I ordered the chicken kabob plate, chickpea salad, and beef koobideh and I'm still dreaming about it. The joojeh kabob was the star: unbelievably tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. I honestly haven't had chicken that fresh and succulent in a long time. Every bite felt like comfort and celebration all at once. The chickpea salad was light, bright, and refreshing; a perfect complement to the grilled meats. And the beef koobideh? Perfectly spiced, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth good. My heart was so happy and my tummy so full -- exactly what you want from a great meal. Whether you're familiar with Persian cuisine or brand new to it, Sofreh is worth the visit. I also tried their kombucha which had a stronger aftertaste of beer than what I'm used to (probably wouldn't get again).
