Today was definitely a cheat day! Everything I ordered was hot, flavorful and delicious! The service was mediocre, I got specials and picked up and wasn't aware I had to get the sodas myself before leaving. It would have been nice to be told by the female cashier or even given me a bag to put the sodas in so I would know. It was clean inside and outside of the establishment. The parking was kind of tight in the parking lot, but my food was ready when they said it would be so I was in and out fast. read more

I ordered directly from the restaurant using their website. Even though I haven't ordered from them in years, I remember loving their food and recommended them to others. I was a bit surprised and disappointed with today's order overall. I ordered the 8 inch sub, fries and can soda deal and a slice of plain cheesecake. The soda was nice and cold and the fries were hot! Starting off with a good meal. The problem was the sub; it was nothing like I've ever had before at any other carry out/delivery because instead of two pieces of breaded fish (squares), they cut a single piece diagonally and added the requisite toppings. Given what the menu price is for the sub individually or the cost of the combo, they should include a disclaimer or full description of the menu item or something. A $10 sub on its own should not be so meager! The cheesecake was frozen. read more

Called back again and explained to her again that i got someone else's order and that i didn't get mine. She told the me driver will Bring mine then hung up on me no sorry nothing. I love the pizza here but the customer service of the lady that works at the counter sucks. She's must don't write the orders down when you call because on several occasions, I called my order in and when I get there, she doesn't have it and have no record of me calling. Then they try to male you think maybe you ordered from the wrong pizza man but the same number that I placed my order with is the same number on your stores flyer. For the last time , I called and inquired about a thin crust pizza , told them what I wanted on it and everything as then I ordered a regular crust pizza too. The guy even repeated my order back to me. Why when I pick up my pizzas , they are both regular crust. When I called back, that same lady that forgets orders said that I never ordered a thin crust, I only asked about a thin crust. Mame! You weren't even the one taking my order! Oh my goodness grace.... I've personally delt with this particular sud shop for a little more than eight years. The food was fantastic the people were out of this world with their customer service. Jut a very good place to eat. Well, I hate to burst everybodies bubble, but they've hit the rock bottom my friends... I've ordered my favorite chicken wings three times in the last three months and I'm here to say the quality has hit rock bottom... Each time I received my wings they were over cooked and dried out. It seems like the wings were cooked without the use of flower and or seasoning. A nightmare... When placing my order over the phone, the guy on the other end has a manner of which seems like I'm an inconvenience to him. I went in there one day last week and ordered a Crab Cake platter, Chicken Platter and a Hot Roast Beef platter. (Not all for me.) The girl behind the counter didn't seem like she understood English. Ok. Fine. Not everyone uses English as their first language. But, given she is working in a mostly English speaking area, she needs to understand it and communicate with it better. I sat down to wait after being told that it would be 15 - 20 minutes. There were french fries on the floor and the floor was dingy looking - like it hasn't been swept or mopped in a long time. 30 minutes went by and I went to check on the order. I was told, "It's getting ready now. He will bring it out to you." (The girl who took the order told me that, I had no idea who "he" was.) I sat back down and about 5 minutes later, the guy she was referring to came out and handed me a bag with my order. I went home, unpacked and opened everything. My Crab Cake platter was not that good. Each cake was almost burnt and each of them had too much Old Bay Seasoning (or whatever seasoning they used.) The fries were ok. The person who had the Chicken platter couldn't even eat the chicken because it was deep fried too much. The four pieces of chicken were so hard that she took one and banged it against the edge of the table and the chicken did not fall a part. It sounded like a wooden board hitting the table. Her fries were ok. The person who had the Hot Beef Platter had to literally use a spoon to eat the food - after dipping out a lot of gravy. Once he got a past all that, the roast beef was tough. He couldn't finish it. I paid $31 and some change for that food. A HUGE WASTE of money. I won't be going back there ever again. read more

It's okay pizza. It's a small chain, so their recipes and ingredients are standardized (to me tastes like Dominos' pizza, except it's a little more expensive). This location though really needs to clean its sit-down area. It's completely run down, wood cracked and decaying, paint chipped, and some areas have brown stuff (dried sauce?) smeared over the walls. Why don't they clean it? Hands down, best pizza in Baltimore. Go for a thin crust vegetarian, a regular pepperoni, or a white cheese with spinach. Carry put is WAY cheap on Pizzas. So good - do it! Their hand-tossed crust is amazing. Sauce is OK, but overall just a wonderful pizza and really fast ordering and service. I have a co-worker who goes to this place almost daily, so I finally decided to give it a try. The pizza is good, especially if you consider the carry out special for price. I like to get the Spinach Pie Dinner, which is like oversized Spanikopita without all the butter between the layers of Phyllo dough. It's nice & crispy without being greasy. It comes with knife & fork, but you can actually pick it up and eat it by hand if you choose. Just don't burn your mouth! (I've done it.) It comes with their version of Greek salad...The iceberg lettuce & feta cheese could use some extra cutting to make it more along the lines of "bite size," but I'm pretty sure the feta comes in already cubed & just sitting in a brine. It is pretty salty, so it needs to be tempered with a good bit of lettuce to balance that out. I usually end up crumbling the feta up so that it's easier to eat. There are a few other toppings on the salad to call it "Greek." I'd say this is good for about a meal and a half, or two small meals depending on the mood. I haven't had a lot of their menu items, but I will say that they must not realize the difference between a calzone & a stromboli, because if you order the former, you receive the latter. Their menu has a calzone & stromboli section, so you would guess it's one or the other, not all the same. One thing to note is that the pricing is not consistent between the online menu, their pamphlet menu, and the menu board when you walk in. When you look at your receipt, you notice that some things are more or less than what you expected to pay -- it just depends on what you're getting. read more
