Absolutely horrible. Ordered 1 pizza, 1cactus bread and cheese sticks. I came 1 hr after I ordered and it was not done. I sat there for another entire hour before I got my order. (Total of 2 hours). I drive home, open my pizza box and there is 1/2 a pizza in the box! I can't even make this up, it's an absolute joke. We just finished eating at Puzza Ranch in Oostburg. What a filthy dirty restaurant. Soda was spilled all over the floor. Shoes actually sloshed in the water. The food was picked over. Not refilled promptly. Total disappointment. We specifically went there verses sheboygan because we thought it would be better. Ice cream machine was broken ,another disappointment. Wednesday 5 pm. Oostburg Pizza Ranch. I had a group of 8. There were only two other tables of customers. Food on the buffet was cold and obviously there for a while. I approached the "Crew Leader" and immediately was told he had no time for me. I asked anyway when more fresh food was coming out. He told me "eventually". He told me they had a large takeout order. My husband and I love coming to this Pizza Ranch. Staff is always friendly, tables always clean and the food is always delicious. We've been to other locations before but this is our favorite. Overall It was ok The pizza Slices was really small like personal pan small. Cactus Bread was great chicken was wonderful Really friendly people Very welcoming. Not as big as the one in the Dells but same quality of pizza just smaller. I would visit there again read more

We took our family to Pizza Ranch in Oostburg Friday night. The pizza buffet was the best we've ever had and the staff was great. I'd highly recommend the cactus pizza as well. We'd also like to give special mention to Reagan who found our sons favorite toy and was available early Saturday morning for us to pick it up. All around great experience and we will be back many times. read more

The absolute worse restaurant. Old food. Had to ask for food to be brought out. They would bring it out then someone would come with to go containers and fill them from buffet while people were waiting. Obviously needs management!! Finally just walked out. Not sure if they are super understaffed or don't have a clue. The restaurant isn't that busy and when I first went up to get a salad, they were completely out of plates. After my salad, I went to get pizza and there was literally no pizza and half the other hot food bar was empty. It is only 6pm. As I am writing my daughter went to get a salad and now the salad bar is empty too! Really?!?! At least the food was good. read more

We really love the Oostburg Pizza Ranch. We do not normally do buffet restaurants, but this is a bit different. We love the mission of Pizza Ranch!!! The team here is so very friendly and open and welcoming. We love that they will make you a pizza of your choosing. The pizza, honestly, is just so-so. Thankfully it's more thin-crust which we like, but it needs more cheese for us. The soup and salad bar is nice as well. Our favorite is the chicken. It is really amazing!!!! read more

HORRIFFIC! The buffets looked as if it were closing time! The kettle of soup was empty , except for the scorched residue on the sides. The salad bar was not attended to , no lettuce to make a salad , except very little amount of withered iceberg mix that was turning brown. The pizza buffet was not up to par , took VERY long for them to fill it with pizzas( As if they were making one at a time) and very small sizes of the cactus bread so literally two or three people were able to enjoy it. The hot bar was baron , no chicken , no potato wedges ,the green beans were turning brown. No ice in the soda machine and no creamer for coffee. The ice cream machine was operating fine but no toppings were available not even chocolate sauce. When we would ask when they might be bringing more food out , the woman working was insulted and snapped back she was doing the best she could. She later was heard having a melt down in the kitchen., saying how un reasonable and rude the customers are ! I'm sorry that you think it is rude to expect food that you paid for! Pizza Ranch here's a news flash; it is not okay to charge people for food and then not have any available!!! Now before you judge and say we don't get the unemployment issue, please know we have long worked in the service industry and I deal with being short staffed daily at work but still deliver the product a customer paid for. This was so unacceptable , when you have a situation that you cannot produce a product , you limit the amount of customers, you allow in , or limit your hours of operation. It is not okay to happily charge full price and not tell the customer you have limited amount of food and cannot guarantee they will have a meal due to staffing issues. We enjoy this place so much. They are pizza titled but I love the chicken and mashed potatoes. I don't know why they don't advertise that part of their menu. Staff very helpful and friendly. New owner transitioned into owning seamlessly. No change in quality. I also love the salad bar. It is stocked perfectly and lettuce is crispy. read more

So it started off bad...when we arrived, the greeter walked away from us, and we were the only people in the restaurant. Everything looked okay and tasted okay except that a few of their pizzas looked a bit old. Wish we brought this up with them because both my husband and I got food poisoning when we got home. Good food. It was very busy and hard for them to keep up with having enough pizza but the kind staff made up for it by going table to table and allowing them to order a pizza even though they ordered the buffet. I think it was best anyone could do considering everyone came in at once. read more

I just finished enjoying their lunch buffet. The food was tasty and plentiful. The pricing is very fair. All of the staff members that I encountered were extremely friendly from the cashier to the manager to the man clearing dishes. I think this is a very well-run establishment. If the buffet does not have your favorite kind of pizzas they will gladly make one for you. read more

On a Thursday night the place was bustling and the pizza never ran out. Great selection and choices, including gluten free when requested. Party room seated 40+/- and was good venue for rehearsal dinner. Service was attentive and kind. Ice cream was good too! read more

I have thought about wether or not about writing this but decided if I was a business owner I would want to know. On May 11th while I was coming home I was nearly hit by your delivery driver. It was on south Main Street in Cedar Grove. He was pulled over on side of road and the decided to quick gun it and do a U turn in the middle of the road to head back towards Oostburg. Your driver slammed on his brakes and I slammed on my brakes as well but he was very close to hitting me. I understand accidents happen however he clearly didn't look very well. What if that would have been child on their bike. Please remind your drivers to be careful while driving and also when they drive carelessly they shouldn't be driving a van with the pizza ranch logos all over it. read more
