Decent pizza. Wasn't my favorite I've had. Was told it would be about 40 mins. Was closer to an hour. Pizza was not super warm when it arrived. We ordered the pesto pizza and some cheesy bread. read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this location but we drove 15 miles to get to this one. But it's not consistent. Got here at 12;40. 1/2 a cheese pizza and 4 slices of pepperoni olive. I asked for a pepperoni. Absolutely we can make one. No pizzas came out until 1pm. Only the pepperoni. 12 people here and one pizza with 8 slices. After pepperoni was gone it took another 5 minutes to bring next one out. One pizza for 12 people every 15 minutes. And if no one likes that pizza too bad no other ones coming out until that one is gone. What?? Joe is that a buffet? Salad bar is great but they had no plates. How do you run out of plastic plates? Are they just not wanting to do dishes? This is not a buffet this is 12 people sharing one 8 slice pizza. They also have this big rig trailer parked in front off the store so it looks like they are closed. One super thin paper plate for salad and pizza fries and chicken. The girl was getting irritated every time I was requesting things like ranch for the salad bar that was completely out or pepperoni pineapple pizza, yes it was close to 1:30 but they needed to be putting pizza out more often. she's was making pizza boxes instead of making sure the buffet was full. She has her AirPod in listening to her music which makes us have to repeat ourselves I paid over $40 for this buffet the best part, besides the taste of the food when it came out, was the cheese pizza was just enough for my kids to start eating right away this is not the typical service we are used to here. I hope it's not the norm. I just saw I reviewed this place before and it was the same issues. I guess that's going to be the norm here. Sad because the food is sooo good. I guess I'll go to the other location for buffets. But this location used to be amazing. read more

Stay clear of this place. Completely messed up my order. Refunded my order, but recharged me later on. They wrote a note on my account after I got at it with the manager because she did not want to refund me now I can't place any phone orders to any pizza plus locations. read more

I love there deals with pizza, wings, and fries. Great for parties to have a bit of variety to feed many. I ordered at 10:30 am and prepaid for a pick up at 5:45 pm on Halloween night. I got there at 5:30 pm and waited in line for just over an hour. They need to have a better system for this busy night of the year. When I finally got up to the counter my pizzas was done and had been done since I got in line. The pizzas were cold. The wings and fries were not, as I had to wait for them once I told her my name, but the pizzas she grabbed off the shelf. They were boxes I saw them continually checking when they were looking for orders. They weren't calling out names for people's orders that were done, someone came through the line took our names, but of the many in line only called out two. Like I said in the beginning they need to figure out a better system for these busy nights. They should have been calling out names of all the people's who's orders were done and sitting on the shelf. Or send text once order was done. Instead of just going through the line they were waiting for each person at the counters order to be finished. There were a lot of people in line and most there orders were already done. They could have reduced the line drastically and freed up the shelves quicker. read more

MOLD IN THE ICE DISPENSER. If you're going to come here, do not get your ice in your drink. I love this place for their food, but there's something really unsettling about how they don't care about how the ice dispenser is DISGUSTING. It grosses and raises my concerns about everyone simply getting ice, even the workers seem to be oblivious to it. This is the second time i've come here; and which a year ago there was also a mold buildup in the ice and drink dispensers. Someone pointed it out and it got cleaned up after multiple complaints but here we are again to see it full of disgusting MOLD. Shame on Pizza Plus, this place worsens in service, and cleanliness every year. I can only imagine the cleanliness of the BACK where they COOK the food. Also, not to mention it takes about 12 minutes to be tended to, EVEN WHILE first in line, and there is a worker standing there just looking into space, or the screen. I understand being busy... -- but flat out ignoring customers is just lack of service and basic skills you need to have to work in a job where you tend to people. read more

Hairs sauced right into your chicken wings is probably the quickest way to ensure I'll never return. Pizza is mediocre

Unfortunately, pizzas are not like it used to be to be. The crust were similar to cardboard, texture were all wrong. Toppings (pepperoni, sausage, chicken) were fine but if the crust is wrong the pie itself is wrong. We ordered wings (buffalo medium and mango habanero) and they were dinner's saving grace, thankfully. read more

I have not ordered from this store in 5 or more years due to the terrible customer service we received several years ago. We decided to give it a go because we were craving great fries and wings, and we remember the food being good. As I was placing the order, it stated the food would be delivered around 545 and when I hit order, it said the order would be delayed and would be delivered around 6:15. Our food was not delivered until 6:35 PM and we received no email, text, or phone notification about our order being delayed. Continue to be disappointed and will not order from pizza plus again read more

We have ordered from pizza plus for years. We moved and were pleasantly surprised we were able to get delivery at our new house. In this order our dry chicken fingers with fries were so heavily salted they couldn't be eaten. It seemed as if either multiple people salted the same item or the lid came off the salt container. Other than that they looked beautifully cooked. Hopefully, we don't have a repeat of this the next time we order. read more

I dined in for their lunch buffet today with a friend. Hours are 11 am - 1:30 pm Wednesday through Friday only. I'm glad they brought this back after covid. They offered a variety of fresh pizzas, boneless wings, steak fries, and their salad bar and a drink. You can't beat this deal. The young man working at the counter was very friendly and helpful. There was only one other patron at the time. Big tables/booths are great for entertaining or watching a game. I am unsure of the visits we have had here after sports seasons ended with the kids. I'm sorry, coach, if you're reading this, but Pizza Plus is a guilty pleasure of mine. I've always had great service here over the years. My kids' birthday parties, family parties, baby showers, and of course, our Super Bowl parties, you name it; we've catered their Extreme party packs in addition to whatever else we were serving. Who doesn't love Pizza Plus?! I'm a customer for life. Sign up for their VIP club; they offer additional discounts. read more

Every single time I go to this location, my order is incorrect. I have complained numerous times and this point its not even worth ordering from here anymore, or any other pizza place locations (because they all seem to have the same issue). The food is way overpriced. My wings and pizza never come out at the same time, so one is always colder than the other. And when Im standing in line or in the lobby, I always see the employees standing in the back messing around. The bathrooms are always filthy. P.S I know someone that worked here, and she said they had a mice problem. They have traps literally everywhere inside. read more

Stick with the pizza! Pizza and French fries are good. I don't care for the wings because they taste like BBQ sauce. They have a lunch buffet during the week for $8. Okay, I just have to write this down somewhere. I honestly don't know what sort of mind bending pharmaceuticals people must be on to not see this place for what it is, the greatest pizza/wing place that has ever existed. I have had their delivery driver who I think is named Jonathon, deliver to me like probably 20 times. He is always the most amazing person to deal with. Super friendly, never makes mistakes at all which I would understand if he did but he doesn't. But tonight was a whole other thing. Tonight this man waited while it is like 10 degrees outside for me to get home rather than leave my dinner on the porch like I had put on the online order was fine to do. I honestly wouldnt have been mad if he just put it down and bounced but he didn't, he actually called and waited for me to get home. NO ONE does this kind of thing anymore. I can't put into words how nice it is to see people who actually give a $**t. Just a truly good person as is literally everyone I have ever dealt with at this place and I have been eating here and their other locations for my entire life basically. If you are going someplace else, you are f***ing up. Just go here and get the best food of your life and thank me later. read more

Consistently good food and service. This is probably my favorite location of them all.

What was once our go to pizza joint, they have slipped greatly. We've been ordering from this location since 2005. It seems like we're being taken for granted. Their times they quote for pick up are off - sometimes having to wait up to 20-30 minutes longer than told - which has resulted in poor quality pizzas, wings, etc. What is very frustrating though is the delivery times quoted. It must be written on the phone "it's going to be an hour & 20 minutes" - middle of the day - hour & 20 min... late evening, same thing... Sunday, Saturday, Tuesday, Friday - you got it "hour & 20 minutes"... any time of day or night, any day - "hour & 20 minutes. On top of that, the quality has dropped - last pizza order was simple - large, thin crust, sausage, pepperoni, black olives - there was no red sauce on the pizza, and portions of the crust were burnt. Thankfully, Sparks is getting more and more pizza parlors, so we'll be trying those out instead. Hopefully they can improve. read more

Ordered a pizza online on 9/3/25 for pickup at 4:45. Arrived at said time, asked to pick up the pizza and they hadn't even started to make the pizza. Pizza came out at 5:11. My husband and I love inexpensive pizza. Little Caesars, Papa John's, Dominos, Pizza Guys: we're here for them all. This Friday, we tried Pizza Plus for the first time together, and it was quickly made and super tasty. What distinguishes this chain is that you can get pizza... plus... a whole bunch of other things, like wings, chicken strips, and steak fries. For $36 (including sales tax), we ordered "Web Coupon #2", which consisted of a large pizza with two toppings, 25 wings, 8 thick chicken strips, a pizza box full of steak fries, and a contained with carrots and celery and bowls of ranch dressing. It was a feast, and everything was delicious. Only being two people, we made just a small dent in the food for dinner. The chicken and fries were delicious as Saturday and Sunday lunches after we reheated them in the toaster oven. Pizza Plus is doing a great job with safety measures in response to the pandemic, including revamping their website artwork to put a mask on their pizza mascot. Picking up the pizza in store was quick and easy. We will surely be back next time we want to eat pizza plus a whole bunch of other snacky, fried foods. My only note of caution: my black-olive-loving husband found the black olives on the pizza to be a bit overwhelming. Next time I call it in, I'll say easy on the olives. read more

We got there a few minutes after our order was supposed to be ready, unfortunately our pizzas were ready but the wings were delayed to 45 minutes. So sad tonight. I don't know what happened but our favorite steak fries had weird indentations in them. The mild sauce for our chicken strips was so sweet. Pizza plus for football game this past Friday! We ordered ahead in case they were going to be busy since it was Friday. We called at 11a for a 630p pick up. I love Pizza Plus. We usually don't eat at this location but my wife's softball team is having an end of season get together over here. The food is fantastic as always. We ordered combo #2 which includes a large 2-topping pizza, half bucket of garlic Parmesan wings with the traditional carrots, celery, and steak fries. We also ordered a small gourmet veggie pizza. I could have finished all of the food if I didn't have to keep telling myself not to become a glutton! So even after all of the good food, why a 1 star rating, you ask? Originally I wasn't going to include this in the review, but it happened twice on the same visit. I needed to use the restroom but somebody was in it, so I waited. An employee came out and went back to the kitchen. I did my thing and started washing my hands. As soon as I went to get soap, the dispenser was empty. It was so empty that not even a drop came out. I thought to myself "Hmmmm, that's kinda gross" and wanted to tell a person in charge. I wasn't able to talk to somebody without having to cause a scene, so I mistakenly brush it off. It's been over an hour now and I wanted to wash my chicken wing sauce fingers off, but again, the restroom was occupied. I waited almost 7 minutes until they finally came out, so I know they did their doodie, I mean duty. Again, it ended up being an employee. I went in as fast as I could to see if anybody even refilled the soap dispenser but it was still empty. I did a quick rinse and went out immediately to see if that employee went to the sink that they had in the back, but he never went. When I went to get a to-go box, I mentioned that there was no soap in the mens room....... It's been 20 minutes since I've told the employee that there was no room and guess what???? Still no soap!!!! I don't know, maybe that's why the food tastes so good??? Beats me. read more

The world is crazy right now and it's easy to get frustrated at the people who have zero control over the circumstances. Tonight we went to Pizza Plus as a family. It was frustrating to not be able to have a draught beer, no water with ice, only bottled and canned drinks. Our food came out promptly in timing that was less than anticipated.
