In Sunday 12/5 around 5 pm we placed a pick up order: Lg meat lover pizza Family size pasta 6 garlic Parmesan wings 6 Buffalo wings We did not receive any wings Called back (Cheyenne) and we got the obligatory "sorry about that" and were told we could come back and get them or take a store credit. Husband went back and I had reminded Cheyenne we needed ranch dressing (we didn't have any at home and granddaughter wanted it). Got the wings but no ranch dressing. Let's start with I have eaten there once and it is Pizza Hut. They do not deliver but want you to go there and pick up only. It is a troubling time in the middle of Covid isolation that you can't get contactless delivery and that someone there has to come face to face with a person to work. You should close down during this time and help the community to flatten the curve. Hope you are offering hazard pay and great insurance. Most specials online don't apply to this location, which is why I wanted to find out more. I was nothing but nice, and a recording will prove that. I come here often when I don't feel like cooking! Always great pizza and service. I love the new update they underwent and am glad they are open again. However, I'm so incredibly sad that they got rid of my favorite topping that NO one else ever had. The balsamic glaze that was on the veggie pizza and you could add it to others. It was incredibly good but now they don't have it. This means I don't come as often :/. The food is still good though so I don't want that to hinder from there. Busy location on a Friday night. Ordered online for carry out. Pizza was ready. They forgot to make my order of garlic knots. Said they could make them if I wanted to wait. Was in a hurry. Decided on a refund instead. Overall pizza was good. I paid an extra $2 for extra cheese on all three of my pizzas but the family all agreed that there was no extra cheese on any of them. Unprofessional from supervisor on down. 1st strike was when they failed to deliver everything I ordered without any explanation. The unapologetic supervisor simply refunded my amount. Gave them another chance and the rude delivery guy was upset and disrespectful that he couldn't find my house even with explicit directions. Called the supervisor again and still the same indifferent undertones. They can care less about customer service. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere. read more

I really like the pizza there! It's actually really good and baked to perfection. I love how late they stay open on the weekends too. The large seems kind of small sometimes but overall tasty. Delivery is pretty on time mostly. Would recommend. read more

They only have one driver on today until 3pm and quoted me over an hour for delivery but they got my order to me under 30 mins! To top it off their delivery was very sweet and patience with me (I was in the shower when she showed up and since I wasn't expecting her for another 40 mins i had to get dressed really quick) thank you guys for making my day a little better! read more

Talk about the worse pizza you can ever get! The dough reminds me of the breadsticks at The Olive Garden with far more filler in the mix to cut back on flour. Their pizza goes through your system twice as fast as water. The only thing may have going for themselves is the decent wings. That's about it. read more

Usually order wings from here, since good old Oak Harbor has limited options. Can't really complain about the wings, but they suck at getting your order correct. Placed a carry out order and didn't get my wings. I wasn't willing to drive back there to get wings while my pizza was getting cold, so I called. Apparently it's MY fault, that's what the manager said anyhow. And no, she wasn't willing to deliver them since they had no deliveries in my area. I'm all for owning up to my end, I should have checked and even did, I just forgot about the wings, I would have been shorted a 2- liter also had I not reminded the clerk. She double checked my receipt before giving it to me, you would think she would have caught the missing wings at that point. Then the supervisor acts like she's doing me a favor by crediting the $5 I spent on an item I WASN'T getting back to my account. 3 stars only because I like Pizza Hut pizza, I won't order from this store again tho, it's not like I like them THAT much more than any other pizza joint. read more

I usually enjoy pizza hut, but I was pretty disappointed with this. My pizza was delivered to me, and when I opened the box I realized that I was missing a couple toppings. I called them and was able to get a credit towards my next pizza order, which is nice, but then when I checked my bread sticks I realized that they gave me the wrong type of those as well. Very disappointed with this location. Our pizza was cold when we got it. There was no bacon on our ham and bacon pizza, and our other pizza had about 5 banana peppers on the whole pizza. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them, and more than likely will be the last. I'll stick to Domino's. read more

Called their number and corporate picked up. They lost our order. After waiting for 90 minutes, they refused to bring our order to the front of their line because it was "not their fault." They took no responsibility for Pizza Hut losing our order and were more interested in shirking blame then helping a customer. read more

I just moved here in oak harbor so have only tried the hut twice. both times it was great. they.were always very busy but the friendliness and courtesy I was shown was exemplary. the food tastes fresh and I didn't feel they held back on any.of the ingredients. and I completely agree with everyone that their crust is outstanding. they were apologetic this last time regarding my waiting, which was maybe 15 to 20 minutes, but when I see people hustling like they were doing yesterday no apology is necessary. I should have stood and applauded. it's great seeing there are still businesses like them that want to work hard for the customer. they aren't settling for just a great product. thanks read more

I have eaten Pizza Hut pizza for years. I hadn't had it for about 2 years and I am sooooo disappointed. I used to love their pizza. Now, it is one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I have tried several times now - trying different crusts - and all the same - horrible. The pan crust is pretty good crust, but then there are barely enough toppings to flavor the pizza as anything but crust. The stuffed crust pizza had cheese in it that I think is a mix of something - it was plastic tasting. The new cheesy crust was runny and greasy. The thin crust pizza was hard and like cardboard. The amount of toppings is about half what they used to put on the pizza. I even ordered extra cheese (at an extra cost) hoping that would make a difference - I could not even tell they put extra cheese on it. I will not ever order pizza from them again. The worst service I think I have received from a pizza place before. I have probably ordered pizza a good 15-20 times in this last 12 month time frame and 15-20 times the order has been wrong. They are quick to fix the problem when it occurs but would like it even more if the order was correct the first time. I will probably choose else where for pizza now. read more
