Cameron is a great employee. I had an issue because of the mask panels they had installed by the register. Because of that, this resulted in a little bit of confusion and the order was wrong. I live further away and had come back in several days later, even without a receipt. Cameron went the extra mile, and went to work on making me two whole pizzas with the thick crust like I had asked. He apologized, even though I felt I was the one who is partially wrong, as I didn't bring the wrong order back immediately and no receipt. Look online before ordering!!! Ordered a large stuff crust and they charged me 22$. Went online to check out deals and the pizza came out to 13$. I called back and the person over the phone told me it's an online only deal, which it wasn't. Called multiple locations and the 10$ Any Deal was the first thing that was offered. When I went in to confront the person, she told me they only honor deals if I physically have the coupon or if it's online (the deal was posted on the Pizza Hut website for this location... hell, it's even posted on Yelp!!!) This Pizza Hut is not what I would consider the worst I've ever had, but I certainly would not consider it the best either. Inside is clean and contains one forever alone arcade game that I appreciate but have never shown my appreciation by playing it. Pizza and wings have come out hot and tasty every time, but on several occasions it seems that get hit w/ busy spurts and sometimes that slows up the food coming out. I have had some issues here on two different orders in the past (pizzas were not prepared as requested) which definitely caused my stomach to be quite displeased, but the manager on duty during both incidents made good to remedy the situation(s). So I had the most wonderful service here tonight! My mom helped me get my daughter in the car while I got my son in the car and she forgot one of my daughters shoes so I had a lady watch my kids while I went in to pay and get my order. The employee inside said it would take 5 minutes so I went back outside and waited with my babies and let the lady leave. I stopped a delivery worker and asked if someone could bring my order outside so I don't have to leave my babies again. Not only did they do that but they lost my pizza somehow so they made me another one and a bigger size! The kind lady also said for waiting so long she's going to add 15$ credit to my account! Wife wanted to try the Pizza Hut "cheesy Bites" pizza. Flavor was there but the pizza was dry. Out of the 5 pieces we ate we never found cheese in any of the "bites"! It appears all the cheese in the "bites" melted out and ran into the pizza. Maybe it's designed to do that as it also appeared there was no cheese on the pizza except for the cheese from the"bites". So I ordered some pizza last night and I got my delivery and my pizza was incorrect. I ordered a pan pizza with no sauce, cheese and pepperoni. I received a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, cheese and sauce. When I called I spoke with a manager by the name of Jessica. She was very rude and very short with me. She made me feel as though it was my fault the pizza was incorrect. Even though it stated on my receipt exactly what I ordered. When I asked when the store manager would be and she told me she would be working the next day. That I could call and speak with her then. She told me it would take 30 minutes for my replacement pizza to be delivered. 19 minutes after getting off the phone with her a pizza with delivered to my door. The pizza picture is attached. The delivery guy tried to tell me the pizza was done and it was OK to eat. But when I ripped into a crossed it was undercooked and there was raw dough. By the time I close my door they had closed for the night. But I did ask the delivery guy to have Jessica call me when he returned to the store. I received no call. I called today and I spoke with a manager by the name of Elizabeth she explained to me that the store manager would not be in until the following day and gave me a good time to call and speak with her. I explained what happened and she was polite. However after speaking with Jessica the night before over their mistake I honestly lost my love for Pizza Hut. If You make the mistake, then you need to own on it. You do not make the customer feel as though it is there a problem that they were incorrect. You do not threaten that you will not do anything for the customer if they touch the pizza. Yes I touch the pizza to check to see if there was sauce. And I told her that. It's absolutely ridiculous to treat a customer poorly when they are being civil and polite with you and not making a huge deal over an issue but trying to correct it. Pizza was delivered 30 minutes late because the driver got lost even though we live 4 miles away from the store. Am I really the only one who actually likes this place? The pizza is OK in quality, usually gets to my door on time, and usually comes the way I ordered it(although I've noticed they occasionally don't add the crust flavors.) The only major problem I had with this location was when my order got delayed for 2+hours, but they didn't charge for the pizza that time to compensate. Ordered a pizza for delivery from the Yucaipa, CA Pizza Hut. Driver arrived with the order fine. The total amount for the bill was $21.00. Gave the driver two twenty dollar bills. The driver explained that he did not have any change and would have to retrieve it from his vehicle. The driver then entered his vehicle and drove off. The restaurant was then called and was told by the manager that nothing would be done. I will no longer use hard earned money at an establishment that employs thieves and their accomplices.
