to add a secondary phone number in the eventide staff attempted to lie and insult me again. After about ten minutes of this phone call, Amelia called me back and told me she had found out that they had put in the order with the wrong phone number, hence why I never got a call. Although she apologized for this now THIRD scenario, she never apologized for insulting me. Not even at this point did the manager come to the phone to speak to me! Amelia does not know how to speak to customers, and was unable to verify was truly happened before giving me three different explanations. I have never experience such unprofessionalism, and poor customer service. I contacted grub hub, who attempted to help me with a refund after being verbally abused, which the establishment denied because they gave me a gift certificate...why would I EVER want to order from here again after this experience? read more

I remember coming here as a kid of about 9, then still eating here when I was in my late teens. The food was great back then and for the price at the time you couldn't beat it. Sadly that's changed, the food has gone down hill and the price has went up (the rating has nothing to do with the price due to inflation). The last time I went the pizza was no better than a frozen pizza. It's sad to see it go down hill like that. Not to mention I no longer feel safe eating here. It's gotten to dangerous for me, one time eating here there was a fight, another time as I was leaving another fight broke out next to my car and one of the guys pulled a gun out. I've even had people try to start fights with me in there solely for looking at them and nodding my head. I really wish there was something that could be done about the safety, but I doubt that will be feasible since they can't control who walks through the doors. All and all I'm pretty disappointed they've gone down hill, I have great childhood memories of this place but I'm no longer going to be eating here. read more

Got a slice with my friend and some cheese curds for around 10$. The pizza was just okay, and had little to no sauce on it. The cheese curds, which were 8 dollars, came out in a little basket...they were listed as a half pound of curds. Don't get me wrong, they were the best cheese curds I've ever had; and that says a lot for me being a Wisconsinite. However 8 bucks is a little steep for 15 small curds. Atmosphere is trendy and hip, even a parking garage below that's wheelchair friendly. I'd go here again and try the pizza again just because the location is fun and exciting. read more

Super lame response as far as customer service goes... Ordered a large pizza with Sausage, Black Olives and Broccoli. Ample amounts of sausage and black olive, but literally four pieces of broccoli visible. When I called, the kitchen said the broccoli was underneath the cheese... If it's under the cheese, you'd think it would be visible and not the smallest florets in the history of broccoli. So yeah, being a frequent buyer of your za, this is really disappointing and probably my last experience with y'all. The offer to remake my pizza seemed to be retracted based on what the kitchen said. Work on making your customers happy, never had a complaint with 11 years of ordering from you. read more

We love Pizza Shuttle's food, but we're very disappointed tonight. We ordered Nashville Hot Chicken online for pick-up. When my husband got home, he had broasted chicken. In his receipt it said broasted chicken, but on the online order, it said Nashville hot chicken. He spent over 20 minutes on the phone waiting, and then discussing the matter when he was told that the manager had to approve his replacement meal. So far, it's all understandable even though he had just watched me eat my dinner. Now comes the appalling part.... He was completely willing to go and pick up the corrected order, but they asked him to bring back the first order and cited "their policy"! And stated that they would only remake the chicken, and not the sides. Well Pizza Shuttle, here's our policy, make the food right in the first place, then we don't have a problem. The freakin nerve! PS, we have to say that the chicken was good, in the long run. I'm from Nashville, it was pretty close, needed sour dill pickle chips though, then it would be authentic. read more

Whoa. I haven't reviewed Pizza Shuttle yet? Wow. Okay... so, let's be honest here, folks. Sometimes, you'll stay at the bar for too long. Sometimes, you'll have more than you intended to, and sometimes... just sometimes... you'll feel the need to order fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks at 2:30 in the am. When and if that ever were to happen, Pizza Shuttle delivers, friends. Yes... yes they do. Two Words for the intoxicated and in need of a food: COMBO SAMPLER. Much like Kyle K, I can't recall the last time I actually stepped foot into Shuttle, however, they've saved my life on more than one occasion in the 9 years I've lived in MKE. It's true. Also: While it's not world-class cuisine by any means, they get it done and have some serious depth to their menu. You want a burger? Cool. 'za? Of course. A gyro? That too. Fried Chicken? Done. A chocolate malt? Yessir. Combo sampler with cheesy tots and fried mushrooms and ravioli and mozz sticks? 9.99. It doesn't matter how drunk you are, you won't eat it all, I promise. It's for sharing. Wait times vary, but on the usual it's about 40 minutes for greasy, awful, fried delights. Make sure to tip your hardworking PS drivers, too! This may or may not have happened in my household last night. I may or may not know from experience. read more

Pizza Shuttle has a reputation for being a greasy pizza place for drunken college students. They probably use the least expensive ingredients to make their pizza and ample amounts of animal fat to prepare their food. AND IT'S AWESOME. I got a huge slice of pizza on lunch for 99 cents. I got a spotted cow on tap for two bucks. I got a three scoop sundae delivered to my door at one in the morning. I got some surprisingly awesome hot wings. I love you pizza shuttle. read more

With all the negative reviews, I'm a little embarrassed/nervous to say that I kind of love Pizza Shuttle. I've never experienced any of the under-cooked/soggy/chewy pizzas that folks have complained about. If I had, clearly my review would be different. I will admit that the price is a large appeal point for us. If you sign up for their email list, you get a weekly email with a pizza special in it - for example, this week's is a large 3 topping for 9.99. You can't pass that up. The two of us are always full and we always have leftovers - an important part of the pizza ordering experience. We haven't really tried anything else from Pizza Shuttle - I stick with what I figure they know and have been doing for many years. I love the large list of toppings and that I can get garlic and basil for free - I've never experienced them forgetting to put these things on as other mentioned. My biggest complaint is that the folks doing the order-taking/check out are also the people who dole out the food as it comes out of the kitchen. Since I live so close, I always do carry out and I've waited up to 10 minutes for them to call my name while I sit there watching my order sit on the counter. Its really frustrating. I've contemplated nabbing it and running, but I assume the skinny hipsters behind the counters could easily catch me. IWe order from them 2 or 3 times a month and are always very happy - that's why we keep going back. It makes me sad that others are so down on the place. read more

Oh Pizza Shuttle. The noise from your parking lot keeps me up at night, and I can't stand a single one of your delivery drivers who speed down the alley like they own they world. The one time I even went inside the service was complete crap. The cashier was rude as can be and the tables were disgusting. Your pizza tastes like cardboard, but I keep coming back because you are across the street and open late. Sober me hates you, drunk me who is currently snowed in loves you. I just can't win. At least I get a free slice on my birthday. I don't recommend unless you are broke and drunk. Otherwise just about anywhere else has better pizza and better service. read more

I don't eat food from here very often, and that's too much already. Thing is, it seems like a great idea when you're drunk. "Hey Trevor! Let's get some bosco stix and shit from pizza shuttle, muhmucka!" "Ok, Hercules! I'll fucking call that ass right now! Got any more four loko?" The food tastes good. I'll admit it. But I swear to god they take everything they cook and dip it in a vat of movie theater popcorn butter before sending it out. After eating anything from this place, you almost immediately regret it. Aftereffects on the digestive tract are only eclipsed by the insulin coma you fall into from the sheer amount of carbohydrates they manage to pack into damn near every item on the menu. Pass out with a gut full of pizza shuttle and you'll still be belching it up in the morning. You'll also be waking up to drink 334 glasses of water because there is more salt in the food than there is in the dead sea. .99 cent lunch slices are hard to beat, value wise. My former coworker used to blot each slice with a paper towel before eating, reducing the weight of each slice by 20% and turning the paper towel into a MAGICAL SEE-THROUGH PAPER TOWEL. Whatever. Cheap calories is what you get here. Good selection of pizza toppings, just a poor vehicle for them. read more

Let me just start by saying that we order Pizza Shuttle entirely too often. I love that this place is open late and has really fast delivery service. We are typically quoted 45-60 minutes and it seems to never take more than 30. Customer service is also really decent for a late-nigh joint. We had an incorrect delivery (and cold...) ONE night out of the probably 50+ times we have ordered from them. We called and the situation was handled very well. They offered to remake the order even though they were already closed, but we just took a credit. I also love that you have a choice of crust types without an additional charge. My favorites are the Milwaukee thin crust and the Detroit-style (newish). We usually get either pepperoni and pineapple or sausage mushroom and onion. I think they use some sort of sweet onions on their pizza, which makes it pretty much addicting. They also load 'em on, so be ready. The mushrooms they use are a fun variety and fresh, not canned. Huge plus. The appetizer selection is kind of daunting to read through and generally unimpressive. The chicken wings are awesome and we have never been disappointed by one of their wing sauces. The wonton mozzarella sticks are also pretty good. As for sandwiches, they actually have a really impressive gyro plate. Yum. If pizza shuttle wasn't open until 3 AM, I have to admit, we probably wouldn't order from here nearly as often. If you're looking for good food late at night, though, Pizza Shuttle is spot on. read more
