If I can give this store a negative comment I would. Today (02/12/2024) my son ordered from here at approximately 5:18pm we called the store around 6:20pm looking for the delivery she said that they were in the neighborhood. We waited for 10-15 minutes called back and Samantha got hostile telling us that the food was here, and it was not. I tell her I can come pick it up since it has not been delivered, she then proceeds to yell at me telling me that she was not making another pizza or giving me a refund and if I come to the store, she will call the cops on me. I called the police upon arrival only for her to lie and not refund my son his money. They outsourced the delivery to door dash then tried to tell me to contact them. The person on duty name was Samantha she was very rude and knows nothing about customer service. When I got home the pizza was delivered to the back of my house, now to get to the back of my house, you have to drive around and where I live its plenty of rodent's rabbits, squirrels and racoons, and they just left it sitting on the ground. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut on the regular since It was within delivery range. On many of of occasions, I have ordered pizzas with barely any cheese in It, order cooked breadsticks and their wings. Just yesterday, I ordered wings and they were the worst they've ever been. The Skin of the chicken was so rubbery and saturated. I called the restaurant to complain and I was told that the reason that the skin was "soggy" was because of the sauce. There have been a couple of times I've ordered and I've had crispy chicken and the sauce was perfectly coated on the chicken, not saturated and I try to explain it to him but he continued to tell me that was from to the sauce. I then "accepted" his response and we ended the call. I took a look at the container it was and the chicken was SWIMMING in pain drippings and sauce. That was why it was soggy. I'm sure as the chicken was done, it was all thrown in the same bowl - chicken, the fat and the sauce. Suggestion: to spare your customers, taking the extra step to remove the chicken dripping before saucing and boxing it up. read more

This place is nasty ... It took forever for the server to come back and it really seems as if she forgot about us! WTF .... really you just sat us down almost 5 minutes ago... how could you forget about people in the restaurant when we are the only people inside???? How?? The salad bar look disgusting and dry... I would never come back! This place never used to be like this, it wasn't great but it was good....now this place just sucks beef sticks if you know what i mean! So if eating bad food is your thing and if you are looking for a dangerous experience in the sense of not knowing if your going to get sick or not and if you like to keep yourself guessing regarding the aftermath of eating at this Pizza Hut! This pizzahut is so much better then the one on 79th and Harlem. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to come to this one because they don't mess up my order everytime. Not being a big fan of conveyor belt pizza places, I have avoided places like Pizza Hut, Lil Caesar's, etc. After seeing the commercials for Pizza Hut a couple of dozen of times on TV promoting their any toppings pizza for $10, thought I would give a try. Ordered a pan pizza with three toppings from their website, it seemed pretty easy. Drove down to the store, staff was very friendly and pizza was on time according to my pick up time. Even though I was taking the pizza home to eat, the dining room did not look all that appealing. Now for the pizza itself, what would expect from a $10 pizza. To me it tasted like some frozen pizza bread that you would buy at the local grocery store. Every ingredient was at it's bare minimum on the pizza, right down to the sauce. The pizza was too doughy for my taste and the only thing that had any taste was the green peppers. My opinion, pay the extra few bucks and go to a real pizzeria. read more

I frequent this location with my children dine in and I've never had a problem. The staff is great and the food is enjoyable. I don't care for the pizza too much, however my children like it. Came here last night with my kids and sister, The service was great. A female manager was so nice to the kids brought them coloring books and put a movie on for them . No one does that anymore!! I don't prefer these corporate owned pizza places. It doesn't compare to the good tasting locally family owned places like Fasano's. This location needs better housekeeping. Our table was wet from recently wiping it but it left a nasty dirty towel smell on table. Our service was good. The service here is horrible. The food taste and look like it came from a freezer pack. No one came to check on us while we were eating to ask if we wanted more beverages or needed anything. We ordered wings with Ranch. We received the wings but no ranch until later when we received the pizza. I haven't been to this location in a long time & I won't be returning. If zero stars was an option, that's what this location would be getting. Pubic hair or what has the same consistency of pubic hair right on the pizza. I don't recall that being a topping on their menu, but they were sure to let me give it a try. It was perfectly seasoned with the exquisite spices of FromUnder cheese. Nothing quite like taking a bite of pizza and having a pubic follicle between your teeth like a piece of pubic floss. Avoid this location at all costs. Just go home and cook up a jacks or tombstone. That way if you find a strand of pubic hair in the cheese you'll know that it was your own doing and that you should probably put on some pants. read more

Came here for the $6.99 pizza buffet and there was literally NO pizza. Just a sad looking salad bar. Only one employee was actually working and she was clearly angry. This was god awful. My friend and I came to eat in between classes because we were starving. The waitress was all of the place and had no clue where to even start. She took 10 min to bring water and silverware as we sat there with our food which turned cold. The booths were sticky and so were the tables. The buffet had one pizza on it that everyone has picked at and one scoop of pasta left. We asked if more food would be put out and she said I don't know I will have to check. If they're not going to do any updating or renovating they might as well put the old jukebox back that used to play 80s glam metal all the time. I have really fond memories of going here a lot as a kid and during my college years. Once or twice a year I go for the lunch buffet and each time I walk out asking myself why I keep going. The pizza on the buffet is really sub-par and kept hot under the bright lights (it's sub-par for Pizza Hut, I mean) and it takes some cajoling to get new stuff out - and because they keep a skeleton crew there during the day, if more than 4 tables or so are there at any given time you might want to bring your own Pepsi because you're only going to get one glass of it anyways. The little annex thing (facing 111th Street) is always freezing - like, sweater in the middle of summer freezing. As for the food at any non-buffet time - well, it's Pizza Hut. read more

Called to order a pizza and Miss Stephanie the restaurant manager was too busy for my questions. She was very rude and inconsiderate. She could not honor online pricing or make the time to help. After placing my order I called her back to let her know about the online special and she said I would have to place it online and hung up on me. I called her back and explained she was rude for hanging up like that. She replied I have 500 orders and 1 driver I'm sorry but didn't realize I hung up I'm just busy. I'm only giving it one star because there's no option to give it zero stars. We went to the pizza hut buffet and asked for fresh pizza because the pizza that was up was dry and old looking. The employee rudely told us that since we were the only customers there for the buffet, that they would not put up more pizza. That's bad in itself but what was worse was the attitude that she portrayed. So I asked to speak to her manager and she said that she was the manager! Went in this place trying to get my kids some pizza before a movie so we went in sat down noone welcomes, (were hispanic by the way) . After us a white couple comes in and the waiter welcomes them and lets them know hell be there soon. We hear him and look at each other and dont say nothing. So there are a lot of bad reviews on here. But I just wanted to say I had a great experience when my son and I ate there tonight. He had a BookIt coupon for a pizza. And I ordered some pizza for myself. The waitress was super sweet and attentive even though she also had to help with the ton of takeout orders that were coming in. They other workers seemed to be working hard and were very nice to the other customers. Only one other family was in there eating, but there were a lot of carry outs. Our pizza and breadsticks came out fast. And everything tasted about what you would expect from Pizza Hut pizza. I don't understand people complaining about the taste of the pizza. I mean, it is a cheap pizza people. And it has tasted the same for the last 25 years. Get over it. If I want expensive pizza I get expensive pizza. But my son gets the free pizza every month so we go there. And it tastes fine. I also love that they do BookIt to encourage kids to read. I just had a unbelievable experience at a Pizza Hut resturant In Palos Hills and just have to post it with you guys on Yelp I have just left the BP gas from across the street I saw the Chicken Wings sign on Pizza Hut Once inside the cashier was taking a order on the telephone. So a young man came over a ask what can he help me with? I said I will have a Order of wings and a order of Mozzarella cheese sticks. The deafeningly look more so like the cook . As he look around for a seat for me in the empty dining room as he fingered his face witch was itching . The cashier was still on the telephone as he head back toward the kitchen he began look in the kitchen the ask if was I going to have to drink? This is the absolute worst pizza hut in the world! The staff, management and general manager are all rude and incompetent. I had no idea that rocket science was a part of taking correct orders.
