We recently had some visitors and we actually stayed there until 2:30 in the morning. Surprisingly we weren't the only ones there - as there are regulars who stay even later than us nightly. The seating is also open where you can have your own private bar tables/stools, and there is also a dining area - which never really gets filled. Now to the food. This is your typical Sheboygan and small town Wisconsin bar food. Offering a wide range of burgers, Hops Haven seems to be a place where you can grab a sandwich or burger to go along with the wide range of beer on tap and/or bottle. My latest trip to Hops Haven, we ordered cheese curds to share and I had their signature burger with bacon, cheese, and egg all between a Sheboygan Hard Roll bun. They also offer sweet potato fries, pub chips or fries to go along with the burger. Between the burger/fries and the chest curds, the meal was filling and enough to hold it down for the rest of the night to drink (for my colleagues at least).
