I eat here all the time and they have never messed up my order. Things are a little more expensive than they used to be, but the food comes out really fast and always tastes great. Portions are not giant, but that probably protects my health in the long run anyways. I don't have any complaints about this location. Ordering from the app has made everything really easy and smooth for me if I am in a hurry. Overall, I really enjoy this place and the service I receive. 2 thumbs up. read more

Came here about 2 months ago and haven't been able to get this out of my head it was absolutely disgusting, while paying for my food through the drive through I saw some old Hispanic employee (woman) maybe around 55-60 kissing what it looked like to be a young boy maybe early 20's in the kitchen. I'm giving a five star review to Taco Bell. I don't know why, but that seems funny. But this Taco Bell specifically is a very good one. The crew is always friendly, my order is always correct, and the wait time is for the most part is really good. The food is Taco Bell...so you get what you expect, but it's always a good temp. I know it's strange but of any restaurant I know, Taco Bell has the best Diet Pepsi. It's never flat. And that's a difficult thing to find. The line is always long here, most of the time they are pretty quick which I appreciate but today I ordered a chicken quesorito (which was $7, ridiculous in my opinion) I expected the burrito to be decent size at that price but after eating it there was maybe 5 pieces of chicken in the first few bites, after that it was all cheese sour cream and rice, no chicken. The drive-thru line was 10 cars deep, so I went inside to order. They were very under staffed and apologized. It was fine with me because I could tell he's was moving as quickly as he could. This place does the BARE MINIMUM a Taco Bell can do. I've been here 3 times the past 2 weeks and it seems each time the employee handling the drive through is rude, impatient, and dismissive. The first time I thought maybe the guy is just having a bad day, but 3 times in a row? It's 9:00pm on a Friday, I get it, but that's not something a customer should have to be considerate of to order food. Rude! There is one particular older lady working the drive thru who has taken a coupon from me, wrote "VOID" on it and gave it back to me telling me it was fake. My parents bought a coupon book from a fund raiser in North Carolina and maybe the coupon wasn't for this location but it wasn't fake and she shouldn't have written anything on it at all, even if she didn't want to accept it. This happened a few years ago but I went there recently went there and had a somewhat similar experience and it brought this back to mind...I can only think it was the same lady because it was a very distinctual mean this lady showed. When the manager handed her the food she asked him if there was no lettuce he smirked and laughed as she checked it and said "no lettuce." The cashier, made three different voices to say "no lettuce, no lettrice, no lettuce." I could hear and see the entire awkward exchange.
