Horrible service, terrible employees. I really wonder why these people go to work if they hate it so much and they obviously do. Rude employees and average quality food, not worth the aggravation. Met my wife and kids here for dinner. My wife ordered ahead because we didn't have much time to eat. We walked in and nobody greeted us. Then when finally someone got to us they were really rude. We had coupons for kids personal pizza as a reward from school. My wife and I ordered a pizza for ourselves. When we presented the kids coupons the employee got annoyed and said we should have called ahead? Anyways... we took a seat to wait for our order. 15 minutes pass and my wife went up to check on order. We placed it for eat in and they had it boxed up under a heat lamp and didn't say a word. Whatever. As we were eating an employee was arguing with someone (a customer) on the phone and then hung up on them laughing it off to the other employees. I love that the Pizza Hut bear Century 3 still has the lunch buffet. It's such a great deal! There's always the nicest people working too.

They just remodelled the place and it looks much better. I think (but aren't positive) the new owners are corporate which mrans they're going to be more uniform and consistent. Never the less the meal was as expected. Not a unique local taste but still good. The salad bar was fresh but the bathroom was dirty. But all things considered it was good. read more

I ordered from Pizza Hut 2 separate orders on 12/31/19 and paid for them online, still have the receipts in my email. I went to the pizza hut to pick up my pizzas but the 2 employees (Fred who is supposedly a manager and Jaime) present demanded I pay $14 before I could get my pizzas. I showed the receipt from my email but they didn't care. I also pointed to the "merchant copy" receipt  they provided to me to sign that it was proof my pizzas had been paid for but they kept yelling, insulting, and harassed  me as another customer was standing behind me waiting for his order. Then finally one of the employees (Fred) rudely threw the pizza in front of me and said he was not going to argue after he had spent 30 mins arguing with me, demanding $14 he was not entitled to and I told him to stop trying to steal money and the other employee (Jaime) said to me, "you are ridiculous". I called customer service and complained  then I got a call a day later from the store manager, Marissa and she said she would put $20 credit under my phone number at the restaurant for next time. Then I went to the store after placing 2 pizza orders online using a coupon for each of the pizza, the total for each was $10.00+tax. I went to get my pizzas and Jaime was at the front, immediately, she went to the back and got another male employee to come and attend to me, she seemed angry to see me, I guess it's because I had called and reported her bad attitude. Then I told the male employee that I have $20 credit on file, so both pizzas should be free after the credit is applied, but he only applied $10 to the first pizza and refused to apply the remaining $10 credit on my 2nd pizza. Jaime jumped in yelling at me, "you did this the last time you were here. You need to pay for the second pizza...." and she was yelling other words at me, scolding me in front of employees and customers. I just stood at the counter, pointing to my receipt to show her what was wrong and how it only applied or took off $10 credit, but she didn't care. She kept yelling more insults at me as several customers looked on and then she called another manager on the phone, yelled at me to either pay for the pizza or leave. I said to her, "all you have to do is look at the receipt and see that the full $20 credit was not applied to my order and you can either give me my refund or the pizza". Jaime kept yelling at me as more customers came in, then she called the cops on me. The cops came and they didn't care to assist me. One of them named Myers asked what was going on and I showed him on my receipt what was going on and explained what was going on. He didn't care, he was hostile when he spoke to me, asked for my ID, called it in and gave some one my Driver's license number then he said I should take it up with corporate for refund. I told him that corporate had informed me that refund is only done at the store and that's why I was telling Jaime to either give me a refund or the pizza and she refused. The cop Myers just kept scolding me with harsh tone as he spoke to me, and I told him, his tone is not warranted, that I am being treated poorly and his scolding at me is unwarranted and I told him and the other 2 cops there that I pay their salaries with my taxes like everyone else and I don't deserve to be scolded by him for being ripped off by Jaime and pizza hut. He didn't care, then he said, "I am not the tone police" and scolded me to leave. I said to him I was going to leave but I needed to explain to you what was happening and they are basically stealing from me and you are scolding me when all I wanted was my refund or the pizza and pizza hut customer service had informed me to get my refund from the store. Then I left. I called pizza hut customer service several times (01/10/2020, 1/16/2020, 01/17/2020, and 01/24/2020)for my refund and the agents said the same thing they had said before, that the manager from the store will be calling to assist with the refund and my complaint but it's now 01/25/2020 and no call back from the store district manager like Customer service said he would call in 2-3 days from filing my complaint. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Fred and Jaime led me to one conclusion, they are RACIST and I bet they would not have treated a Caucasian person like they treated me. I just wanted either my refund or my pizza but they kept both even though Customer service had told me to get my refund from this location. read more

BUYER BEWARE! I just had an incident where I paid with a $50 gift card. Though it was a card never used, for a $42.90 order they said I owed $1.56. Then they said it was no problem and they offered to throw the card away. Curious, I decided to keep it. So, I went home and checked the card balance. $50 charged to Pizza Hut. Appeared they pocketed the rest as tip. I returned and they said they didn't know what happened. I said I didn't know and they could check the card. They didn't bother to check and gave me my money back that was owed. I was happy there was no hassle and I got the money I was owed. But, I am very concerned about the ethics of this particular Pizza Hut. I feel it was obvious they were trying to steal from me. I am glad I didn't let them get away with it, but how many of you out there could be also taken for granted. A place that steals does not deserve our business. read more

I have made several orders to this Pizza Hut. Not only are they expensive, they have never gotten my order correct. Relatively frustrating when you are ordering delivery and have to wait another hour to get the correct order. They never offered to refund my money or anything, we just had to wait for the correct order to get there. Horrible customer service. read more
