Quick service hot food. Does not upset your tummy. Their shakes are so thick and creamy.

This is the slowest White Castle I've ever been to. I was in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes. I'll never go there again.

This White Castle in "average". It's not SO slow that you forget what you ordered. The food is still WARM when you get home. So it's OKAY.

Best to order via UberEats as to avoid a wait until my 2nd visit Went during lunch and my pickup wasnt ready. They said 10 more minutes. They started fighting in the kitchen. Wholly in Spanish. 2nd visit - rice too buttery and watery. Smothered pork chop wasnt center cut like 1st visit. Mac N Cheese was given for both sides on the wing plate when spaghetti and macNcheese was ordered. Either way, it was salty. Peach cobbler too sweet. Blue koolaid was a win 1st visit but this time... Too sweet. Sugar and Salt has to have balance. Maybe another time in the Spring I'll swing back by but there is a parking lot.

I've spent a lot of time in Philadelphia and have had many cheesesteaks, so I'm well versed on what…read morea good Philly Cheesesteak should taste like. The quality of the steak and the hoagie roll (has to be fresh and from Philadelphia) being of utmost importance. The first time I had a Charley's cheesesteak (Rosemont Outlet mall location), was due to a recommendation from someone. I'm always hesitant about getting cheesesteaks from random places, because they're just not good. I got the chicken cheesesteak and to my surprise, it was tasty. The chicken was seasoned, bread was good and the fries were crispy. On this particular occasion, I visited the Charley's located on 47th street, in the Lake Park Plaza Shopping Center. This is a strip mall location with other eateries and a laundromat. While there's parking, it can sometimes get crowded, and is always filled with cars. Upon entering, there are a few tables, but the space really isn't setup for dining in . On this occasion I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, fries and a peach lemonade. I do suggest ordering on the mobile app to save time. The mobile app also offers coupons and points earned for purchases made. (A few weeks prior I had a free drink on my account for my birthday. I went in store to order, and had to go back and forth with the counter attendant about if the drink was for a lemonade or a milk shake, as I wanted a milk shake. It was for both, but I wanted a milk shake. All of this would've been avoided if I had ordered online. I hate going back and forth with people, which is why I prefer ordering fast food online- so I don't have to deal with people- but I digress). I had ordered online so didn't have much interaction with the counter attendants, on this occasion. However, my interaction with them was pleasant. The cheesesteaks are pretty good, nice serving size with portions that leave you full. I've also ordered boneless chicken wings in the past, and they, too, were tasty. My favorite cheesesteak on the planet is Max's in North Philadelphia. But when in Chicago, Charley's is my go to for a cheesesteak in the city, for the meantime.

We split the large old School Philly sandwich and a special Kimchi version. I like that they change it up with different flavors. We didn't get any sides or fries with it. The bread is nicely seasoned and toasty, not hard, and the meat and cheese were tasty. We did carryout, they do not have much in the way of dine in. I saw some juices and ice cream, which I will def try when it's warmer out. The staff was professional and friendly. I think there is a tv in there, as it is a 10 or so minute wait for each order. They are in a mini mall so one could wander around, but next time I will order online.

You go to the backdoor and ring the bell at your agreed to date and time. - I ordered the rib tips ($85) and ribs ($130). Pics attached. I separated each item into 2 separate pans to put half in the refrigerator. The pics give you an idea of how much it is. Great value and the food was amazing. P.S.: On NYE, The line was the longest I've ever seen it. This was the way to go and I froze some for later. Edited to add: catering items are ala carte (no fries). Also, I got both items with no sauce. They typically come drenched in sauce. Paid $9 for a quart of sauce on the side -- not everyone in my crew wanted sauce.

The building is a mid-century/Googie that you'd associate more with hotdog or burger stand. Perhaps ideally you'd prefer your bbq served from something with clapboard siding. But it is what it is. If you want Lem's, you will have to deal with a lot of "it is what it is." Such as eye wateringly long wait times. But hey, that's bar-b-cue. While you wait you can listen to commentary on the Bears, about how QB Caleb Williams is just the addition the team needs, but he really needs to learn to get rid of the ball and stop taking sacks. Enough of the Bears; back to the pigs. They honor the swine with a bath of their slightly spicy, ultra tangy, barely sweet sauce. You'll want the ribs. Moreso even than the ribs, you'll want the rib tips. Tender and they seem to hold on to the smokiness in a way other pieces do not. As for everything else, you can leave the sausage to someone else. It's dry and mealy. Like too many uncles in the family had heart problems so they cut the fat from the sausages. Also, forget about the chicken wings. Why? They came from the fryer. Fried meats: go somewhere else for those.
