Drove over, inside of restaurant was packed. Waited in line, it appeared that there were only 2 people working,(but short staffing seems to be normal now-Covid era) finally my turn. Eureka, my pizzas were a special order, so I fully expected to have to wait. IMAGINE my surprise when she took payment, and asked me to wait a minute... my food was ready. She double checked made sure the order was correct, and handed me my correct complete order! Amazing service and the food was delicious. I want to say that this has now happened multiple times. We order, we go on time, and the boxes are not as a fresh pizza should be. yummm sooo cheap and really delicious. we got a large with half mushroom and half cheese with an order of breadsticks. the pizza was really hot and fresh with a great flavor. the ingredients felt like a good quality, the mushrooms were definitely cut fresh. the breadsticks were good, really oily and garlicky. the marinara sauce was fine, as bad as it might be i much prefer pizza hut's marinara. i am quite sensitive to tomatoes so i did get some intestinal discomfort and loose endings; i'm sure it's my own medical ailments rather than the pizza not being safe. otherwise amazing! we called and they picked up quick but seemed timid over the phone. as long as i had my volume up i could hear them. this shines in comparison to tuscano's, which i had wanted to try before ending up coming here. that's because i called tuscano's to place an order and they put me on hold for 10+ minutes. i ended the call and moved on to here. instant phone pickup, cheaper and faster. happy i found this gem read more

Just went here today and want to preface this with the pizza was delicious. Will definitely be back. I called in my order and the person (who I believe is the new owner/manager) took my order told me 10 minutes. My two pizzas were ready in about 15 minutes which is very much acceptable, but should probably tell people 15 instead of 10 minutes. Just seems way too fast to have a pizza made and cooked in 10 minutes. If people are told 10 minutes and it's over they get upset even though 15 minutes would have been perfectly fine if told that initially. I was told he has some new hires so they are still working out the kinks, so maybe it will be possible to turn out 2 pizzas in 10 minutes soon. There was a minor error with one of my pizzas. The manager was eager to make things right. I don't fault him for it, mistakes happen and him being willing to fix it was nice. As I began this post by saying, both of my pizzas were absolutely delicious. Good amount of toppings and cooked perfect. Probably the best chicken pizza I've had and the pepperoni and sausage was on point. The owner/manager said he was working on some other recipes for some calzones and various pizzas/sides so I'm looking forward to what he produces. The pizza is great but want to let the owner's know that I called 19 times and fiancé called 11 times. I had to wait in the parking lot after placing my order in person. I could visibly see on the cordless phone that read "in use" siting on the countertop. I am a very loyal customer but I'm very upset. What happened to Fast 5? Did Dominic Toretto have to look for another job? So, I admit I was confused when I saw the new sign put up that replaced Fast 5. "Lucian's?" I said. "What happened to Fast five?! Pfff...Lucians..you don't know what the heck you're getting!" So I was a little upset and a little reluctant to give them a whirl. However, the other week I was looking at some places to pick up lunch for my employees at work and I did some checking on Lucian's and, as it turns out, it is the same food because Fast 5 just simply rebranded. Fast 5, now Lucian's, is still all about quick, quality pizza and such that won't break the bank. After picking up some pizza after their rebranding, it still tastes like the great Fast 5 I remember. They offer large cheese or pepperoni pies for $5.50 and have various large specialty pies for about $10 or $11. They also offer breaksticks, chicken wings, sodas, and they even have a small chocolate chip cookie pizza that is pretty good (just make sure to eat it while its warm for best results ;) Also, don't forget to phone in your order ahead of time to avoid waiting, especially on busy nights. Strike 1: called in my order, when I got there they had said they had no record of it Strike 2: called in my order when I got there they said they had no record of it. Strike 3: called in my order, they said it would be 10 minutes. I got there at the 30 minute mark. Was told my order wasn't quite ready, that it would be another minute. Waited another 10 minutes. Still no pizzas. But the guy kept insisting it would be just a minute. States it wasn't his fault because all he does is run the register. At that point I asked for refund. For a guy who just runs the register, he sure didn't know how to use it. I can't believe the horrible customer service and ineptitude at this place. Wanted to take a moment to edit my review. After posting a negative review, I received many "compliments" via yelp that said I was a racist. So for those of you who have also had a bad experience here and want to share some honest feedback, expect this tactic from the company. Not sure how expecting pizza, from a pizza place, makes me racist. And those I received messages from were some that had given this joint 5 star reviews. Called in an order tonight (10/16/2020 1950) Was told that my two pizzas and two wings would take about 20 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later to pick up my food and was told that the order hadn't been "put in". They said they could make the order ASAP and I asked if I could be compensated for my troubles. The girl at the counter said she would take care of half the order. Come back in 10 minutes later to pay for my food and she informed me that she spoke to the manager and that she would be fired if she comped any of the order but that the manager would call me tomorrow to "investigate". I offered my phone number and requested a call right then. Why waste even more time than has already been wasted? The girl at the counter informed me that the manager refuses to call me since she's not on the clock and that I would have to pay full price for an order that was supposed to be ready over an hour ago. The girl at the counter was visibly scared of losing her job. I left without my pizza and wings. Who ever was the manager or shift lead on this Friday night definitely needs to be retrained or just let go. No sense of customer service and has lost Lucians a solid customer. read more
