Ordering without talking to someone (app or online) significantly decreases the likelihood of errors, so our order was accurate. It was also ready when they said it would be (at, like, 11 PM, so not sure they had many orders then). My fiancee was swayed by the "big box" she'd seen advertised and was therefore disappointed that our food didn't come in one. But it was all there and it was a lot of food for the price. The pepperoni pizza tasted like a throwback (I've definitely not had Pizza Hut in the last decade and can't remember when before then) and the cheesy bread sticks were pretty good (can you mess up cheesy bread sticks?). The boneless wings, however, were not worth the money. They don't cook the wings in the sauce so you have to shake them up with it when you get them. Not ideal and lends a weird texture. I have not had Pizza Hut in a very long time... but After watching football all day and seeing the ads for cheese stuffed crust And three toppings for only 11.99 I was sold! I didn't really care about the price I just wanted stuffed crust pizza since I haven't had it in years, forgot all about it. I don't order from chains so don't think of Pizza Hut to order from or as good quality. I searched the web and Yelp for stuffed crust pizza and found Pizza Hut is the only place (please feel free to prove me wrong) in Rochester who has it. So I ordered Pizza Hut it was ready In ten minutes. Had my favorite toppings meatballs pepperoni and banana peppers ( but note they don't have ricotta) and all at a great price! I had from My Hut Rewards a Free Medium 1-Topping Pizza, and so I redeemed the code and went to the Pizza Hut. The order was correct and hot to a perfection. I had trouble with the code but the 1-800 customer service representative fixed the problem and I got my Pizza. I guess I gave in to all the PH commercials and missed having our Chili Hut nearby, so I ordered from one of the two remaining locations. It did not disappoint. Online app was easy to navigate, pizza was ready on time and price was right. I got the pan pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and onions. All 3 toppings were adequate and of high quality. I also enjoyed the cheese (parm?) sprinkled on top. Crust was crispy (greasy) but the way I like crust occasionally! The price was significantly lower than the locals. Stopped today as my friends from Buffalo were visiting and wanted Pizza Hut (apparently there are none in Buffalo anymore). It is a big change from the Pizza Hut I remember, it's take out and delivery only. No more sit down and eat. Place is easy in and out on E. Henrietta Road, easy ordering, soda is bottled, not fountain anymore. Our two pizza's were prepared quickly, served hot and fresh, we loved them. Ordered the Box Dinner from this Pizza Hut location. After waiting an additional 15 minutes after the posted "will be ready" time what I received was hardly edible. Everything was undercooked, the pizza crust had white areas on it (wtf I have never seen this before with any pizza), and the breadsticks were cold (not even lukewarm but actually COLD!). I witnessed the breadsticks sitting by themselves the entire time that I was waiting for my order so who knows how long they had been sitting out in the open and allowed to get cold before the rest of the Dinner Box was ready. I'm not big on chains, but PH used to be one of the few I liked. I ordered ahead and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes after the "your pizza will be done at" time. The pizza itself was thinner than Olyve Oyl on a diet. Zero substance to the pizza at all. Mediocre amount of toppings, and little flavor. Absolutely fantastic food. The Guy who did curbside was polite. They forgot our soda. We called. (It was my son's order so I didn't know) They refused to refund the card. Wanted us to return to the store for either the pop or refund. They would give us a credit but not on our card. When I tried to offer solutions acceptable to us, the manager got a horrible attitude and started screaming and she hung up on me. My son called back. She was yelling at him so loud, that I could hear her over the phone in the other room, not on speaker. She hung up on him. Bottom Line: We drove out of our way to get our pizza from there. We have pizza places within walking distance. In the middle of a pandemic when people are fighting to keep their businesses open, she should've been thankful. Instead when I mentioned this and said a lot of pizza huts have closed. She said well this one won't! It's not even her business to be so reckless with and uncaring. A man named Cody does and she just got his business an honest, horrible review. She even went so far as to say she was not concerned about her job in a pandemic. She would not lose it. Pizza Hut really has turned into a delivery/carryout kind of place and their old business model of dining in is pretty much over. The new location is bright, modern, and clean. This was the worst pizza I've ever had. now I know why there's no PH's around any more! I got the stuffed crust supreme. I didn't recognize it as a supreme. There was nothing on it. Including sauce.. Then I got a large chicken with Alfredo sauce. They must have left it in the oven too long because it was all dried out and inedible. I put it on the floor for the dog and he smelled of it and walked away. And believe me, that dog eats anything and everything! I got two extra marina sauces and they were ice cold. I also got an order of cinnamon sugar sticks with icing. They're still sitting there waiting to feed the birds and squirrels. They couldn't even package it decent. The Alfreds were stuck in a box , no foil or plastic wrap or the box wasn't taped so when I lifted it, the boxes all slid and opened and almost went on the floor. No bag or anything to hold them. They just stacked the boxes on top of each other. I'm thoroughly disappointed in PH. Will not order from there again . That little deal cost me over forty dollars and half of it went in the garbage. I used to eat at PH at Webster all the time and never had a complaint. I loved their supreme pizza but it sure was nothing like this one. The delivery guy was great. He was even here early. I sent a similar message as below to Pizza Hut corporate and they responded that someone from the store on East Henrietta Rd in Rochester NY would contact us within 48 hours. After two weeks, and 3 follow up emails to corporate, no one followed up. Pizza Hut does not care about their customers, the chain is destined to go out of business and I'd suggest patronizing the numerous other slightly healthy Pizza restaurants that can cook your pizza in 5 minutes, without 20oz of oil, with a much better customer experience!!! --------------------------------------------- My wife and I wanted to order multiple pizzas from the Pizza Hut on East Henrietta Rd in Rochester, NY. When I tried to order pizzas on the website it showed that some toppings were unavailable. I figured this was an error, so I called the Pizza Hut store. The employee confirmed the Pizza Hut store was out of mushrooms, onions, peppers and spinach. We had many guests over and planned to order several pizzas because we like the pizza. However, we ended up ordering elsewhere. I don't think I've ever heard of a pizza restaurant running out of ingredients. We wondered why they couldn't get surplus toppings from other Pizza Hut stores or ever go a mile down the street to the local grocery store to buy some onions, peppers, mushrooms and spinach. I know Pizza Hut packages these items in bulk but to meet customer orders, you'd think store management would take action to get the toppings they need to satisfy customer orders. Very dissatisfied long time customer. Subsequent to my post, Pizza Hut corporate responded because I sent the same post to their customer service email. They responded indicating someone from the East Henrietta store would respond within two days. It's been almost two weeks with zero response from anyone at Pizza Hut. Been here many times and have never written a review. I usually do t have a problem with my order or the curbside delivery however this time was different. I ordered a large one topping "square cut" pizza. I always ask for square cut as I have kids that do t like the crust. I arrived a few minutes early and sat in my car right outside the windows. I let them know I was there and watch as the employee boxing up the order took a pizza out of the oven cut it the usual way (you know, wedge shape). He put the pizza into the box and looked up at the screen. He then dumped the pizza back out of the box and cut it in squares and dumped it back into the box and put it in the warmer. I sat there for about 5 more minutes and decided I was done waiting and went in for my order ( so much for curb side pick up). After awhile another employee came out of the back asked my name and reached for the pizza I saw the other guy place in the warmer. I asked to look at the pizza already knowing it was cut wrong. I told the clerk it was cut wrong and explained what I saw. He told me that was how they do it. Now ticked off I explained that I had sat in my car and saw what was done and that is not how it's done. He asked if I wanted a rebake. I said no I haven't waiting any longer but I wanted to let him know I knew it was wrong and I came home and emailed my complaint to the company as they seem to care more... we'll see what happens. read more
