I love this Pizza Plus the food is on point. I get everything well done and it's spectacular. Also I am a huge fan of good customer service and I get it here. I usually speak to a guy named Luis who's customer service is outstanding, I actually like calling and ordering here. Keep up the great work Pizza Plus you are rockin it. read more

It is so good I recommended the pepperoni pizza and the wing and fries the fries are to die for because it's so good

I went here for lunch around 1 o'clock to try out there All-You-Eat buffet and I was very disappointed. During a whole hour of waiting for fresh and different variety of pizzas to make there way out, all that made it out was cheese/ pepperoni and chicken wings. I hope the other locations are not as poor as this one. read more

$96.33 for a full box and a half box of wings and garlic fries. INSANE!! However, the wife loves the wings and sauce so once in a while no big deal. Once they show up "on time" both are cold and the fries are just regular fries not garlic. A call to the same semi rude lady on the phone and she says once the driver comes back we'll fix it. Within 20 minutes garlic fries "mashed potatoes" are delivered. 40 minutes later after baking they are fries but the garlic Parmesan has been baked off. So for $96.33 you get less than 40 wings and have to cook your own fries. Don't worry if you call they will tell you the wings are based on weight. Raleys, the most expensive store around will cost you $12 for wings will get you about 20. I have never written a bad review on anyone but this is twice. For $96.33 we could have a hell of a meal anywhere else. What a shame! We always try to support local. Never again. read more

This is my go to fave for pizza, wings and fries. Always friendly service, wait is about 20 minutes which is awesome when picking up if you don't call ahead and if you're a Vet be sure to get your %15 off. read more

I've always loves pizza plus but this location had amazing service, even later at night. The manager is super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! read more

To start the only good thing is the games, those rip you off too. When you order, you'll have to wait for a least 30 minuets while other people get served before you and they got here after you. The disrespect of that makes me sick to my stomach. When I got my food it wasn't the quality I was was looking for. The tv is spanish and the subtitles are in spanish so the english customers can't enjoy the tv while they wait. All in all, don't waste your life with this place and their uneven tiles. This should have a 0 star rating but I had to put one to write this. read more

Terrible service! We ordered a combo from here which included a pizza, chicken, and fries. We were told the order would be complete in 20 minutes. We ordered at 5:47 pm and arrived at the location approx. 20 minutes later. After paying for our order, we were told it would be an additional 8 minutes. We went outside for 5 minutes and went back in. The were told it would be an additional 8-10 minutes for our order. We requested a refund at that point. The guy issuing the refund then pointed to the receipt and said "we took your order at 6:00 pm and promised you it would be ready at 6:40 pm." Simply not true! We will NEVER visit this establishment again. Very unprofessional and rude. Why should I pay for that? If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. This is the 2nd time we've had issues with our order. NEVER again! read more

They can't handle the volume of sales they do. They need to open up another store. Delivery is almost always at least two hours which really compromises the quality. It's still great pizza and wings, but they need to recognize that it's time to expand. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. We ordered food for work here and told them w are in Stead and they verified that they delivered out here and then when their delivery driver got lost we all of a sudden received a phone call saying that they do not deliver out here. I called the manager and he was very rude to me along with no help at all. They told us we gave them the wrong address when we did not. They refused to deliver it and gave the worst customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend you do not order from this one but the one Oddie Blvd instead. read more

Awesome service. Friendly staff. Great pizza and steak fries!!! I enjoy the lunch buffet between 11am and 1:30pm.

We normally frequent pizza plus on Vista (close to home). Pizza plus is normally pretty good, tonight is an exception to that rule. We ordered a pizza, delivered (first time we ordered it delivered) took 2 hours for delivery and they delivered the wrong pizza (not happy after 2 hours). So after a phone call and 20-30 min later they delivered the correct order. So our order took 2-1/2 hours, we finally received the correct order. Not sure if I will ever order pizza from pizza plus delivered again!!! I know mistakes can be made, and they do, but after a 2 hour wait and the delivery guy can't find the right order is a little discouraging!!! read more

The pizza that I order was the hear pizza. The pizza is super think and there's no crust what so ever. For what we ordered paying $16 was not worth it what so ever. The salad bar was just filthy. read more

Good pizza,friendly delivery boy

So I do not appreciate this short haired girl eating celery out of my to go box. Also standing there I CAN SEE YOU. You tucked in your shirt ate some celery talked and took your sweet time all you had to do was walk my almost 100$ order from that shelf to counter. That was not that hard. Especially for this area there are other places that appreciate our business as our order is no less then 70$ every time. Please stop hiring these teenagers who have no customer service skills and only have socialization skills. read more

The pizza was great the wings were not the best but I give this place 4 stars because the staff was absolutely wonderful. Went in on a somewhat busy evening and all of them were in a great mood and very attentive. I went to the counter to ask the gal for a lighter (I came unprepared for a birthday lol). She went to the back and I kid you not EVERY employee that saw me asked if I had been helped and/or greeted me. Even someone who was on their break. The way the employees spoke to eachother and customers was very welcoming. It was awesome. Like I said, the food wasn't amazing but I would go back just because the service was that great. Thank you Pizza Plus for being so welcoming to my family! read more

We love the pizza and wings at pizza plus. We have been avid customers for a long time now and the quality of food is always great. However, this location has completely left us disappointed. We ordered pizza and wings for delivery and were told it would be about 45 minutes. We live about 6 minutes away from this location so we figured that would be ok. We literally waited 2 AND A HALF HOURS before we had to ask for a refund. We called at the 1 hour mark and were told they were on their way. Called at the 1.5 hour mark and they said they would be delivering in 20 minutes. We finally called after 2.5 hours and the cashier basically said the driver didn't get the right apartment number and drove back to the restaurant. They have our number, so why didn't they just call us to confirm? Or at least to tell us about the delays? We tried to be as understanding and as patient as possible but honestly it's so ridiculous and frustrating having to wait that long. read more

Ten years ago they were the best, now mediocre. They use to make and throw their own crust ,now manufactured crust. The pepperoni was the best, now it is so thin that a pepperoni pizza does not taste like pepperoni. It looks like pepperoni, but that is it. Somehow they are able to slice it so thin, like half the thickness of supermarket pepperoni. They even did away with veteran discounts. Just a greed pizza place in my opinion. Go somewhere else! read more

Should have gone to Blind Onion. Waited 2 hours for a pizza, paid cash and refused a refund after the first hour. What a unsatisfied experience. I will never go here again. read more

Pizza was good, but the garlic Parmesan chicken wings were dry and old. I feel like they were made yesterday and just reheated for us. This was the reason we went there, sad to say we won't be back. read more

I normally get their pizza to-go, but today my husband and daughter had their lunch buffet. Very disappointing. It was probably around their lunch rush I guess you can say since it was just after noon when we arrived, and there were maybe 4 couples/families in there including us. There were 2 pizzas out when we came in with just a few slices of each left. I grabbed some for myself and daughter and should've just grabbed my husbands because by the time he went to grab his it was gone. 3 times in the next 10 min he kept checking back and nothing still put out. When they finally put just one pizza out, it was gone in about a minute and he got one measly slice of pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. This was basically all they put out the next couple rounds, which sucked cause I couldn't give it to my 2 year old since the Jalapeno's were pretty strong. It was a very poorly put together buffet, next to the pizzas are several metal containers of the regular fries, garlic fries and then 3 different options of boneless wings that had more breading on it than chicken. A family of 5 came and sat in the booth next to ours at some point in between all this and got tired of waiting for the pizza and went and asked for their refund. The guy actually did it, but the customer was also complaining about the flies that were inside and the guys excuse was, well it's summer and we can't control the flies when we open and close the door. There is also another review on here about the restroom not having soap. I can say it was the same for this visit, only my daughter was able to basically get the last 2 drops out. I went and told someone but never saw if anyone went to replace it and didn't go back in to check. If you're looking to come here for their lunch buffet, I'd say it's really not worth it. Of course by the time we left at about 1, the place had just one other couple in it and they finally had 3 pizzas out so maybe just come around 1 if you do. I'll just be sticking to their to-go orders from now on. read more

After the fiasco at Pizza Factory, I was so ready for some good pizza, a nice buffet, and a happy grandson. We got this all at Pizza Plus. When a pizza got low, they quickly replaced it with fresh pizza, nice, tasty pizza, not like that dried out zombie pizza like P.F. I would have rather had regular bone in wings, but the boneless wings they served were fine. Salad bar was well stocked, and the toppings were plentiful. Be sure to ask for the 15% veterans discount. We'll be back read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This was second time trying Pizza plus out.. briefly.. as new Nevada resident I had ordered delivery about a month ago.. got quoted 45 mins for my delivery order and it arrived 2hours later and cold..I ended up making a frozen freezer pizza because kids were hungry and couldn't wait. When pizza arrived it was cold and crust was really toasty over cooked and pizza tasted dry. Chicken wings looked like chicken was a crack head.. skinny no meat on chicken wings not to mention they smelled like been sitting in freezer for a while. We ended up throwing it away and gave some to our dog.. and you know was bad when dog didn't want to eat it.. lol.. most recent experience.. after a 3hour drive from visiting family in California was craving pizza, so stopped by not remembering the name of pizza place who took 2hrs for delivery n not so good pizza n wings.. well was too late till I had ordered and realized where I was at.. anyways ordered a pizza, wings combo. Lady with green hair quoted me 20-25 mins.. well I waited 45 minutes and seeing other people being served before me who ordered after me made me wonder wtf happened to my pizza. I asked the employee with blonde hair and a tatto on her hand who was pretty rude.. when I asked where my pizza was and told her I been waiting 45 mins she just said.. I don't know I didn't make it.. wow wtf.. so she said ok.. let me get a manager.. i waited about 8 minutes before a manager came out and told me they didn't make my order... wow.. they were not even that busy and he mentioned the ticket didn't print out.. yet the girl with green hair.. ling ling was her name.. gave me receipt and i watched her take my ticket to prep area. So to say the ticket didn't print was baffling.. anyways the manager was nice enuff to refund me my order and asked if I wanted another Beer while I waited for them to make my order. I declined and said I just take food to go.. so I waited another 15-20 mins and I had to go up to counter to ask again where my pizza was.. they finally got it out.. and I was out of there.. overall manager customer service was great.. the blonde girl with tatto on her hand was probably on her period.. or she hates her job.. ling ling was more concerned with asking a customer where he got his shirt that read " inhale the good shit.. exhale the bullshit".. like really.. instead of checking on my pizza ur more worried about a toker weed smoker shirt.. maybe she was high and that why she quoted me 20-25 mins on my pizza but it wasn't even made.. idk.. she can't tell time.. service I give them a 2 of 5 stars.. Food: maybe 1-2 stars.. toasty dry pizza and old chicken wings drenched in sauce to mask the smell or old taste.. nah bruh I'm good.. never again.. I should have went for tacos or papa Murphy's.. or some other pizza joint.. well enjoy if you must.. read more

I'm sorry to say, but your service is extremely poor. Your servers always tend give an attitude to their customers. They seem to have an irritated tone in their voice that it seems like they do not enjoy their jobs. If they're not enthusiastic about it, please don't hire them. Pizza Plus is supposed to bring a familial atmosphere, however your employees prevent that from happening. read more

I don't understand why everybody in this town loves this pizza, it's terrible. After going to Chicago, Italy, and New York this pizza tastes like American fast food. It's perfect to feed to the kids and cheap but that's about it!! read more

Meh, pizza crust was blah and not crisp at all for being a thin crust. Wings were pitifully small and the sauce was weak. Ranch was great though and the steak fries were good but you can't really call fries & ranch a meal, so... 3 stars. read more

Horrible service. The staff is socializing most of the time. They come up to us 30 min after I placed my order to "confirm it". They come up to tell me it may be another 10 minutes. Came here for lunch buffet and was really disappointed. Pizza was okay the dough was in my opinion flat and no crunch at all. The " heat lamp table" where the "wings" and pizza are were not warm. The wings are in fact chicken nuggets. I'm okay with that since the lunch was only 8 bucks but what really killed it for me was I was constantly defending my food and face from flies landing on me. I looked around after seeing 3 flies around me and I counted at least 20 in the dinning room.. the guy sitting in the other booth had a napkin over his drink to keep the flies out.... gross read more

This is a horrible example of a pizza joint. When you arrive and the front counter employee is cursing and is so unprofessional that it is a deterrence form ordering in the future that is a problem. The delivery guy is talking about how he was kicking people's mother f ing asses. C'mon, there are kids in the restaurant. The food is good but only when it's done correctly. Several times we've had deliveries that were super wrong or chicken fingers that were old or with NO SAUCE! Get some better employees and step up your game! read more

I am a pizza connoisseur. I have my own signature sauce and cheese combination as well as dough recipe that I enjoy making for my family. When we want good pizza for a party or just don't want to make dinner, this is the pace I choose. When I lived in California, the only other pizza place I enjoyed was Rusty's Pizza Parlor. I must say that their sauce recipe is excellent and I will love making memories with my family while enjoying their pizza. Bravo Pizza Plus. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Waited 2 hours for pizza. Tried to get a refund and I was refused. I would never bother going here again. What a joke. Been eating at this pizza place since I was in high school in the 80's, I order giant party platters for my work on a regular basis. The service here is trash, I was left on hold for 15 min and then when they finally answered the phone they hung up.

I usually like to keep my reviews positive, but they are ridiculous! I had been ordering pizza from the Vista location the past SEVERAL times, and suddenly they told me no. They said I wasn't in their delivery zone. The reason I ordered from them in the first place, or even knew that location was there, was because I was told a while ago by the prater location that I wasn't in their delivery zone! Get your communication skills in order people! read more

Really great pizza. Like, my family's favorite pizza in the area. But every time we go in there we have to fight with a bunch of flies, and if we have to fight them in the dining area, I can't image how bad it is in the kitchen. Probably won't eat there again. read more

Once I FINALLY figured out you can't get to the business on Vista Blvd via Vista Blvd I was glad I found them via Los Altos. I had decided to use one of the 'coupons' I had purchased from a Boy Scout (who was with his father) in my neighborhood. I had already considered trying Pizza Plus and when the Boy Scout came to my door I knew it was a good plan. I went. I wasn't expecting much but when we (me and my grandson) tasted that Hawaiian pizza for the first time we were IMPRESSED. Natalie R. helped me with the order and I was grateful for her. Not only did she help me with the order but she sided with me on the fact the GPS systems could be better. She was delighted and surprised when I called her later to say THANK YOU! She, and the other man who was there, made my day. Also, next time I will tell the chefs - GOOD JOB! OH, and as far as the GPS system goes - Elon Musk, please come back from outer space and work on it. Thank you. read more

Seriously what a total joke this place is. Have tried to order for delivery numerous times previously and was tossed from one location to another and finally after a few tries got a few perfect deliveries from according to "their map" the correct location I need to order from. I say "you have delivered here numerous time", she says "hold on", comes back "manager says we don't deliver their". Wow a business that does not want business. read more

I ordered a pizza on a Sunday evening in mid February never expecting to have to wait 2 HOURS for delivery! When I called after an hour and a half to see why it had yet to be delivered, I was informed that it would still be 20 minutes. I politely asked for a discount and was told that I could get a $15 discount on my next order. I rarely order pizza for delivery and therefore requested a discount to be applied to the current order. I was then informed that I would only be given a 15% discount which brought my order down less than $2. Very unhappy with the service until the driver showed up and only charged $15 and refused a tip. Thank you to the driver who probably makes way less than the manager who was troubled by my request for the discount.. read more
