It's been a long time since I've been through Wienerschnitzel. I just wanted a couple of plain hotdogs and go with my chili. I have the dog with me so I couldn't go to the market. First off, there was no one taking my order at the microphone, so I moved forward and ordered from the window. I ordered 2mustard dogs NO mustard and I told her twice. But I got home and found 2 Mustard dogs...with mustard....yuk! I called when I got home and I think I spoke with the manager. I told her what happened and she said the girl doesn't speak good English and didn't understand and ordered mustard dogs. She suggested that Next time I need to order plain hotdogs. All I ordered was to all beef chili cheese dogs that's it. I sat at the window after I paid for 13 minutes. For two hot dogs. By this time there are six cars lined up behind me. When the lady finally brought me my two hotdog dogs I asked what took so long for two hot dogs. She says we had to make them fresh. ??? Terrible service. The only reason I'm saying that is because they had me waiting and never once attended me. The schedule says they close at 11 PM, and I arrived at 10:31 and left at 10:40 PM, but not once was I greeted, served, or even acknowledged. I waited a few minutes at the speaker order area and even called out hello, but never got an answer. I assumed maybe I was just talking to myself and the speaker was broken, so I drove up to the drive-through window. I could see the workers inside. I knocked on the window for quite a while, but they either ignored me or couldn't hear me over the blasting reggaeton music (I could have swore they glanced at me behind the cooking equipment but tried to "hide". I even honked the car horn twice and still they wouldn't come to the window. It felt like the workers were purposely trying to stay far away from the window to avoid attending anyone and service, maybe because they wanted to leave early and hurry up with cleaning. Considering I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, they should have had the decency to acknowledge us and not leave us waiting. Terrible service, or really just a complete lack of service during business hours. If you want to improve, hire workers that actually want to work during their posted business hours. read more

Seriously, they have never messed up our order. Even when it's delivered it's always correct. They serve the fry's so hot and fresh. The food is always packagers well. I think the guy Danny helped us. He was extremely patient and kind with helping us order. The lines are rarely long because they work hard. This is the second time I have come and it's closed. It's 6/22/24 at 8:40 pm and the drive thru is closed. A couple walked back to their car and I spoke with them, they mentioned this keeps happening. We were disappointed. I came two days ago at 15 min before closing and went through the drive thru, when saying "hello" on the intercom they shut the lights off and didn't say nothing. Very unprofessional, but to be closed at 8:45pm on a Saturday is bad for the company. People love Weinersnitzel. I will reach out to the Galardi Group which is the president and CEO to ensure proper business. This place is hit or miss and I'm not talking about the quality of the food. There have been more times that I've driven to this location at several different times of the day only to drive away empty handed than there have been times where I've actually eaten here. Do the hours of operation listed on Yelp not match the actual hours they are open? Does the entire staff take their breaks all at once? Am I just unlucky and 50% of the time I want to eat here something so drastic happens that they have to close early for the day? I'm not sure, the point is NOBODY takes your order, you drive up to the window and the lights are on but there are zero employees in sight. This Sunday I was at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order only to hear a burp coming from the speaker so obviously there was an employee on the other end.
