Ok normally I wouldn't write a review over a 'normal' Taco Bell that I'm use too but I just moved to NY from CA, on the drive here Taco Bell was the cheapest to feed my family for the long road trip so we stopped at some in different states for it, as I drove away from ca the Taco Bell's got worse. I honestly thought Taco Bell's were all the same but trust me they AREN'T! So with that said I tried and tried a few different ones here looking for the same quality as in ca, with no luck until this one! It wasn't perfect but the closest thing I got to ca. The food here doesn't even compare to the food in ca, not even Taco Bell. Very slow service. I mobile ordered and once I arrived I waited 25min for my meal. Several drive thru orders went through completion of orders and patrons walking in to order at the register as well. Seems they overlooked the mobile orders. No apologies, couldn't refund since it was done through mobile. Out of pepsi zero. Dissatisfied with visit. Went through the drive thru at 1:30 pm. Nobody at drive thru order box. I sat for a few minutes. I ordered. No one at next window. At finally window they took my $$. Couldn't find my order. I have never written a review for a product but this time I am so disappointed...I regularly visit this Taco Bell and am pleased but this time, when I ordered 2 orders of their new churros, when I arrived home I couldn't believe my eyes! Upon opening the boxes (at $3 an order!). I gazed upon two skinny tubes of perhaps 6" long so called churros and thought this was a joke. 5 stars? For TB? Let me explain. Doing college visits w my kid all summer, I been eating so much TB lately. And wow, I'm worried about TB, like are you okay? Half hour waits, restrooms with no toilet paper, locations focused on *zero human interaction*, like it's bad. This location? You get the food, get it quickly, bathroom is okay, and there are humans working there who are super helpful. I know I know, how much help do you need at a taco bell? A little. Taco Bell could not be named Taco Well because they do not make any Taco Well. However, their tacos should totally be kept down a well and yelled at to put the lotion on their skin or get the hose again. It's funny that people in Rochester have a whole selection of amazing local foods and some great ethnic stuff too, and still somehow rate Taco Bell as anything they would ever want to put in their mouths (no dirty minds please). There's some decent Mexican around, especially if you go out into the villages, but this is not Mexican, it's American, and it's probably some of the worst dog food-like substances that you can buy. It's a little cheaper than most fast food, but it's also about as nutritious and delicious as Starlight's can of cat food that she's eating right now. Visited a taco bell for the first time in a long time. I don't know what the baseline is for the standards here but this was pretty good. The crunch wrap supreme, Doritos tacos supreme, crunchy taco, chicken cheese melt were all good. It was fresh, tasted good and inexpenive. They substitute chicken with beef and vice versa for any dish. The only dish that disappointed us was the bean and rice burrito. It was pretty bad, and no rice at all. But the part I was pleasantly surprised was the friendly staff. The other fast food staff in the area should learn from them. read more

ALWAYS BUSY whether you choose the drive in route or the dine-in option. Be prepared to wait. Self serve soda machine. The dining room appears to be recently renovated. Certainly more modern and clean than most other tacos bells I have encountered over the years. Food's not spectacular, but I already knew that, and I'm sure you did too! Worst customer service ever! I'm a grub delivery driver and of the all the franchise restaurants I do work for this one by far needs retraining on customer service. This evening I ordered my own meal at the drive thru I go to the first window and pay. At which time Informed the employee I was also picking up a grubhub order. I go the pick up window to be told that I would need to go back in line behind other customers to pick up the order separately. The line had literally 10+ cars. I asked to wait for the order and even a status update on the order and the manager refuse to give me that info. To make matters even more complicated the manger and along with the other employees decided to not give me the order and instead said they canceled the order. They then persisted on calling the police if I didn't comply with their demand of leaving the premises. My response was that I was on the phone with grubhub to get further guidance. This transaction not only hold up the drive thru line. But took more time than necessary. 6 cops showed up and while I sat in the parking lot I was informed that management suffenly didn't feel "safe" with my presence on the premises and that Im banned from the restaurant all because I didnt want to go to the end of the line. The police officer attempted to grab the order but management refused to comply and made up a story about how they canceled the order. Well grubhub did not cancel the order. I contacted grubhub and then the they order was properly canceled and refunded to the customer. Im an army veteran and single black mom trying to make a living. I don't feel that this response was warranted to require 6 police officers, to intervene because a delivery driver was trying to make living and feed her children at the same time. this type of behavior in today's political climate with police and racial tensions is definitively a strike against progress. So for management to suddenly feel threatened by my presence in the parking lot, is eye brow popping. Is this is how you train your management to model customer service? Also I'm in a forum of other drivers that refuse to do deliver from this franchise due to horrible experiences. read more

Simple misunderstanding was resolved but the quesadilla was entirely missing from the bag. We had to go through the drive through again to get the quesadilla and mild sauce, which was also left out originally. Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure and this is the closest one to my place. I usually stop here when I'm having a fast food Texmex craving. Yesterday I stopped for my usual, place is always busy, but always seems to move pretty steady. Food was hot, fresh, and really good. Service was pleasant as well. I pulled up at 10:28am for breakfast, thinking that they served breakfast until 11:00an because that's the information online, their app, AND THE DRIVE THRU. I pull up and one of the staff is switching the signs over, so I ask if breakfast is still available when it comes time for me to put in my order. I'm very rudely told that breakfast is over by both the woman taking the order and the man changing the signs. A sure sign of the food quality this Taco Bell has was the queue of cars snaking through the parking lot at half past midnight. When it came time to pick up my order, I was impressed to see a freshly made sizzling steak salad with not a single wilted green to be found just shy of 1AM. I ordered online and while my order wasn't ready when I arrived, and they were slammed with customers, they pushed my order up. I had just gotten into town and it was nice to eat non fried fast food.
