Great addition to the food scene in this small town! The choices are many on both the pizza and wine sides of the menu! We enjoyed the pesto pizza and had to try the campfire pizza for dessert. I highly recommend any of the "cellos" as an after dinner sip!

This place was great!! It was busy on a Tuesday so you know it's worth the wait. Avery was a great waitress, Mason rocked the bar & honestly probably made the whole thing work. Al the owner was around & introduced himself and super humble. Had the spicy sausage pizza & a salad. It was fantastic!! Sausage looked like pepperoni was delicious!! Highly recommended if you're in the ElkHart Lake area!!

It's a great place to get a…read moreglass of wine (or two or three), because they have a Wine-o-Matic, which is a magical device that dispenses tastes or full glasses of wine from a selection in the machine. The way it works is that you tell the people behind the counter that you want to do the wine tasting, and then you add an amount of money onto a card. A small taste of wine might cost anywhere from $1 to $3, and a full glass might range from $3 to $6 or more, depending on the bottle. What I love about this system (the Wine-o-Matic) is that I can take my time, look at all of the options, process what I've looked at, and make a decision about what I want to drink without having to speak to anyone. This is a wine-loving introvert's dream! The lounge area where the Wine-o-Matic is located is very comfy -- there are couches and tables, as well as little nibbles available. I loved dispensing my wine into my glass, and then sitting back and enjoying the wine while relaxing in a comfortable and comfy room. The wine tasting room is a separate room from the rest of the store, so it was quiet while I was there, which I appreciated. Like I said, I visited Vintage a couple of times while I was in Elkhart Lake. One of the times, I visited to buy some local beer. They have individual cans, so you can create your own six-pack. They (of course) have Spotted Cow. There are also all kinds of gourmet food items, kitchen things and gifts. This is a really neat place to hang out or find a gift for the wine- or beer-loving person in your life.

I remember the first time we stayed there my son meandered down to the beach to splash around when he was a tiny little thing and it was so tranquil. I knew immediately that this was a place we'd return to again and again. It's just one of those places that feels like you're going back in time to a simpler place. The area around the property is vibrant and alive. Everyone seems happier just being there. Elkhart Lake is such a picturesque little town. Everyone at the resort gets up and takes a morning walk to the shops, the farmer's market, the park, the library, or to get some coffee and breakfast. Part of the charm is you really don't need a car while you're there. Everything is walkable from the resort features themselves to additional dining to a great ice cream spot. The lake is gorgeous and pristine in its beauty. Enjoy time at the beach, the complimentary kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats, or rent a boat in the nearby marina. If you're not a lake person they have a nice pool and, of course, everyone loves a hot tub! Often times there are events in Elkhart Lake on the square around Siebkens or on the property itself. Siebkens is steeped in a rich history of auto racing and is frequented by people in IndyCar and other motorsports including those at the nearby Road America raceway. You can see a lot of pictures and information about racing history at the resort. The food is phenomenal. If you're a grilled cheese connoisseur, and who isn't, then you're going to love Siebkens - but honestly, everything hits. The cheese curds are classic Wisconsin, the baked brie is next-level, and the short rib ragu is the kind of dish you end up thinking about later. Siebkens has a formal dining restaurant in PAM's and a bar with food at the Stop-Inn. PAM's is perfect for a nice, long meal with great food and wine or cocktails. The staff is incredible and really makes it a nice experience. The Stop-Inn is a fantastic bar with darts, pool, and plenty of space to let loose. I've had many a good conversation at that bar. There's always live music on the patio outside the bar and people just having the best time. Bottom line, if your family wants to get away, go to Siebkens. You won't want to leave!

We had a room in the newer portion which we were selfishly happy about. It was super bizarre though, when we got to our room it had to have been like 85+ degrees. It was so hot that we had to keep the sliding door open for like an hour. Even the complimentary water bottles were too warm to consider drinking. Super weird but we were able to fix the issue. During our stay we were able to easily walk to the holiday market down the road. We were excited the resort offered complimentary breakfast, but it was very underwhelming. There was very little space and just yogurt and granola and not enough left for our group to all enjoy, and no staff that we could find to ask for more. All in all the place was clean and we got what we needed out of the stay!

Food didn't take too long to come out. The cocktails were fun and delicious with local flavors. As for food we loved the octopus and seafood pasta. We also got the broccolini and tortellini, both great but didn't stand out as much as the other two, but really not a bad bite. I would recommend if in the area the town is also cute but nothing really to go out of your way for. Price point was definitely a nicer meal but I enjoyed.

After sitting at the table it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to stop by and take drink orders, so we decided to just order our food as well. We split the mushroom risotto, calamari, brussels sprouts, gnocchi, and fries (much to our dismay they were out of the butternut squash pasta dish). Fresh bread was also served which we weren't expecting! Our first batch of food arrived quickly, before we even got our drinks (sodas even). We loved everything we got except the fries were cold and bland. Otherwise, every dish was above average! My personal favorites were the mushroom risotto and the gnocchi. The service was our only down side, we rarely saw our waitress, water was never topped off, and even the person who checked us in wasn't particularly friendly. It certainly wasn't terrible but would easily be a five star if the service had been better. Highly recommend for a great meal though!

We ordered the baked potato soup. It was different than any baked potato soup we've had before, but it was still very good, just way too salty. For the entree, we got the Chicken Alfredo and the Pasta Milano with chicken. They were both good, but like others have said, not worthy of the big price tag. The Chicken Alfredo noodles were over cooked so they were on the softer side (versus al dente) and it was lacking salt. The chicken on it also had plenty of seasoning (which I typically enjoy) but it was like a sweet Mediterranean type chicken, which felt like an odd pairing for the alfredo. The Pasta Milano was very good, and the sun dried tomatoes in there were delicious. The staff and ambience were great! Our host was super kind and respectful and offered us dessert since we were celebrating our anniversary. We went on a Saturday in April, so not peak season yet, which helped with the busyness and noise level. Overall, great experience but would not go again.

I tried the firecracker shrimp (amazing breading), the Italian meatballs (swimming in wonderfully tomatoey sauce), and another appetizer that I didn't catch the name of but I devoured anyway. Everything I ate was excellent. The appetizers were all nicely presented, too, so everything looked as delicious as it tasted. Dinner was lobster bisque with a puffed pastry on top (deliciously briny and comforting), a Caesar salad and Alaskan halibut. The fish was flaky and perfectly cooked -- it literally felt like it melted in my mouth. It was served in a tomato relish. The service here is top-notch! Water was refilled promptly, and the servers were very friendly. The dining room lighting is soft and mellow. My dinner experience was great, and I'd definitely visit Concourse again when I'm in the Elkhart Lake area.
