I ordered 12 wings with the buffalo sauce on the side. I requested more flats than drumsticks because I dont like them . I ordered a medium pizza. What I received was 12 wings, 8 drumsticks. 4 flats, soaked in buffalo sauce with an extra charge of .75 for a side of buffalo sauce. The wings were also cold, and so was the pizza. This was a delivery. I was quoted 38 something on the phone and the bill when delivered was 41.12. I toldthe driver ,who was foreign and had a hard time understanding the issue. I called this friday sept 26th amd same women answered. I said she got my order wrong. She lied and said it must have been someone else and they were busy. I had been a regular customer and spent my hard earned money there and tipped well. I asked to speak to manager and she said call tomorrow. No, Have the manager call me for why he hires a liar who cannot undersyand orders correctly and is careless about them. I rold her and I am telling the manager, I pay hard earned money for staff ,that is concerned about correct orders and then lying to me wjen i call you you were careless with my order and over charged me. Longtime customer and received surprisingly poor treatment over an order for extra sauce. Seems to be something amiss there.

Out with my grandson, and we ran into this lovely little community of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries....we were hungry, so we stopped into Little Nippers for a pie and lo and behold they make vegan pizza. Sadly, there are no vegan protein preferences, but I'll take it! It's a very casual spot with a few tables. If you plan on going here from 12-1 on a weekday during a school day, I'd suggest you think twice. Children from Lincoln School are able to go the establishments unsupervised on Beverly Road during this time and the restaurant can be noisy. read more

This place has some pretty good pizza and didn't take too long for the order to come out. Our group was about 6 to 7 people and all of the food was ready within 30 minutes. The seating area inside isn't huge but it's a small pizza shop. The outside parking isn't too great since there aren't many spots in this part of Dormont. To Nippers I am very disappointed with my visit. After a long day of snow shoveling, I came in empty stomach. As I ordered the pizza, I was stunned when they said ApplePay could not work. I had to starve. But it's not all bad. Everyone and I will come after school to get a free pizza. They are super nice and let everyone in Mount Lebanon get a free slice. Little Nippers is usually our go-to when ordering pizza for delivery. We ordered an extra large cheese and an extra large with ham & pineapple. Their extra large pizzas are huge! Lots to go around. Their hoagies are not our favorite because they don't have much flavor and don't have much in them, but their pizza is delish. Be sure to check their website for coupons! They have some good ones on there! I definitely recommend Little Nippers for their pizza. There's one delivery driver we really like here. She's delivered to us a few times and remembered that we have a dog. The last time she delivered to us, she brought our pup a treat. We though that was so sweet and thoughtful! I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit. Unfortunately, she wasn't the one who delivered to us last night. Pizza is good, shame about the staff. Waited almost an hour for our pizza, turns out it was ready and waiting on the shelf but the lady working the phone got herself confused with another order and told us to wait. After 50 minutes, someone else (manager?) sorted it out but by then the pizza was lukewarm. I was begrudgingly offered a fresh pizza but we were out of time due to the long wait so I had to take it as it was. I was told that the pizzas had been in a 600F oven so they couldn't possibly be cold - unfortunately a 25 minute wait on a wire shelf tends to cool down the hottest of food. An excellent little pizza shop! Stopped in with a hungry lad after his nearby soccer match. Ordered a deep dish pepperoni and some breadsticks. Both were perfect (although I will say that I prefer the marinara dipping sauce for breadsticks to be warm, not chilled). It was enough to fill us both up and still take a lot home. The sauce had a kick to it, and it was full of flavor. It tastes best when dipped in ranch. The deep dish was decent- didn't really taste or look like a true deep dish pizza though. The food is always amazing but the ditzy high school staff almost always makes me want to go somewhere else. Every time I go they're inattentive, aloof, and just generally some of the most immature and goofy workers. For example, we walked in at about 8:45 and grabbed a table, a flustered cashier came over to us and asks if we had a take out order to which we replied no. Upon asking if the kitchen was closing soon she said no, just two of our servers are leaving ... we were the only table in the restaurant at that point and besides does cutting your staff mean you're not taking customers? I can't tell you how the pizza tastes but the staff is amazing. I placed a custom order for my stepson's birthdays. We live in Georgia and our travel plans were changed by pandemic but Little Nippers made it hurt a little less. Beyond great people here!!! I put in a order around 11:25/30 (late, and I felt terrible but was hungry). I was expecting grumpy workers like any other place, nope. The door was locked, we called. They had ran to the grocery store for pineapples at 11:40 AT NIGHT!! They could've just said no and I would've been fine. They were beyond great. This was my first time here after finding it just by driving by and my partner and I were not disappointed. The homemade ranch was phenomenal on the salad and the perfectly crispy boneless wings. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and my partner got the chicken parmesan (also perfectly crispy) and both were very generous helpings. We were both sad we couldn't try everything on the menu because it was all soo good. My husband & I were not impressed with Nippers. We ordered food for delivery. When I called to ask the soup of the day, the man who answered the phone said "we don't have soup", however, the menu lists "soup of the day".
