Pizza is gross. Any other pizza place would be better. Frozen pizza would have been better. we got two large pizzas one with sausage the other with pineapple. Both pizzas, the crust/dough is barely cooked and just taste like you're eating undercooked dough. Covered with minimal sauce, minimal topping, minimal cheese. Pizza is super dry. Can't believe this place is still in business. From the looks of all the negative comments I don't think the people running this place even care. $37 for pizza that is trash read more

They use door dash and couldn't deliver to the address. Returned the pizza and lied about me not being at the location when in fact the door dash driver couldn't get to the right address because according to him the DoorDash app wasn't working and he only gets paid $3 to deliver and he would need to get paid additionally to deliver to the right location. Pizza Hut employee was rude and refused to correct the service . read more

Unfortunately the food has gone extremely down hill. The pizza tasted worse than a frozen pizza, the crust was hard and the bread sticks were mid. The worker was nice but we asked him to do the garlic parm seasoning on the crust and he didn't. read more

honestly, i had low expectations due to the scathing reviews. i was really craving a pizza hut pizza and my mon wanted stuffed crust. i ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni and mushrooms. we got there a little after our pickup time. we opted for curbside and when we arrived tapped the "i'm here" button, which turned into a "call the store" button after i clicked it. i waited a minute or so then i started to call the store, it rung until an auto dialer put me on hold, then suddenly someone comes out with the pizza. i'm not sure if the app had told them or my phone call but they came out quick. maskless team member set it in the backseat and wished us a great night. i felt the box and it was hot! when we got home ten minutes later it was still hot, and the pizza was beautiful. it wasn't cut the best and the crust looked a little under so i microwaved my slices as an extra precaution. otherwise, the pizza was so yummy, the ingredients were fresh, the cheesy crust was so fun, and overall i'm happy. pickup was quick and effortless, and the food was desirable looking and tasting. i'll be back here since i don't like dominos!! read more

I spent about $20 for thin crust pizza and it was awful. They also slap you with an extra service fee at the end of checkout to "compete with cost of California" instead of having their prices reflect it up front. Overall, the discrepancy between the price and quality was egregious. If you're looking for cheap pizza I would suggest little Caesar's for the lower price and almost better quality. read more

So I was desperate and in a pinch tonight. The wife was gone for her females only Xmas party, nothing to really cook in the house, and the best pizza place in town (Danny's) has been sold by owner - good Ol' Uncle Howie! So I ordered from Pizza Hut online. Nothing crazy, just one large pizza with three toppings. It was advertised online for $9.99 delivered. Not bad I thought...for pigeon food. Well when it came time to check out, the total was now $19. and change. $24 after the tip...not the drivers fault he/she works for such a deceiving, false advertising company. I do wonder how much of that almost $5 delivery fee the driver actually gets? I asked for pizza to be extra well done. I hate raw dough pan crust. It showed up completely under cooked the inner 2/3rds of crust and oily. Outer edge was barely crisp/browned. My pizza looked as if they had been using it as a hockey puck or playing catch with it. I didn't notice until driver had left. My best guess is that driver had it sliding around car or carried it vertically under their arm. See attached photo I took of it. It's #19 from the left in photo section. I had to heat up oven, cook it more, ate a couple pieces, and tossed the rest. Now I just want to crawl in a dark hole and either poop or die! No one to blame but myself. I knew better. So 1 star is fitting in my opinion. Take note of my experience and inspect your order thoroughly before you pay for it! read more

Delicious pizza hut pizza, just like I remember from the old days. The new manager, Mariah, is awesome. I accidentally ordered hand tossed instead of pan and she graciously remade it right away despite ME placing the wrong order. I also appreciate that they actually read my special preferences and accommodate them (cook pizza well done). Clean restaurant with positive environment. Definitely recommend this location. read more

‼‼TO EVERYONE WHO READS THIS ‼‼ there is a reason why this location has bad reviews . The manager here is .... how can I say this nicely... HES NOT VERY BRIGHT ... he's very rude condescending and arrogant apparently he is not happy with how the Pizza Hut corp. is treating him . It SHOWS! His attitude was the attitude of someone who is unhappy and miserable. seriously ! this place needs to go out of business . My pizza is always cold or they forget something or my pizza comes messed up . And don't even try and complain to the manager because YOU WILL be disappointed!!!! Try Danny's pizza. DANNYS PIZZA IS AWESOME!!! Also there's lucians pizza , little cesars, papa johns & dominos . THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION ARE HORRIBLE . Ur making pizza ? It's that complicated for you guys ?? seeing how the manager acts I don't expect anything better from those who were employed by him . read more

Forget looking at their 80 something pictures of pizza and desserts and so forth that they've posted! Look at the way my pizza was delivered tonight! Looks like it was dropped several times! Teaches us a lesson to look at the pizza before we give a five dollar tip for one large pepperoni pizza. What a disaster! At 9:40 PM we were offered by them to make another one and have it delivered. My husband had just got home from work and wanted to have pizza and go to bed. Who has time to wait for another pizza! They said we would have to return the pizza untouched and an eaten at 9:40 PM at night! Right, like I'm going to drive down there and show them a pizza! Whatever! Never again! read more

This Pizza Hut is a solid 3.5. The pizza is super chewy like gum, barley ever sauce and so much cheese all there's to taste is saltiness. This was the case 3 times in a row. First, the delivery fee and the new "service charge" are ridiculous. Paying $7 or $8 in "fees", plus tip, is too much. Second, our order took over an hour to be delivered, and it arrived 29 minutes after I received the "order is out for delivery" message. Not surprisingly, the pasta and breadsticks were completely cold. The pizza had a barely detectable warmth to it, but was way too cold. I paid almost $50 for a pizza and pasta (crazy expensive), and then everything was cold. read more

This is Directed at the Yucaipa Location - there is obviously NO SUPERVISION, EXTREAMLY POOR TRAINING and a WE DON'T CARE MENTALITY HERE. Very Awful Management. the person taking a phone order for delivery knew nothing about the Menu, or the Items, Had to ask me to hold so NO LESS than 5 Times to ask the other employees for an answer to a question or how to Input the order. Then someone else gets on the phone and says "ohh, she never answers the phone so she don't know anything" . . . I ask : "is that okay?" He says : "I Don't know" . . . FUCKING MORON'S WORK THERE! All they care about is the Money for the order. Where is a MANAGER ON DUTY WATCHING THE OPERATION? - This is my Final Order at this Location. Warning : Don't Order from here. Very Frustrating Situation. - I like Pizza Hut. BUT NOT FROM THESE DUMB ASSES! read more

Due to COVID-19 we decided to try Pizza Hut Yucaipa. We order the Big Pizza Dipper not knowing it was a bread stick with pepperoni. We actually saw it on TV and thought we'd give it a shot. Once it arrived and realizing it was just bread and pepperoni, we thought we'd call the pizza hut location to ask about it. When we called the gentleman that answered was EXTREMELY rude telling my fiance he didnt have time for him and literally hung up the phone or put him on hold until we hung up; we're actually unsure. When we called back they ignored our calls and refused to pick up. This will be thee LAST time I order pizza hut! These minimum wage workers request $15 an hour, however, have zero customer service adequate and professionalism. I will NEVER order from pizza hut again! read more

Today I ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas and they were not tasty at all. I paid $60 bucks for the 2 large, a 2 liter Pepsi, and some ranch. Pizza was on time and the delivery guy was great. It was just the food that I was not satisfied with. The pizza was not cooked all the way. I called their location to let them know and the young man who answered was rude and when I asked to speak to the manager he told me the manager was busy. I've bought from this place before and never had a problem but today it just was not the same. I will not be ordering from them again. read more

I can see why this PH has bad reviews! Went there tonight wearing a suit and tie to get a pizza. The kid working the counter said he couldn't make the order unless I gave him a phone number. I told him I wasn't going to give him my number. He said he'd have to speak with his manager. She told him I couldn't get a pizza unless I gave him a number. Mind you, I was going to pay cash and wait for it. So I left and went to Ceasers and got the same pizza for half the price. I will never go back to PH again. read more

What's with the 82 cents "service fee" ? Just more profit I guess. They say to let them know when you get there for curbside delivery. But they tell you in an email they send AFTER you've left the house. So after a half hour I call so they can bring out my now cold pizza. And wander around the parking lot calling my name. Why did I need to tell you what kind of a car I'm in if you're not going to check the info before you bring it out? To many other great pizza places in Yucaipa to order from this mess again. read more

This location is consistent in one area. They always screw up something!!!!! You ask to speak to a manager then you get an email from them saying that they will call you and they never do. Getting a good pizza from them is very rare. Best thing they got going for them is their Hershey's brownies and they overcooked them all the time. Save your money or just go to Domino's. read more

Thai place is a joke I order online and when it was ready my wife went to go get it she comes back to tell me they didn't have change and it's 7:00 pm and they expect us to go out of our way to get change so I went back in to speak to the manager and she try to tell me that my wife canceled the order n that I had to re order it when I clearly seen them move the pizzas to the back and my wife never cancel the order there just lazy people who don't know how to do business so I had to go to dominos because my kids expected pizza... this is Unacceptable!!! This place is the best . The staff is amazing . And the pizza is great ! If for some reason it's wrong (which is rare ) they make it right !

They couldn't get my order right. Still ordered from them 2more times and every single time they don't deliver what you order. The first time tho, they forgot to actually write down the order and after an hour passed the girl tried acting like the system went down. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. PAPA JOHNS! Or literally drive out of Yucaipa to go to another Pizza Hut. I love Pizza Hut but this location is shit! Not helpful, no customer service, attitude, will never get an order correct! Manager will give you a credit for your next purchase and tell no one so then you look like a liar and have to explain the whole fucking situation and when they deliver they will not deliver your whole order. ALWAYS FORGETTING SOMETHING! This was about 3 mo ago and I still will never order Pizza Hut Ever again read more
