My boyfriend & I placed a pickup order to this location on accident. My boyfriend called to either get it canceled/refunded & the girl he spoke to had absolutely no clue about any of the questions we asked. Her answer to everything was "I don't know." So I'm not sure why she couldn't pass the phone to someone who did- we were told we couldn't get a refund because the sandwich was already made but she didn't even have the name yet so how could she know? On the app it said our order was still being made too so that's confusing. After a lot of questioning, she told us "my manager said we can refund you but you cant order from here anymore." HELLO?! How on earth is this the conclusion to our problem... They didn't stay on the phone afterwards to make sure the whole refund process goes correctly, so I suppose we'll be waiting on that to see if it even happens. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE teach the workers here how to answer questions. It's okay not to know some things, but when you don't, just have someone else take care of it :) read more

The service deserves a 0 rating I was told" you can only get 6 pieces of onion because the manager said so "!!! The guy refused to add extra onion on the sub!!! Are you serious ???? They count pieces of onion now ???? Why do they start to count lettuce then !!! So bad !! read more

The food and service was OK, but they had no cups for water, and would not provide a small cup for water as some places have done when out of water cups. Kind of a disappointing experience. read more

I got a 6-inch sub and it was literally 4.8 inches, which is horrible for the price of a 6 inch

I made a pick up order and I went in as soon as it was ready on the app but when I got my sandwich I could tell it's been sitting there a long time because my sandwich was very cold when I asked for it to be double toasted but I could tell It was hardly toasted if even at all. And I asked for provolone and mozzarella cheese but they only put mozzarella. Please do better read more

Ordered 2 foot longs for lunch today, ordered them on line for pick up. this is the 3rd time I have ordered online. First couple of times was real convenient, no Wait already paid just pickup. The two sandwiches we got today's were not as ordered and there was very little meat certainly was no 10 dollar sandwiches by a far cry anyhow I called to speak with someone about and she said that she was busy but would call back within the hour. That was 4 hours ago. read more

I just went to this subway.. and oh boy.. the service sucks.. you know who is in charge this fat wannabe chola.. moving people along like if we are cattle.. anyways.. I was there . One person in front.. taking forever.. taking phone orders and doing them before an actual paying customer.. there was a couple on the back of me.. at this time the line was cleared no one in front of me.. my daughter asked me to get chips.. I placed my order.. and I went to the front to get the chips.. and a lemonade.. when the chola said.. u need to get over here.. I said ok.. I am just standing here I am not going anywhere... the person in the line said.. u can stand where ever u want.. but u need to pay first.. what a jerk.. why because I am Mexican he thinks I am going to steal it or what.. a rude comment no wonder people think Yucaipa is racist. read more

I had a nice young kid make my sandwich. It was his 2nd day and he really tried hard. Maybe the 3 other people laughing and chatting in the back should have helped train him a little more. The floor is dirty and looked like it hasn't been mopped in weeks. read more

They actually close at 8:40. They will have the doors unlocked and open sign on but they're "closed".

Stopped by for lunch and took the my food home. When I picked up my sandwich it crumbled immediately. The beread was dry and hard I had to go back to the store In the rain. My husbands food was the same way. When we went back the staff was different and remade our sandwiches. We didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience of having to come back. You would think they would have offered us a free drink or a cookie something. No not even and apology was given. read more

I'm giving this location 1 star because I went not even an hour ago and got a tuna sandwich for the first time due to the recent advertising commercials of it and I was absolutely disappointed and didn't even finish it because of how gross it was! The bread had hard spots and some of the veggies were hard and tasted weird and it was just an overall disgusting sandwich! Smh! Poor. Tuna even tasted disgusting !!! Not normal!! Waste of my $$ !!! read more

Went tonight to get my son a sandwich. He always gets a foot long Turkey on wheat bread with American cheese, a lot of pickles and honey mustard. A lot of pickles is double rows and double stacked which on a foot long "12inch", with one inch long pickles is about 44-48 pickles. The girl making the sandwich grabs a handful and spreads them on . At that point there were about 18 pickles and not covering the ends. I asked for a little more. She grabbed a few and I said still a little more it's not even covering end to end. She said the manager doesn't let then ot more. I asked for the managers number. She said thre manager was there and/ she took off to the back. She was gone for a few minutes and her and the manager walked out. I explained that all my son likes is the extra pickles and if they could put them on. She said it costs money to add extra. So I said ok so in place of every other item he is not getting to add the pickles in their place. Now keep in mind there are 9 items you can get, lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, pickles, onion, bell pepper, olives, pepperoncini and pickles. Those 9 items times the 6 pickles they normally would put on would be 54 pickles. So I said how about putting the main 7 items but pickles instead. She said they don't substitute items and there were already that many on the sandwich. She then instructed the worker to count the pickles. Haha, yes she did! The worker proceeded to grab all the pickles off the sandwich and count them out in piles of 6 on one of the papers they wrap the sandwich in. Drum roll...... there were only 5 piles plus 3 extra. So I asked again for at least the 7 piles of 6 pickles. She instructed the worker to get 3 more pickles making it it 6 piles of 6 pickles. This is where I said this is BS! The manager said not to cuss and she could refuse service for that. Then she instructed the worker to put one of the piles of 6 pickles back which the worker did. I said "really?" She asked if I wanted the sandwich or not. I said yes. The worker dumped the pickles back on the sandwich. I then asked dir her to put lots of honey mustard on both sides of the sandwich. The worker did and i said thank you and turned and walked out without the sandwich. When the worker went back to get the manager she did not put on new gloves so who knows what she did or touched. Also you are never supposed to put food back into the containers. What if someone was allergic to wheat and she put the pickles back that had been on the sandwich? My son has allergies and that's nothing to mess around with. The complete lack of customer care/service or flat out friendliness still surprises me but shouldn't. So on a positive note. I then drove to the Subway off Ford in Redlands. The gentleman there was very nice. He stated he was there for the customer when I asked for the amount of pickles. He laid them out in rows perfectly and was very friendly. read more

Customer service is atrocious. Tatiana was rude. Never going back again if that's how they're going to treat customers

Went to this subway in the Vons center after forgetting to get cookies from the Calimesa Subway. Service was friendly and they did have the cookies I wanted but while waiting to pay for them there was a worker behind the cashier who had a cart with inserts and pans. Well, he dropped a couple of the lids on the floor and in my astonishment he picked them up and put them back on the cart as if the 10 second rule applied. Not a good impression. Cookies were great as always but as far as ordering a sandwich from here, no thanks, I'll go to another Subway. read more

I always have a problem when I come here either the line is to long or the associates give attitude and they don't want to be there I believe the guys name was josh last time I went her was so rude. His facial expressions and his body language defiantly showed he did not want to be there. Trusts me I understand your working probably for minimum wage but pretend to actually care and listen to the customer. Not once did he ever greet me or even smile. And when I asked him if I could replace the guacamole for Avocados instead he almost got upset. I wanted to just leave the store after he did that. He acted like it was a chore to make my wrap. Defiantly if he is ever there again I don't ever want him to make my stuff for me at all. Poor customer service! read more

No one on duty at 7:35 PM? Another customer was waiting, we talked for over 5 minutes, no employees were present. The other customer left. 5 more minutes passed and 3 people came out from the back. The young man was unable to communicate when I asked him about the Sliders. A lady in the back doorway said they weren't available. I left. I've never had such unprofessional and incompetent treatment at a Subway. I won't go back read more

I give only 4 not 5 because they often run out of herb and cheese bread. But this is so far the best Subway I've had. Bread is usually always fresh and so soft. Staff is very friendly and polite. Food is always good read more

Ordered a tuna sandwich - the worst sandwich I've ever had! The amount of tuna resembled a " spread of butter" - what a joke. Bread wasn't fresh, my " extra tomatoes" was literally 3 pitiful slices on 12 inch sandwich. Never returning to this location. The worst Subway EVER!!!! read more

Just went in there Allison the employee was extremely rude ! I asked for a sub if the day. She made the wring sandwich and then began to argue . She said she never heard that . The bread was burned and falling apart. This employee should not be working at subway! Horrible experience ! read more

Horrible service, if I could give negative stars I would, went in to order, they were rude, made me wait till after people who came in after us to pay, when we went to pay they tried to group my order with someone else's, when I spoke up the girl gave me attitude about it, when I asked why I had to wait to pay and she let other go in front of us, she got mad... I've never had a complaint about subway I usually like it. Tonight was horrible. The lettuce tray looked like it was sitting there all day it was very low to the bottom with olives and red onions in it. I asked the guy Christian if he could get the lettuce from the other side because the lettuce he was putting in looked nasty he said he can't because his manger said it's wasteful. So what he did was pick out the onions and peppers out. Then he was putting the wrong items on the other sandwich we ordered all he was doing is looking at a girl in line. We asked for mayo he kept on squeezing the bottle onto the sandwich. Usually the clean the area after making sandwiches not today it was gross why did I keep ordering so stupid. Got home pulled out sandwich's out of the bag he didn't tape the sandwiches they fell onto the kitchen floor. You know I can see people are trying to save money but come on brown lettuce. 5/22/23 at 8pm read more

So my previous review of this place was taken down because the owner cried like a little girl. SO ATTENTION YELP: I am not calling the "employee" any names in THIS review, so do your job and keep a real customer review up. Why a one star? This is the worse Subway I have ever been to and my experience was so horrible that I will never eat at another one again. I am a vegetarian, so if I am going to pay nearly 7.00 for six inches of bread and vegetables, there better be a significant amount of veggies. The person serving me was slow as hell, to begin with. It took them 8 minutes to make a single sandwich (yes 8 minutes, I noted my watch when I walked in). So when he was making my sandwich he literally put three pieces of onion and three pieces of bell pepper on it. I asked for more, and he added 2 more tiny pieces. I told him to stop being ridiculous and make a real sandwich, to which he said no and informed me that the owner is making him to "portion control". I told him to either pile it on, or throw the sandwich away and throw $7.00 down the drain over a handful of vegetables. He still refused so I walked out. This place has a ridiculous business model and that kid working there was rude. Also, he looked unsanitary and dirty (Look Yelp, not an insult to him, this is relevant because this is a place that serves food and dirty people shouldn't handle food) and I saw hair on the food prep area. Super gross and not sanitary. Trust me, give this place a miss. read more

I tried to order a sandwich today. They told me I needed a mask. I stated I had a medical condition and they still refused. This is against the law. And I will be notifying corporate and taking action against them. I am shre they are aware of the civil code that prohibits discrimination because of a medical condition. Never eating here again. read more

Zero stars. Ordered online via app. Picked it up, went home to find they made the wrong sandwich - I took one bite, it was terrible. Drove back, and no manager or assistant manager on site to address the issue. I was told to come back (a third time) to talk with the manager. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I don't know what is wrong with the workers here but they do not know how to follow directions. I order my sandwiches online. 3 sandwiches, all the same size, 2 of 3 were the same bread and same type of sandwich just a few different toppings. One of the same sandwiches had toppings added that were not asked for... not just one topping like 3-4 added that weren't asked for! What if someone is allergic to something and then the workers are careless and just add those items not okay!! No one wants to pick all those items out of their sandwich either. AND none of them were toasted!! They never toast our sandwiches when we order them online! Why is that? I just don't get it! seriously disappointed in this locations lack in effort and pure carelessness. I even had 3 cookies in my order that they didn't put in the bag, I looked in the bag right before I left the store and realized. Another one of the sandwiches I ordered had mayonnaise all over it, we didn't ask for extra mayo but for some reason the person who made them put it on like it was going out of style! Sadly this is not a one time thing something is always wrong with my orders when I order from this location read more

I placed my order for a 6foot sandwich a week early for my daughters birthday party! When my fiancé went to get the sandwich they were extremely rude and gave him a hard time to pay for it. When we got the sandwich home we noticed they put all the spreads on the sandwich instead of on the side. Which I was very very specific about putting on the side since it was for a party and wouldn't be eaten right away. We had to cut most the bread off since it got soggy. Very disappointed I will be eating at the camilesa Blvd location for now on. read more

I'm only giving 2 stars because I had went in there around 7:45 and noticed there was only one boy making my sandwich I asked for his name it was Alijah,he got me and plenty of other costumers out of there quickly but I can only wonder why such a young man would be working by himself for so long and no one would come out to help.He did great but I'm sure help would be appreciated! 6/8/21 read more

I used to love this subway. We have eaten here for years sometimes weekly. Lately they never get our order right, ever. I order through the app Because its easy and convenient and we are always busy and it always has good deals but there is something wrong every single time. We are going to stop going to subway and just go to subs of usa from now on. its way closer anyways, the distance was only worth it when our order was correct. Super disappointed. Sadly, this happens at quite a few different subways and when i check the receipt the order is typed correctly they just don't care i think. read more

Big shout out to Patricia and her lack of ability to listen, pay attention to customers and sandwich bagging skills. I was asked the same questions I had already answered several times and her admitting " sorry I wasn't paying attention" I ordered one sandwich and I was the only person in the store until another woman came in and another employee helped her. When I got home I discovered her expert bagging skills with most of my veggies on the inside of the plastic bag, not inside the sandwich. If I wanted to assemble my own sandwich I would have made it at home.... what a disappointment. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I had a bad experience with the Manager Koreen, she was not friendly and unyeilding.
