Returned the pizza and lied about me not being at the location when in fact the door dash driver couldn't get to the right address because according to him the DoorDash app wasn't working and he only gets paid $3 to deliver and he would need to get paid additionally to deliver to the right location. honestly, i had low expectations due to the scathing reviews. i was really craving a pizza hut pizza and my mon wanted stuffed crust. i ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni and mushrooms. we got there a little after our pickup time. we opted for curbside and when we arrived tapped the "i'm here" button, which turned into a "call the store" button after i clicked it. i waited a minute or so then i started to call the store, it rung until an auto dialer put me on hold, then suddenly someone comes out with the pizza. i'm not sure if the app had told them or my phone call but they came out quick. maskless team member set it in the backseat and wished us a great night. i felt the box and it was hot! when we got home ten minutes later it was still hot, and the pizza was beautiful. it wasn't cut the best and the crust looked a little under so i microwaved my slices as an extra precaution. otherwise, the pizza was so yummy, the ingredients were fresh, the cheesy crust was so fun, and overall i'm happy. pickup was quick and effortless, and the food was desirable looking and tasting. i'll be back here since i don't like dominos!! read more

So I was desperate and in a pinch tonight. The wife was gone for her females only Xmas party, nothing to really cook in the house, and the best pizza place in town (Danny's) has been sold by owner - good Ol' Uncle Howie! So I ordered from Pizza Hut online. Nothing crazy, just one large pizza with three toppings. It was advertised online for $9.99 delivered. Not bad I thought...for pigeon food. Well when it came time to check out, the total was now $19. and change. $24 after the tip...not the drivers fault he/she works for such a deceiving, false advertising company. I do wonder how much of that almost $5 delivery fee the driver actually gets? I asked for pizza to be extra well done. I hate raw dough pan crust. It showed up completely under cooked the inner 2/3rds of crust and oily. Outer edge was barely crisp/browned. My pizza looked as if they had been using it as a hockey puck or playing catch with it. I didn't notice until driver had left. My best guess is that driver had it sliding around car or carried it vertically under their arm. See attached photo I took of it. It's #19 from the left in photo section. I had to heat up oven, cook it more, ate a couple pieces, and tossed the rest. Now I just want to crawl in a dark hole and either poop or die!
